I called on Friday and they made an appointment for Monday at 8 a.m. Google states they open at 8 a.m. I was there on time and turned in my keys. After waiting an hour my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I am patient and understanding but decided it was time to go. They kindly asked if I wanted to reschedule, but whats the point?

I was very very impressed with Mitchem Tire Branson! I had a nail/rock lodged in my tire and was not repairable. Salesman offered a new tire at a very fair price, and fast and friendly service. Jason Mitchell, you saved my vacation!!! The friendly, prompt service, and quality of service from your team goes a long way. Thank you Thank you!

I tried to call to make an appointment, they said they are first come first serve, so I showed up at 3 on a Monday to get an oil change and an inspection. I was turned away because they didn t have enough time, so I came back on Friday at 2:30, earliest I could get there, and when I told him I was back to get an oil change and an inspection he just stood there shaking his head at me and was pissed because I needed work done. He said that I would be waiting awhile, and I said that s fine I have got to get this done. He then told me even if I sat there and waited, if it got to 4:30 that he would turn me away. I said excuse me?!? I need to get this done and this is my second time trying to get my car in. He said, You can t be pissed at me that we are busy. I said no, I m pissed because there is no customer service anymore. He then told me to get out and leave. So, I said fine .i will not be back. This is ridiculous behavior of a business owner. If you are that busy, then hire more employees, or do what the rest of us do and work late. If I turned guests away because I didn t want to do the work, I would be fired. Get with it, Mitchem tire!**Edited to respond to the owner response .I did not in anyway demand to be moved in front of other people. I simply said that I would wait for my car to get in. You did not want to have to work past 5:00, so you told me that even if I waited, if it got past 4:30 that you would turn me away. Please stop lying about the situation. That just makes you look even worse. I do not appreciate you trying to slander me after your poor customer service today. There was another lady sitting in there who I know could hear the conversation very clearly. I did not in anyway try to cut in front of her or anyone else. I just wanted my oil changed and an inspection, which you said you only had one guy working on that today, and that there was another truck on back that needed to be done as well. I would have waited until you decided that you would turn me away at 4:30 if you could not get it in before that. Best wishes to you and your business.

Had a great experience with them today. They changed my oil and and checked if I wanted my air filter changed, which it needed to be changed pretty badly. They didn't upsell anything I didn't need.They were so kind, quick and reasonably priced.

Pack rats got to our windshield wiper tubing. These guys went above & beyond to replace it! Then charged us next to nothing to do it. This is our second time using them & their trustworthiness is priceless!

Horrible!More details due to there really unprofessional responce.I had my front right tire patched, two days ago and now my car is shaking and it didnt do this when I brought it in...strange. Michem say it's due to a separation from the wheel on that same tire now that was only needing a patch two days ago. After they tried to con me into paying a ridiculously amount of money for 4 new tires and not able to just replace the one I refused services there. I am taking my business and car somewhere else.At the other place now and they say it's not a separation at all and it was due to them lacking the knowledge on how to balance my tires after patching it on Satirday. I have my tire back on and running smooth now no thanks to Michem.

Like so many other reviews from reviewers/vacationers.. We came to Branson for vacation. Both the right front and rear tires had broken belts. (7 year old, 46k mile (Goodyear highway tires). I was wanting to purchase larger All Terrain tires when this time came. Unfortunately too soon. Mitchem Tire was recommended by 2 locals at the resort we were staying. Many high remarks made on Google and other sites of there experience at Mitchem Tire too. Josh was the only one able to get the tires I "WANTED" the very next day. The GM dealer couldn't get them for at least a week. Sam's Club and Costco don't carry them, Walmart cannot get them. The tires I wanted and purchased were the TOYO Open County AT3. Josh told me be there a 0900 and he would have them put rite on. Sure enough. I arrived at 0900, he wrote up the ticket. His employee took my truck around back (2500 HD). The guy took great care of the chrome Denali rims, inflated the tires to my specs since larger tires require less air than the OEM door sticker. Hand torqued the lugs. (NOT ONE SCRATCH, DING, OR DENT!!) Put my valve covers back on too.I highly recommend giving Josh Mitchem your business. Honesty, price, and service performed as he promised!!

Tried two days in a row to get a front motor mount changed left the car for 7 hr both days both days I was told they got the wrong part don't know we're they are getting parts but don't think I want them on my car or it could be they just didn't want to do the work won't be back after being there the car is running hot and when I checked under the hood I found bolts and clampsjust laying there so the can't even finish a job and my have made it worse would not ever send anyone there

I've used their services for years, originally from a family member who worked there but even after they left I've continued to get great service every time. Knowledgeable and helpful folks who are worth every penny. They'll tell you what you need to hear and get the job done right, and help you learn along the way. I appreciate everything they've done for me.

Got both my front and rear breaks done FULL SERVICE and they couldn't stand behind their break job for even one year and they expected me to pay an extra 300$ after telling me on the phone that the warranty would cover it. My breaks are already shot within a year and they won't make it right! I will never give these people my business again.

Josh at Mitchem Tire in Branson Mo saved our vacation. We were having tire issues with our rental car and was instructed to bring to Mitchem Tire. Josh not only replaced our tire and had us back on the road in about 30 minutes but provided the best customer service as well. 5 star well deserved.

My car battery was on its last leg when we were in Branson last week. We stopped in Mitchem tire, and they had the battery changed, and we were back to enjoying our vacation in less than an hour!! Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with my service. They got me right in when I got there at 8 o clock in the morning. There is a puppy there named Brownie that my nine-year-old daughter absolutely loved. Great service. I saw a lot of people I know come through the door, a good home town feel. If you are a tourist, this is where the locals go! I will definitely go to them from now on.

A very pleasant wait while getting my car inspected. Professional, yet personable service person at the front desk. I, ( & others), especially liked their puppy dog/mascot that hangs out there too. I will definately recommend this place & return for possible other needs!

Good service, only reason for 4 star and not 5 star is slow due to high demand (very busy). Also I miss the free coffee, it helped the waiting room time go by faster. The employee behind the counter is very efficient, top notch.

I very much enjoyed my experience. The guys were helpful in doing what I came for. And then some. I never take my vehicles to a repair shop. I wasn't there for a repair, just inspection. But seeing my little car on the hoist....I believe I'll bring my car in for a repair. One mechanic to another, I could see they were on their game.

Everybody at Mitchem is a great. when there's something wrong or something that needs to be addressed he shows you exactly what he's going to do. You don't get that at any other mechanic shop! I will definitely go back to him to have them work on my vehicles and their price is very reasonable!!

I've been taking my trailblazer here for the last 2 or 3 years. Have always been quick about the service or if it's gonna be a wait they'll tell you right up front. Told me today that I didn't need what I believe would have been about an $800 job. Honest fair and reliable. Highly recommend them for your vehicle service needs. UPDATE: Went in today, 12/26 for what I believed was to have power steering pump replaced. Ended up just a blown hose. They could have easily got me for almost 500 today and kept it honest and charged me appropriately and didn't do unneeded work. Thank you all for your honestly

Ok so I don't normally go here but that has changed. They took great care of my car and explained everything very well. And honestly my car drives so great now. I'm no longer stressed. Lol. The guys that work here are phenomenal. And are extremely sweet. Great job guys u are now my #1 place I will trust with any of our vehicles. Thank you all so very much. I highly recommend this shop! Josh and the guys at Mitchem Tire are fantastic! I went to head out to work this morning in 27� and my battery was dead. I just moved here from across the country and haven t made good mechanic connections yet. I called them to ensure they had a battery in stock and could change it pretty quick. They assured me they could and they DID!! Great price too. Josh gave wonderful advice and had me out the door and off to work in mere minutes. Looking forward to doing preventative maintenance with them.

Yesterday, it was a horrible experience. I waited 3 hours for an inspection for them to tell me the couple of minor issues I had. One of them being my front tires. (even arrived the moment they opened) (understandable) You'd think with them being called Mitchem Tire, they would have offered a tire replacement. And if they did, I would have happily given them my money for a replacement to get it right. But each of them looked like they just wanted to get their job over with and get me out of there as quickly as they possibly could. It just looked like they had absolutely no care in the world to help anyone or offer options to correct the problems. I'd give a negative review if I could. Just seemed to me I was an annoyance / inconvenienceIf I could, they wouldn't get rated any stars. And I'm gonna go out of my way to tell everyone in the Branson community to STAY AWAY from here.A year ago, I came here for an inspection they were very helpful, extremely nice, and I'd recommend to anyone they were awesome. But I'm never coming here again. Due to the attitude everyone had. It's like they hated their job. Well, if you hate your job. Don't work there. My recommendation moving forward offer options for customers when it comes to solving problems instead of sending them away without being helpful.

Really happy with my experience today. Got a great set of tires at a reasonable price. The advantage is free rotation every 5000 miles and a nation wide warranty, betting you won't get that at a chain store. Everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Saw them airing a tourist tire, checking another one check engine light... that's good service !!

Josh, the manager at Michem tire & wheel and his staff were exceptionally amazing. They were kind and they worked very hard to meet our needs. We were in Branson two weeks before Christmas and in March this year and both times we had to replace two new tires. I called Josh and he ordered the tires and he gave me a appointment time and we were back on the road again.Nice people, very kind to deal with during our stay in Branson.Blessings to you Josh & your staff,Martin Gustin
