On vacation and my car overheated on Sunday morning (planned to leave the following Monday morning). Eventually I made it to the body shop parking lot and left a message on the answering machine because they were closed. I followed up Monday at 0800, right when they opened, talked to Pat and explained my situation. He called me back a little while later, explained what he thinks it would take to get me home ( Central Illinois about a 7 hour drive) safely and provided a reasonable quote for parts/service. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day and even admitted that he had accidentally ordered the wrong part and that ETA would be later in the day. I appreciate the honesty and the open communication! Car was finished after business hours, he called to ask if they could keep it overnight so they can test drive for a final inspection in the morning. At this point, I had already committed to staying an extra night so this didn't bother me. However, I'm sure if I needed to leave that night, he would have stayed later so that I could've picked up my car - he's just that type of person/business owner.When I checked out, there were a few more things that they saw needed some maintenance. If I lived in this area or had the time to stay longer, this is where I would have my car serviced. My experience supports what most of the other reviews mentioned. Good service, great communication, reasonable prices and overall great experience (considering the situation).

Being a mechanic daughter and working costumer service makes me have high expectations and let me tell you!!! The experience with them was just AWESOME. They are efficient. They contacted me right away. They had great customer service, great people and I definitely recommend this place as the were the ONLY ones in town willing to change my transmission filter. So I can reassure you over and over that they are THE BEST IN TOWN!!!Service: Auto maintenance

I was very impressed with the services provided. The crew was great with staying in touch with DX and estimates to fix my AC. Although I wasn t able to approve the necessary repair for my van due to my own financial restraint, they were able to provide an alternative that could help me through the summer. They were very polite and professional and the repairs were very affordable. Highly recommend. My family and I will have them in mind first should our vehicle need anymore attention.We appreciate you all.Service: Air conditioning

So my wife and I were traveling to Branson and our suv broke down at the place we were staying. I spoke to Patrick from this shop and explained to him what I thought the issue could be. He said he would check on it when we towed the vehicle to the shop, and he immediately let us know what the issue seemed to be and that he could get it fixed that day. He kept us informed throughout the process and was able to save the rest of the vacation. The bill was extremely reasonable as well! If you need anything done car wise and this shop can do it.... I would recommend going here!

Had car trouble while on weekend trip. After getting new battery we discovered a alternator issue and sent to advanced auto. Owner checked it and said that he could fix it however said car would be ok rest of our trip. He was very honest and we enjoyed rest of trip. Made it home safe.

They kept up with me as they were getting my car fixed, the entire time. And they charged me very good prices and labor. Everything was very painless, even after having a breakdown and with all the things on my plate they made sure I had one less thing to worry about.

Our SUV broke down while in Branson for a weekend trip. We were so pleased to find that Advantage was open. They were so friendly and honest. Tim worked so hard to get us back on the road but we had to leave it and come back for it in a couple of days. He did a great job and charged us a reasonable price. So thankful.

I brought my car to them, thinking it was a much bigger, more expensive problem. This situation had also shaken any trust I had with the other business, since I believed my car to be fixed by them. The guys at Advanced Automotive were so nice and helpful... and they took my car, looked it over and realized it was an easy fix and only charged me labor. They saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest when they could have taken advantage of the situation. I will return again and again :-) Integrity is how you keep a customer. <3

This is a great shop, ran by some great people! Thanks for getting my wife's Yukon in and I really appreciate the attention to detail in your work! I Never new this place existed until I was referred by other mechanics at other shops. That says something, however, I still read the reviews, both good and bad! Sometimes you find out people just like to complain and people have a legitimate gripe. If you've been here you know what I mean, if not, read the reviews and hopefully you'll see why this business deserves 5 stars! Definitely fair, honest, trustworthy, and skilled Mechanics!!! Will definitely be back, thanks again guys!

Pat and the guys at Advanced Automotive went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. They fixed the issue I came in for and gave me a heads up on other things needing fixed honestly and without pressure to spend the money on it right away. They even dropped my vehicle off at my home so I wouldnt have to find a ride back to the shop to pick it up. I will definitely be using their services for future repairs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I'm not going to write a review as I didn't go there. However, I did speak with them and they were helpful with information and so on. That alone gets a 3.5 in my estimation. If the service is as good, its a 4.5 - 5.0 all day long.

Exceptional! Could not be more pleased with how Pat and Mike helped us with our brake issues while on vacation from TN! Never fun to have car trouble while on the road, but these guys made it easy for us. They were professional and friendly, communicated clearly and quickly, were not pushy, and fixed the problem at a fair price earlier than promised. Cannot ask for more.

Incredibly helpful. We were in a jam and had a deadline & they worked with us quickly and professionally and got our car repaired in a couple hours. They did everything they could to help us. We didn't call till after 3pm & they were even willing to stay late to make sure it got done that evening. A+ service. Friendly staff. Five stars all the way.

Pat and the rest of the team are great guys at advanced. I'm not a car guy, so it's awesome just calling them up because they really were fair and worked hard to solve the issues on my car and my wife's car. I know both of the cars gave them headaches lol! Definitely would recommend and I do recommend them to my friends in the Branson area.

I took my brothers truck in with transmission issues. They charged me almost $900. To replace a body control module. My truck is worse, now I have a check air bag signal going off. It still dont shift and now I'm out of money that fixed nothing!!!

Love these guys. I live in Branson and use Advanced for all of my auto maintenance needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I also appreciate how they will keep me informed about things to look out for in the future without pressuring me to do anything. Top quality garage with great giys and great equipment. Use with confidence.

If you are a women They will overcharge and not even put the right parts on or charge you $85 for 10min worth of work and the issue still not b resolved be sure to send in your husband or male figure they got $1500 to $2000 extra. Dollars from me and that quote is from another shop here in town and most of it was stuff I was charged for that was already supposed to have been done for example just got vehicle back 3 days later breaks down had already costed me 2200 at this point called them told them they came got with tow truck which got charged for even tho it was do to there negligence of not looking over the vehicle like I told them to In that first charge they did a oil change and filter change and then was charged for it again with the tow charge which this price ran me another $1200 my vehicle has broke down 1week later do to a fuel pump that they said was ok even tho I just replaced the tank in the first cost where they should have inspected while it was off ive been taken my vehicle here for couple years and after this I will no longer do so ur better off getin advice from oriellys or walmart both will out do these money hungry people So with that being said before you allow these thefts to work on your car get a second opinion from another shop

The best experience I could ever ask for. Have a 2006 Subaru WRX STI That was previously on airbags. Stock suspension was put back on and violently shook and pulled every direction 50 mph or more. After Advanced Automotive changed out the cambers and aligned everything it drives like a dream!!! COULD NOT BE HAPIER. 10/10 stars. Would recommend to everyone!!!!

My family was on vacation from MN and the air conditioning quit in 95+ weather. Dropped the car off at noon and they had it fixed by 5:00 for a very reasonable price. EXCELLENT service.

Took my car in for engine lights and possible timing issues,,, they said it was out of oil and filled it up and said it was fine..... Next day it broke down... Completely... Had it towed back now waiting to hear if it just needs ..a motor

Some friends recommended them highly. But I had an axle replaced, and they didn't bother replacing the bearings which were shot. The mechanic even made note that it was something that needed done that they didn't do.

This shop is the best around and you won't be disappointed. They are very honest and extremly knowledgeable. These guys stand by their work and are proud of what they do. They will let you know if they run into any unexpected issues so you are always aware of what they are doing. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I broke down stranded in branson missouri and i had to have My car towed it was towed to this shop. The car was irrepairable and i asked them to help me junk it so i could have money to buy another. I assume they junked it. But i never saw a dime. "Thanks" i appreciated you not helping an out of towner down on her luck and left me without money to even buy another vehicle since you claimed "storage" and sold the broken vehicle

Had a headlight out. Picked one up but no tools. He swapped it out and asked $5 for doing it. Nice guy, quick service. Recommended by a local.
