My diesel pickup truck broke down while my family and I were visiting Branson. Art's Auto & Diesel really went the extra mile to get it fixed so I could get my family home. After I got my truck back there was still a small issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. These people know auto/truck repairs, and even more than that they know what real customer service is. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for all the work and the compassion you showed us!

They are honest and knowledgeable about their field. It is always a pleasure to work with James and his crew. I wouldn't use anyone else for my diesel truck work.

Recommended by a great friend we were visiting in Branson, and was she ever right. To find someone who can actually understand and work on the Ford Powerstroke motor, and fix it, was great. The worked me in as they knew I was passing through and needed immediate help. Great shop, great communication.

We were stuck in Branson Mo till we took our truck here 06 ford f350 6.0 they did an absolutely amazing job I would 100% recommend going there I'm a mechanic and we had another shop try to fix this truck out nigh.are is over thanx to this amazing company theu have outstanding staff and great prices I would take my truck here anyway of the week they got to us super fast and over the holidays theu worked on it non stop to get us home it's so amazing to be able to trust this truck again we drove it through the mountains and it drove amazing we have never had this much power take your tuck to this shop thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to getting us safely on the road

First time there today and they were very friendly and helpful! They did a quick inspection of my vehicle and reset my check engine light and sent me on my way I'll be back!

I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. Not if your wanting your truck to come back in working order. Sent our work truck in to have a small oil leak repaired, not only did it end up leaking worse than before. 2 months later and 6 times having to drop the truck off they managed to make it also leak diesel, leak more oil than before and the steering is now so loose you can turn the wheel 4-5 in before the tires even move. Then text saying to come get the teuck and not bother bringing it back in, since they can not fix it. Absolute worst mechanics in Branson.

I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. I got it back Friday all those days I was promised at every afternoon and then they wouldn't talk to me. When I did pick up my truck on Friday. That is when they informed me that they put a new starter on, they couldn't get the new flywheel in so they put my old flywheel back in there. I also was told they added a master cylinder clutch and slave my bill was almost double. I had called seven times at least and was never told us till I picked it up. They just kept saying they're having problems. I suggest you do not use this business.

We are 7 hours from home and called Friday on the way in and were booked up. They worked us in Tueaday and got us back on the road and feel safe pulling our camper home now! Very knowledgeable people and feel we were treated very fairly! The owner has a truck just like mine and was very helpful for future services and things to improve preformance.! Definitely recommend these guys even if you have to wait!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were very friendly and very helpful. They got me in without an appointment and fixed my problem. The only negative was they charged about twice what it should have cost, but I was out of town and had to get it fixed so I could go home. I'm glad to have found them.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic, James is a great diesel mechanic. And I had warrantied parts and he fixed it for free. The only problem now is that the word is out. He is very busy. Nice to see a young man, fluent in Spanish also, to be so busy. You won't find a better or more honest diesel mechanic near Branson

I want to thank the crew at Art's Auto & Diesel for doing last minute repairs on our truck. We were on vacation from Montana the first part of June when a couple of issues on our 7.3 diesel occurred, both of which needed immediate attention before we could get back on the road in a couple of days. I stopped by on a Tuesday and had an appointment for the next day. I waited a few hours for the repairs to be completed, and to my surprise it was half of what I thought it would be. We finished out the last couple of days in Branson without much interruption from the breakdown. Most importantly we made it the 1800 miles home without further issues.Thanks again to Art's Auto &Diesel

Had to have my tie rod ends replaced. The job was done in no time, and my car now runs smooth and quiet! Good job! They also saved me $200.00 over an estimate I received elsewhere. Very happy with their service. And Colton was very friendly and professional! I will recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job fixing my car for a fair price but with quite a wait, and being such a busy shop is good and bad, it's leaves very little time to do anything else. Or maybe I just expected to much from a busy shop.No one bothered to scan and erase present codes on the dash.No one even cared to make sure car was return as clean as itwas turned it but unfortunately I looked like there was 30 different "mechanics" dirty boots all over the driver seat area.No one bothered to fix headrest that was almost broken but got completely broken while vehicle was in there. Or asked if would liked that for an extra I would loved that.No actually went out to check if the sun visor is actually up when I called to make sure was and being told it is... But I drove, no sun shield up... someone forgot probably black leather interior is baking under 105+ sun (it was hot that month)Sure these are not critical little things but...In the auto repair world this is already better then average but unfortunately despite very promising start I am still looking for a perfect place to take care of my beloved Mercedes-Benz.

Called today to get an estimate on changing my timing belt on a 2015 Chevy Traverse. Was quoted a price of $5,000. Already went to the Pinegar Chevy dealer the day before and was quoted $2,914.76. Definitely would not trust them with my car repairs.

These guys are great. We are vacationing and I got a check engine light in my 21 Ram 2500. Took it over here and they jumped right on it and checked my fluid levels as well. It unfortunately is a dealer issue, but they took the time and treated me well. When I asked what I owed, they told me nothing. Amazing. They treat their customers with respect and know their time is precious. Highly recommend these guys. God bless.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Before l took my truck to their shop l specifically asked if they worked on transmissions, they said yes. $700 later they told me to take my truck to a transmission shop. We were towed in as our camper/van broke down while on the road. They worked us into their schedule, and we were back on the road in 2 hours. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced shop. Also quite kind. The next day I could not get the van started. The owner cane over immediately. It was a simple fix, and no charge. Highly recommend them. Good service and good work.

Arts Was great to communicate with. They were flexible with me and my changing schedule. I had them look at my vehicle and they were quick, professional, and very helpful. Our under shield came loose and was dragging just as we were heading home from Branson. We talked to two other places that said they couldn t look at it because they were too busy or short staffed. We called Art s, and Colton said to come by and they would check it out. We were in and out within an hour with the shield screwed back in place, no thanks to Jiffy Lube that hadn t secured it correctly after the last oil change. Great, helpful staff and service. Highly recommend! And they have a cute dachshund on site!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They had changed my brakes and did a marvelous job! I was very impressed with their honesty and advice on which brake pads to go with. I had previously taken my vehicle to another shop for brakes, and those brake pads wore out quickly. So I was thankful for James to install good quality brake pads, that will last me a long time. If I could, I would rate Art's Auto & Diesel 10 stars for their work, and their exceptional customer service!!!

The was the only shop that would get me in while on vacation. They was very friendly and professional. They diagnosed my vehicle very quickly and had it fixed and out of there in 2 hours. The pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this shop if you need your vehicle worked on in Branson MO. Thank you guys very much.

Had an amazing experience with great customer service from both James and Sarah. One thing that really stood out to me,that I really liked was the integrity and ethnicity of both persons. Took my car in to get it diagnosed and they took their time helping me and letting me know what needed to be done without costing me a penny. To me that was huge because anywhere else I ve gone to just to look at a car they already charged you. I feel like most business out there are so money hungry that they forget about integrity and ethnicity and customer service if I could I would rate this shop 10 stars! If ever I have any problems with any of my cars I will definitely bring them to James.

Blew the turbo in my 6.0 traveling to Branson. Dropped it off at Arts on a Saturday. Contacted them first thing Monday. Said they could put a stock turbo in and have it back to me Monday afternoon. I opted for an upgraded turbo that had to be ordered and also asked they change the oil. They found a cracked intercooler pipe they also replaced. Had the truck back Thursday morning. Truck runs great. Excellent service, communication, and reasonably priced. Thanks Colton and team!

I'm from out of town so to find a really great mechanic is a hard thing to do but I got lucky in this town art was the first person I called when I was looking for somebody to install a crankshaft sensor...He was that mechanic that put everything out there up front told me exactly what the job's going to cost and did it for less than what he said So he didn't do any extra work that didn't need to be done and they got the car running because I brought it to them unable to start...Upon going back to pay the bill which was about $50 less than what they told me over the phone and talking to him in a couple of his guys to realize that they are a wealth of knowledge and probably the best mechanics I've ever been to for repair on a car which I normally do myself but I simply didn't have all the tools to do this job and it takes some expertise to install this part on my car they got the job done scheduled the appointment before the end of my phone call even though I told them I was going to call around and still ended up bringing job to him... Arts auto and diesel mechanics are top of the line really good people... Someone I can say who's not going to rip you off...Thanks to Arts Automotive!!!

I have dealt with James a few times now fixing my 6.0 diesel excursion. He is always professional, he checks everything out then gives you the estimate. He is busy, but always calls to keep you informed on your vehicle . I don't trust many mechanics but I trust James and his crew. And I was shocked that he speaks fluent Spanish.

I travel to Branson with my family and my vehicle lost power going up and down the hills. Of course I am very suspect of any mechanic taking advantage of an out-of-town person. Arts was recommended by locals and he did not take advantage of me. I called a friend of mine who is a mechanic back home, and what they found agreed with what my friend was certain was happening. I just paid for the diagnostic fee and a new air filter. Even talking to the owner he came back is pretty laid-back and normal. I would definitely use them again when we return to Branson if I have car problems.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Awesome customer/vehicle service! They went out of their way to ensure we were back on the road quickly. Getting your vehicle fixed is something you never want to do on vacation, but this place made a bad situation a good memorable story to tell about how there are still a few places around that truly care about what they do and taking care of those they can help. Bravo Art's!!!
