I came in today to update accounts and was helped by Sierra Volz. She was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable. Offered multiple options to my questions and was so kind. I really felt as though she cared about her customers and that is rare these days. I will heartily recommend Central with employees like this!

Great and fast service!! Was able to open an account within 15 or so minutes, the process was smooth and easy, big thanks to Dominick for helping me set it up. Had a problem today where my charges were being declined, my fault mostly but Asia was able to fix that in 5 minutes. Big thanks to the central bank team

Sierra Volz was our personal banker and did amazing at explaining the features and benefits of their several different types of accounts (checking and savings). Setting up our accounts was made to be very simplistic and an easy decision with her help. Overall, the experience was personable yet professional, thanks to her you've acquired a new client as well as keep an existing client. She's a great addition to this location and this business as a whole.

I had the best experience opening an account at central bank! The front desk man, Kyle, was so helpful at getting things started. Sierra was the personal banker who walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions about the accounts, max money, credit cards, and what even is credit! Definitely recommend this bank for anyone wanting to switch banks. And they have fresh cookies every Friday :)

Faith was was very knowledge about all of the products I asked about, checking, savings, and credit card inquiries. Faith was personable, genuine, upfront about about everything. I highly recommend her! Best bank is have been too, we also got free tickets and a jersey for being a new customer with Central bank. 5 star, very satisfied!
