I guess when they cross thread your lug nuts sticking the nut in the impact without threading it on by hand first ; they take it back off and fill it with some sort of jb weld or something. I took my front tires off to replace wheel well liner and had to replace both my Wheel hubs because I busted lugs off trying to get the wheels off. This is the first time they ve been off since they installed my new front tires.

They could use some work. Don t seem to have adequate staff. Waiting for a while at the counter for someone to help me. They did work hard to get people in and out. Just concerned about quality of the work. Let s see if these tire s last!!

Very friendly associates, but service took 2 hours from the original appointment time. I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours.

Appreciate my oil being changed and the tires aired up!! Just wish they would have vacuumed the car like it says they did on my bill. :(

My wife wife went there this morning scared that she would be taken advantage of. Totally the oppositeArthur stepped up and helped my wife honored our warranty and she left with four new tires at a wonderful price. Great experience last weekend, service team and especially Arthur went above and beyond to get tires on my sons old truck and even had to replace a broken lug bolt. I stopped in with a low tire and it was getting close to closing time. Charlie and Ricky took the time to look over my tire. I only go to Walmart for oil changes and tire repairs. The other shops charge to much and you have to have an appointment. Anyways, I appreciate the professionalism from Charlie and Ricky. They showed that customer service was their main goal and went above and beyond to make sure my tire was safe for my 45 minute drive ahead. Thank you again!

Horrible service and uneducated staff. Sold me a tire that I could not buy a match for an hour later!! Second time I took my truck in they would not patch my tire because they said it was bald. It was NOT bald and just passed a state inspection. While I was there waiting I overheard them tell a customer on the phone that they could not measure the size of their battery because they didn't have a tape measure!!! WOW! Really? I was literally looking down an isle in the store that had tape measures. Terrible!!!! Do NOT waist your time at this facility.

Went to get a tire replaced and oil change. We had a flat and had the donut on. They said they didn't have the tire in stock we wanted online, but we were happy that they actually did when we arrived. They finished it in about 1 hour. Had to laugh, the mechanic came out and called us up to the counter to ask which tire needed to be replaced, we said "The one with the tiny donut", he said he didn't see it. But he figured it out and all was good!

So it took 3 times to finally speak with someone on the phone then I was put on brief hold , actually I could hear the guy at the background talking to customers for more than 15 mins. I patiently waited and I know he did this so no phone calls would come in and they would think the line is busy. He nevee went back to the phone to talk to me when no other customers was there to talk to him. All this time I could hear everything in the background. I only had one quick question before bringing my car in and this guy didn t do anything and wasted my time. After 20 mins being on hold I hung up. So much for customer service and phone etiquette.

LONG-WINDED ANSWER: We ve gone there 4 different times for a standard oil change, because our truck has been leaking oil ever since the very first time their staff put their hands on it. Every time they were confronted with the issue of not having the ability to fix the problem, we were always met with a combative undertone. They said that they Weren t mechanics and ...they only specialized in oil & tires. Ironically enough, it took them 3 attempts to balance our tires after we had spent $650 with them. To top it all off, the last time we confronted the manager on duty, we thought we might ve even smelt the hint of alcohol on his breath...and even dealing with his reluctance to really have an answer or legit reason why they still couldn t fix the issue...we gave them the benefit of the doubt Well, TODAY is our son s 3rd birthday...go figure...we found a significant oil leak in our truck and in our driveway, as we had plans to celebrate in Springfield...SHORT ANSWER: Don t go there for an oil change...otherwise you will see a swift decline in your vehicle.

Bought 4 brand new tires and they don't offer appointments. Was there when they opened and took almost 4 hours for them to mount them and balance. I will never have them to do it again or take in for free rotation.

I arrived at Wal-Mart at 5:10 and dropped my car off for a standard oil change. Another lady did the same about five minutes before me. We waited for an extraordinarily long amount of time. Finally, at 6:45 p.m., they called three names over the intercom, two of which were ours. I am a relatively patient person, so I wasn't too frustrated at this point. Then I arrived at the counter to find out that, "They couldn't touch your car because it was making a strange engine noise." I waited almost two hours to be told that they could not change my oil. This was extremely poor communication / customer service, and I will not be taking my car to Wal-Mart again. My car is 12 years old, but it has been taken care of and only makes some vibrating noises because the engine mounts are worn. Please beware if you have a less than brand new car.

I needed a new tire bc mine blew, of corse that never happens at a good time. Instead of getting a used one I asked the price for a new one (I had just bough 4 not long ago) told them I needed the e act price w tax so I could make sure I could afford it. Then at check out they added $10, guess that s what they always do. But I didn t know bc I hadn t bought tires here. I asked why I was given an exact quote & it s wrong.. the manager Arthur was super rude & treated me like I was the dumbest person ever. He said he didn t care what I was quoted, they guy working who gave me the quote was wrong. I know it s just $10, but it s the point of being told one thing, then them changing it, & then being so down right snotty about it.

Came in at 8 am Sunday morning and checked my car in for tire rotation and balance. Did some shopping and came back 30 minutes later and my car still sitting in the parking lot. What's going on here does anyone at Walmart give a damn. Forgot to say I'm there first customer so I'm not waiting on another car to finish before they get to mine.

Well staff are ok not serious about job. It takes 2 hours to fix a flat some people Ben in here 3 -4 hours and they are still working on them .... So sad. Probably could have done it myself faster. But can't do it right now due to being pregnant.

Ok honestly the service is usually great and courteous. How ever the product have been cheap and I have had issues with the tires holding air. Have never had this issue in the past. I do know a couple of acquaintances who have had the same issues.

They were very rude to my mom she had purchased a tire online from walmart.com.com waiting for to be shipped to the house Alice she got it took it backup there to Walmart they said that they could not put it on because because if they couldn't find it in the computer the computer send they told her I didn't match her set of tires and they called her 2 times while she's in the store shopping and was very rude and then they told her that they couldn't find her car her escalade hes played but she don't have an escalade and it was a toy different color or color anyway anyway so I called them And they acted very immature lied bot talking a manger so ppl b ware branson west, no Walmart auto center is very rude setting to older ppl customer so not send ur mom to that awful place n my called bentonville, ark they main office she was very upset when she got home

Blew a tire and was looking to get a replacement, and they claimed they didn't have the right kind. Didn't really care for the attitude and overall demeanor of the associates, so we went somewhere else. Come to find out (through a better alternative) that they actually misread the number, lol. There's better options nearby, go for that.

Do not go after 4:30 to get an oil change. If you decide to take your vehicle here, go before 4:30 because there are managers present and the work is done far better with managers present.

Over charged for a mount and dismount of 1 tire and i told them not to charge the environment charge that id get rid of the old tire myself whole cost to just mount and dismount over 30 had my regular tire shop been open it would have been 5 bucks

THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE DON'T CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO HELP THE CUSTOMER JUST AN ABSOLUTE JOKE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING THERE AND I WOULDN'T SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE TO RUN PROPERLY EVER AGAIN.
