This location was super friendly offered great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my rental. The entire staff demonstrated manners and customer service that is lacking in a lot of businesses these days! Highly recommend doing business with this location you will not regret it. Thank you Matt for all you did to make the experience memorable.

It was such a pleasure to have been blessed with the assistance of the beautiful and kind Sierra! I had to bring my car to a body shop and have never gone through this process before but she picked me up and took me to the rental agency and hooked me up. She is very professional, helpful,accommodating, educated and bright and made this day the best experience it could possibly be! Thank you!

If we had an option of zero stars you would ve received zero. My husband and I are professional movers. We use Enterprise as often as possible. (The only time we do not, is when they don t have availability of what we need) The customer service we received today was horrendous and completely unacceptable! Our first clue to find another option should have come after my initial phone call to see if it were possible that my husband drop me off so I could pick the car up. He immediately told us we would not get credit for the reservation if my husband wasn t the one picking it up. (Because he would have to scan my ID and change the reservation. We ve done this SEVERAL times because we drive a tractor trailer and clearly that doesn t fit in the parking lot. He had zero empathy or resolution on the phone, it was nope sorry. However, due to the nature of reservations in Branson we needed to get a vehicle.We arrange to have our trailer dropped and drive the semi to the back entrance of the Branson, MO Enterprise location. We walk in and get a not so welcoming welcome, and Name the reservation is under. So I tell him and he begins to ask for the ID of my husband and how we would be paying. I let him know that I filled all of that out online (because Enterprise states this expedited the process for pickup) Sean replies with, this is what I need to proceed and so on. Then he asks if my husband lives at the address on his ID. Which we say, we filled out this information online to expedite his process. He was so rude and condescending and then says the same about how we are paying. Which we say, credit card and these are all questions and information we filled out already. He couldn t care less, then it came to our insurance and I said I had to look it up on my phone. Sean then decides to keep pushing the fact that HIS policy is this or that (about checking the information after we already filled everything out online to EXPEDITE this process) My husband says, that s fine let s just get this finished. Sean keeps on going and going and then pushes the ID & credit card back to my husband and says, I m not renting to you and I do not have to. This is complete nonsense. It s very unfortunate that he ruined HOURS of our time, money, reservations etc., Did I mention we move Executives of Enterprise? I m sure they would be appalled at how we were treated today.

Honestly I don't want to give them any stars at all. We had a car break down and needed a rental. We were suggested this and decided it would be a good plan. (We are from Kansas on vacation for spring break) So when we got our tow for the car, we got a lift to the place. Waited for 15-30 minutes just to be told that we need a credit card. We have a debit card... Terrible not happening. Also can't have any out of state licenses. Never recommending this to anyone. Don't go here.

Reserved an SUV weeks prior. Went to pick up vehicle and the manager Sierra informed me they didn t have any SUV s. Offered a sedan. We specifically reserved an SUV because of cargo. She even called the day before to confirm reservation. Many other complaints about the same issue. Don t rent here! You don t know if you ll have a vehicle or not. Ridiculous!

Everyone I was in contact with at Enterprise Car Rentals in Branson, Missouri were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. My car was being repaired so they picked me up from the body shop, took me to Enterprise to complete the paperwork, and gave me a very nice vehicle to drive. When the repairs to my car were complete, I was able to return the rental vehicle and they gave me a ride to the body shop so I could get my car. Customer service was top-notch and so was the vehicle I got to drive! Absolutely no hassles. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rentals in Branson, Missouri to anyone needing a rental.

I was very happy with the service at the Branson office. Sierra handled everything and was courteous and efficient. The gentleman who picked us up at the body shop was very nice, and the young man who dropped me off was equally so. I highly recommend waiting for the option to speak to a local rep... hit 4, then hit 2. They will answer when available and take care of you. DO NOT expect proper service by reserving online. I took the extra steps and was pleased. I believe you will be too. Cheers!

We reserved a car online for a funeral out of state to pickup at 8am. We were called at the very end of the day the day prior and told, "Sorry, we don't have any car for you, don't come tomorrow, but we could reschedule..." Um, you can't reschedule a funeral. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism and awesome customer service, look elsewhere!!! They have no problem reserving cars that they don't actually have available.

The clerk whom rented to me was VERY rude, she claimed my car was a double upgrade because the economy car was in the shop, this "UPGRADE" didn't even have power seats, mirrors, etc. They seem to cut corners on the cars they buy to rent out. The windshield was so filthy I had to pull over and buy cleaner so I could see through it. If they don't clean the windshield at all, I'm sure they are not sanitizing during covid either. I found some sunglasses and receipts under the passenger seat from 2020. I have taken photos of the filthy windshield, it's NOT snowing outside, that's the dirt. On the walk around they said things only matter 4 inches and larger and they had a circle to compare it too. I feel certain if I had done any damage even if less than 4" they would have been on me for the money. I will NOT be using this location again. The clerk went so far to tell me the airport version of Enterprise is breaking rules and they need to be updated on their training.

I have rented from Enterprise for the last few years for vacation.My last 2 vacations I was able to rent and Sean the manager was very nice and accommodating. He made sure we had what we needed and made sure we had cars that we were comfortable in. They were short staffed the times I went in but Sean did not get overwhelmed or anxious. He treated everyone with kindness. Will definitely be back.

Enterprise has the laziest, misleading and disconnected customer service of any company I ve ever done businesses with. They will flat out lie to you about availability of vehicles with absolutely zero concerns for whatever inconvenience they cause you. We gave them a chance again today, reluctantly, and they came through like always with no vehicle and no care in the world that they misled us yet again and made our plans more difficult.

This place is a joke. My boyfriend and I rented a car from OKC to Table Rock Lake (round trip) for 6 days and it cost about $160 and included enough upgrades to get a convertible sports car.During our trip, a family emergency came up and we had to get a 1-way car from Branson to Wichita for my Dad, and the total was more than the price my boyfriend and I paid for a 6-day rental!?!! Talk about price gouging in desperate times (yes, unfortunately, we mentioned our family emergency). Ugh, this company disgusts me. You really ought to be ashamed of yourselves.2-stars because they had a car that got him from point A to point B.I highly recommend going to the Hertz car rental place nearby. It s totally worth the savings and not being taken advantage of.

I had a great experience with this location. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and the check in process was very efficient. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. We travel in our motorhome and rent through Enterprise frequently. I would say this was the best experience I have had so far. Would definitely rent from this location again.

I would like to leave no stars but I can't. We were told that they would have a car for us on Friday afternoon. We showed up at noon. No car. We were told to come back at 4. Realize that it's a 30 to 40 minute drive. We showed back up at 4 like we were told. Still no car. Will never use this company again. Not the first time that we've had issues with them. I dont recommend them at all.

Had a very good experience here. I called a few days before and was helped by Graham over the phone. He was very thorough answering all my questions. Picked the car up and was helped by Kaylee ( I believe that was her name) She was great and we were in a brand new Camry in a matter of minutes. Can't say enough about the car. Very clean, smelled great, and that little car drove through torrential rain all the way through Arkansas and Mississippi. Upon return I was checked in by Lindsey, she was very thorough and efficient. Overall very smooth and easy experience

Be aware, there is a long list of restrictions beyond the law (meaning company policies) that will keep you from being able to rent a car. They will only accept certain types valid i.d. even if yours is legal and valid literally everywhere else. And won't accept debit, which is typical. Just make sure you check a long list of specific requirements before you reserve here. They also don't have cars they say they have available online. The employee was also very rude. Instead of checking on an expiration date to see if there was another card available she simply said "I will not be able to rent you a car today." Like, right off the bat. No worries tho, we easily found another place willing to rent in town. Just a waste of time at Enterprise.

We rented our car from this location, I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there, we worked with Lindley, she was amazing, so friendly and was very efficient and fast at getting us our car and making sure it was clean!It was a great comfortable car for the 2 day drive we had, we did have to change cars out in Arizona because the wiper fluid didn't work, we then lost the key fob for the new car on the way back home, or so we thot, lol but they were even friendly in dealing with this, thankfully we found the fob and Kaitlyn was really nice and fast at getting our refund. We really appreciate their friendly service, everyone we talked to on the phone was friendly as well!

We used Enterprise for years for our out of town trips. Today we were to pick up a car that we had reserved in advance. When we arrived there, they claimed they didn't have a reservation for us and blamed it on the call center. They also claimed they didn't have anything available to rent. Don't trust them even if you have supplied them with all required documents. Plus it took over an hour on the phone to complete the reservation.

If we could rate a zero we would. The staff had no clue what they were doing. Refused us service after grabbing all necessary documents they asked for. Extremely unprofessional.We highly recommend the drive to the SPRINGFIELD location. They were more than helpful and appreciated our business. Fast and easy in and out.

Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to rent a vehicle through my insurance since my vehicle was hit. I was so relieved when I found out the insurance was going to cover a rental. Mind you I have rented from this company as well as my mother about 10 times in the last five years. Everything seemed fine until I spoke on the phone with manager Kaitlyn Dewey. She didn t want to help answer any questions I had. I showed up to pick up the rental with 3 children all in car seats and was given a car that had 2 seats in the backseat. I asked if she could tell me when there would be a return or something that I would be able to use as I wasn t able to put all my children in the car. She just said she would call and wasn t able to provide any information. I spoke with the insurance company and they upgraded me to a full-size SUV. I called enterprise and let them know the changes. He told me to come in that he would be able to switch vehicles. They did not put me in a full-size SUV. They put me in a small SUV which was fine for the meantime. I then again called and spoke with Kaitlyn, asking her when I would be able to receive the full-size SUV since I was going to be in a rental for almost 2 weeks, she gave me the same exact excuses did not want to talk on the phone with me kept placing me on hold. I just felt like she was really difficult to talk to. I work in customer service and always try to ensure my guest that I will do my best to help them. She was not helpful at all. Not only did she not help, but she wouldn t give me any information, and on occasion, refused to conversate further with me. It was the most embarrassing and unprofessional interaction I ve had with a manager in my life. When I went to return the vehicle, she wouldn t even look at me or talk with me. I will never go back to the Branson Missouri enterprise located on main st again. I m not sure if she treated me that way because it was through insurance, but no matter the situation you should always treat your customers with respect and not make them feel like you re doing a disservice helping them.

These guys really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Hope was my customer service rep and she was amazing. She was attentive and responsive to my issues and make the whole experience easy and quick. I recommend this location for your car rental.

Made a reservation for a car. Showed up and they upgraded me to a truck. I said I didn t want a truck because i had a ways to drive and wanted something with good gas mileage, hence why I reserved a car. Then they told me they didn t have any cars available and when I pointed out the 2-3 they had on the lot they said that they were reserved .. Apparently, they were fine with honoring their reservations just not mine? Because I reserved on the app, with points.Make sure you call and confirm you ll get what you reserve.Now, since it s the day before I have to leave, I can t get a car from anywhere else, because that s how rental companies are now. Smdh. They need to figure out something at this location.

They were super patient and responsive. My bank put a hold on renting cars that I wasn t aware of until I got there and the lady was very sweet and understanding . I had to go back home and set up a meeting bank account and had called enterprise back and told them that I would be back in a few hours and they held my car and everything still for me. I definitely recommend this company. Overall wonderful experience. They have the best prices and they don t add on any other fees or hold a fee without you knowing!
