This facility was recently acquired by U-Haul and my experience was excellent. I was helped by Jadelyn and she was very kind, professional and understanding.

Pros:1. Renting process was simple2. Facility access is easy but secureCons:1. 2 of 3 units leaked2. 1 of 3 doors was obviously hit by vehicle and not repaired making it difficult to open.3. They start billing the day you move in. We sold our house before finding one here. When we did and received our closing date, they said we had to pay for entire month. Other places allow a 2 week notice. Cost us $70+. Not customer friendly.

I was able to get a clean storage unit with easy 24/7 safe access with good lighting. Getting the unit into service and out of service contract was super easy and professional by the office. I will definitely use this company again if I need storage service in the future!

I've had my storage unit here now for a group of years great staff courtesy willing to help out any kind of way gated with cameras never had a problem

Very accessible from 76E and ease of entry is beyond reproach. Once inside, there is room to navigate and is very clean.
