Service was amazing! Absolutely great experience there! Reps took care of my Oakleys that I ve had for 13 years which have been around the world with me on 2 combat deployments. Cleaned them up without asking and put on new nose pieces as well as ear rubbers. Without a doubt, best store I ve ever been to!

Cesar at the Oakley Vault in Branson, Missouri was absolutely incredible! He was kind, friendly, and did everything he could to meet our request. He is the epitome of exceptional customer service! Thank you so very much, Cesar! We were able to get 2 pairs of incredible shades and my favorite color (forest green) of sweatpants as well.

Came into the Oakley Vault store because I m an old guy and I ve always worn Oakley clothes. Was questioning if I should still wear Oakley at 50 and Jacqueline was super encouraging. I ended up buying some shirts, shorts, on top of a couple other fun things. Honestly, both her and Cesar were super nice and engaging, not only to me but the other customers that came into the store. Wish I lived locally, I would shop here more frequently.

I was in the store recently and came back today and Jacqueline is absolutely the best Oakley representative. She remembered me from before and was very quick to answer my questions and check on the product in the back to see if they had what I needed. If I was local, I would offer her a job working with our customers! She is definitely a keeper!

Love this store! Been to many others across the USA and this one by far has the best customer service. Younger people working it, but they know their stuff and very respectful. A+ to the manager and workers.

Ashley was awesome, she slogged through a wall of Insurance issues and really went the extra two miles to ensure the policy was enacted. In the end she had the support from corporate on the phone and entered the policy discounts and deductibles manually. Im very thankful she was there today and I FINALLY will have glasses that fit! Thanks to her I will be able to work outside on my forge soon and will not be worried about my glasses falling into the fire!

I've been going to this store for years. The current manager Ashley has been amazing for me and my two boys! Her professionalism and kindness is what I find lacking at so many other retailers. Ten stars if I could!

Just purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses because of the sales associate and Ashley, the store manager. The sales associate knew enough about prescription lenses and programs but did not have the detailed answers to my questions. He introduced me to the manager and she took it from there.Her knowledge plus the tools to measure my eyes and the professionalism of the entire staff moved me from "just looking, thanks" to "I'll take it".Craig

Customer service was great. I had a gift card that couldn't be used online which is weird in 2022 but anyway they were able to order the lenses I needed to be shipped to the store using my gift card.

The sales experience and the sales personnel made it very easy to decide which glasses to wear and also all the other pertinent information that you need to know about Oakley sunglasses. Will definitely go to this store again.

Mackenzy was very professional in handling my extended warranty. She answered all my questions. I was very pleased with her knowledge with the Oakley policy. I was hooked up with with a new pair of glasses that I really liked. See Mackenzy for your next pair of glasses, she knows her stuff!

Ashley is a great manager who takes care of her team and the customers. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses which took over two days (due to a prescription). Phenomenal experience, 10 out 10 would highly recommend her and the Oakley Vault store in Branson. Miriah and the other employees all rock!

Staff was fantastic!!!! They helped me and my 16 year old find our glasses in just a few minutes. My son did not know what he wanted so she started asking directing questions and he landed on a pair within five minutes. She suggested the neck straps since we were on vacation and I was there because I lost a pair in the lake the day before, then she even put them on for us. We spent $350 in five minutes and we were happy to do it. We will go back to this store every time we come to Branson.

The employees at the store in Benson, MO gave me the best customer service I ve ever had from Oakley. I ve been an Oakley customer for about 11 years now, both online and in-store purchases, and this was by far the greatest experience I ve had! Special thanks to the manager for coming in to help on her day off.

we have been a Customer with this Store since 2019. Today we upgraded my Sunglasses with my newest Prescription. The Oakley Representative did a great job explaining various alternatives. FIVE STAR

This is a terrible store. There was no special sales and nothing really seemed marked down from your normal Oakley store. The workers were stuck up and didn t even engage me. I was appalled that they did not even talk to me or my wife as we were actually looking for some good sunglasses. They simply thumbed their nose at us and didn t even seem to care that we were in the building. It wasn t busy and they didn t even take time to ask us what we were looking for. I will not be returning to the store and I would encourage you to stay away from it.Update: Went back and found the workers to still be exceptionally dismissive. Again, not one came up to me and I was genuinely interested in buying some sun glasses. I came in, looked around, stood in front of a sunglasses case, and not one worker approached me. I m sorry but this store is extremely poor staffed. By the way, I didn t see one worker approach one customer the entire time I was in the store. It s really pathetic.

We had a wonderful experience at the Oakley store in Branson MO. Kiefer and Ashley were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. Kiefer went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service! We will visit them next time we come back to vist. Thank you again Kiefer and Ashley!

Excellent location. Very clean and well maintained. The female staff member during our visit was very knowledgeable about the stores inventory and Oakley s latest glasses. Would highly recommend visiting this location.
