We called Randy on a Sunday morning when we blew power to half our camper. We were surprised when he immediately answered and was at our KOA within 10 minutes. Randy was so pleasant and fixed many things we had just dealt with not working quite right.The next day my dad had a leak in his camper and called Randy and had the same great experience.I only wish we lived closer so we could have Randy s assistance more often.

Called this morning and Randy was able to make it out around 2pm. My heater wasn't working, he had it fixed within 30 minutes after getting here. He is wonderful......

We were out on our first trip with used RV we just purchased. Camper water pump broke first night (a deluge). Camping World in Little Rock sold us wrong part, so I couldn t replace it myself (I even showed them the label of the broken pump so they would know size/voltage/etc. Sold me a 110V instead of 12V). Got in touch with Randy when we reached Branson.. He had to order the pump; he was able to get it next night, and he was at our site at 8:30 a.m. next day to replace. He did a great job; got us going with running water again after 5 days without! Very tidy, clean work. Incredibly reasonable charge for doing the replacement. We are sooooooo grateful and pleased.PS: Randy s charge for pump AND installation was only a FEW dollars more than I had paid Camping World for the wrong pump alone!!

Our bedroom a/c unit went out in our rv. I called Randy and explained the issues to him. He walked me through some diagnostics over the phone. When that didn t work he showed up in a timely manner, investigated the issue and found a lose wire! Stayed several minutes to make sure we were back up and running and charged less than his service fee! Very knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend!!

Where do I start? I called Randy after hours for a water line issue. He asked me to take a picture of my problem area and send it to him. He called me back within 15 minutes and stated he knew what the problem was. He was unable to get the part until the next day and then he showed up when he said he would and he had the problem fixed within 20 minutes or so. He is very professional and truly knows his stuff as he's been doing this type of work for 32 years. He was extremely affordable, very personable, and if you are in need of a trustworthy repair guy, call Randy Lowrance!!!!! Randy, again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Bless you sir.

We had an issue with our sink faucet leaking Randy answered the phone late Saturday night and helped us figure out what we needed to get, over the phone. We were worried that we would have to wait until a week day to get this leak fixed , which would had meant no water until then, but Randy told us what to get at a local big box store and we were able to fix it/replace it that same evening!We haven t met him in person, but over the phone he was very nice and very helpful! Thank you so much!

Due to a miscommunication on our end, we showed up at Randy's unexpectedly. He took the time to fix our electric tongue jack and slide, and gave us helpful advice. All that and a fee that was way beyond reasonable. Most definitely recommend!!

Gave Randy a call of a recommendation from Brandon Tree House Adventures. While camping our AC unit developed a bad rattle. Randy was on my roof with 15 minutes of calling got the problem fixed and very reasonably priced.

Randy was a great help. I called him late in the evening on a Friday and he talked me through the repair.. He could have done like a lot of service companies would have done and charged an arm and a leg for an after hours service call. He didn't. In fact, he didn't charge me a penny. I can promise that he will be my first choice for any repairs on my camper in the future.

Randy, did his best to fix the issue with the slide on my 5th wheel, however, we ran out of time and had to get moving to ensure that we would be able to get in front of the expected snow. Therefore we are traveling with a broken wing until we have a place to complete the repair.

Pulled into campground on a Sunday afternoon. Found demand fresh water pump would not pump. Took a chance and called Randy not expecting him to answer. He did. He came to campsite and had pump pumping within 15 to 20 minutes. When he gave me the total charge, I thought it wasn't enough. Offered more. He said that's all right. Thanks, Randy

Randy came in the pouring rain and replaced our converter with in an hour. I definitely recommend using Randy to anyone in the Branson area who need RV repairs done without going to a shop.

Had to replace our water heater in our RV. Randy does an excellent job. You can not find a more honest or fair guy. He was here when he said he would be and very professional. Would call him in a minute if I am in need of any repair.

We were too far from Randy to get to our campsite, but he discussed the problem we were having with our slide (wouldn't come in) with my husband, and his diagnosis of our problem and suggestion for solving it was spot on.

I called Randy less than 24 hours before an 8 day camping trip. Long story short, he helped out of a bind. He was really awesome, and I m extremely grateful for his help. Would highly recommend Randy s as a top notch, reliable business.

Mr. Randy showed up I explained what we needed fixed. He told me upfront what he had parts for and what he would need to go get, then got right to work. Randy knows his stuff and is definitely the best RV repair company in the area!!

Randy saved us! I can t say enough good things about Randy and his Mobile RV Service. He showed up when he said he would and then returned two more times over Memorial Day weekend due to rain. His prices were reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Randy, we made it home safe because of you!

Randy did a great job fixing our water line issue on our camper that was leaking. He tried a quick fix; however the other hose was an issue too; so to do it right changed the bent flexible hoses that were restricting the water and causing a leak, to a sturdy in take hose line to eliminate any future problems. No further issues with a leaking water line. His price and part charges were reasonable.

Randy is amazing! Our RV fridge completely died on our way to Branson. I called Randy the morning after our arrival & he was at our RV park within 15 minutes. He fixed the fridge quickly & was able to give us helpful tips on issues that may come up with our RV over time. His price was much lower & extremely reasonable compared to his competition in the area. I would highly recommend him & feel more at ease staying in the Branson area knowing he's only a phone call away if something else goes wrong with our RV. Thanks Randy!

Revised- Randy did show up this morning but we had already left for the day. He called and did look at camper with no charge. Unfortunately, he needed to come back tomorrow but we will no longer be in town. Called with a lippert auto leveling issue when we pulled into KOA. He scheduled appt for next day (yesterday) in afternoon but didn t give us a specific time so we cancelled vacation plans for the afternoon. We waited from noon on and he never showed up. Vacation days are scarce and it s unfortunate to have wasted the better part of the day waiting for a no show. A courtesy call saying he wouldn t be able to make it would have been wonderful so we could have at least enjoyed a part of a hard earned vacation day. So disappointed!Service: Electrical

I would give Randy an absolute zero if I could. He has worked on our camper in the past and we had no issues. However when we received damage to our camper due to water intrusion and he was getting paid by the insurance company I feel like he took the money and ran.Our camper was not completely fixed or done correctly. The insurance company notes that he was to call if/when he encountered additional damage. He never called so our case was closed. We repeatedly called to tell him things were not right and we heard the same thing over and over that he would come check it out and then he would never show up.When we did reach him he said his truck caught fire and he had no way to pull it. Now we just don t hear from him at all.After getting the insurance company to send out another adjuster and a different repair man we found out there is an additional $16k of damage which they said should have been caught the first time IF it would have been repaired correctly and completely.So due to him not returning calls or showing up like he said he would we have a camper that is in all reality a total loss.

I was parked at Table Rock Lake State Campground and had an issue with my trailer. Randy helped me over the phone, pointed me in the right direction for parts, and offered to come by and help if I needed his services. I contacted this business for a warranty estimate and understood they would do the estimate but they couldn't do the work which was OK I was at the time just interested in getting the estimate and it's been 2 weeks since I made the appointment and he always canceled it and rescheduled for medical reasons or employees with covid, I understand I live in Arkansas and he was in missiouri and when finally asked him if he was going to come he turned me down and said it would be best to get someone else. After 2 weeks and now I have to find someone else. I was always very nice and understanding for the situations that have raised with him bit also I had the insurance down my back also

Im a 72 year old veteran visiting Branson,Mo when we had problems with our travel trailer air conditioner and electrical and Randy was kind and helped us trouble shoot the problem over the phone. After he solved our problem and everything was working fine again he would not accept any payment fir his services and we so appreciate everything he did to get us back on track. Had a leak in our sink on a Friday, so was not expecting to have much luck. I called Randy and he was at our site in less than 15 minutes. He didn't have part on him, but stopped leak and made arrangements to fix sink the next am. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Would give zero stars if app would let me. Ok. All I can say is, good luck with Randy's RV on the future. Randy is orininally from an area in Missouri where I was raised and a former student of my mom's. We were happy to find him, at first, he was pretty quick to respond. Then we ended up with hail and branch damaging our roof resulting in a leak. Insurance was paying to fix the roof and Randy convinced us to go a step further and install a new hard rubber type roof (WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY). There were small parts of the job left unfinished. Antenna needed a part and one side of the awning was installed upside down. Then he started avoiding our calls. My husband called once in my phone and he literally hung up on us. He consistently had said for the last three years he would fix and repair the final issues. Even this year he said he would pull it in his shop and get it done. Wasn't touched. USAA has attempted contact as well. It was brought to our knowledge that we are not the first with these issues. This year we arrived to a trailer completely full of black mold. Yes, we should have moved on and found someone else, but Randy had our insurance money. He still will not receive a call from us. He got in over his head and ran instead of doing the right thing. We now have a trailer we can't use, no matter how we try to clean it. It's only value is salvageable parts. So..... Be careful singing Randy's RV/Randy Lowrance's praises! We now have to rent a cabin or camper for our visits to Treasure Lake. And if anyone has suggestions for what we do with our trailer now, please let us know. So disappointed and sad in how this has worked out for us.

We waited all day in heat for him to come out. He finally showed up late evening. He was very arrogant and didn't act like he wanted to fix what all needed done. He did get AC going temporarily; swiped my Son's card and gone. He refused to give receipt of his work and fees. He refuses to answer our calls to finish his work. We had to hire another company to come out and finish the work and fix what he damaged.Service: Air conditioning
