Just bought our 4th vehicle from Poage Ford! They just keep helping us upgrade to the next best thing! Love working with the team each and everyone is awesome to work with! Curtis was our sales man this time, Kyle the finance guy made it the easiest task possible! Started the process around 12pm and was done by 6! Most of the time was spent waiting on our own bank! Will definitely be back and services will be done here cause the service team is also the bomb!

I have been going to Poage for many years and trust them to maintain the Ford cars and trucks we own. I prefer having OEM parts and fluids on my autos.

Prior to taking my 2013 Ford Focus SE in for a recurring problem, I had already experienced three TCM replacements, with one of them done by Poage. Initially, I was pleased with their service the job was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. However, my perception changed during my last visit. I was encountering transmission issues and error codes on my dashboard, and when I checked the codes, they indicated a clutch problem, not a TCM issue. Lacking mechanical expertise, I asked Poage to investigate.I utilized the key drop service but deliberately refrained from signing the acknowledgment at the bottom, which stipulated that they couldn't install parts without my explicit approval. Nonetheless, they installed a new TCM and later called to explain that it was necessary due to a supposed TCM break and that it wasn't covered by warranty because the transmission was also damaged. They claimed that installing a new TCM was the only way to assess the transmission's condition, which turned out to be untrue. Subsequently, I insisted they reinstall my old TCM, and I was charged $400 for labor despite never authorizing the replacement.Upon returning home, I employed Ford's own diagnostic software, which revealed that the issue lay with an actuator fork that wasn't fully engaging. The software indicated a 5mm gap in the fork's engagement. I proceeded to fix the entire clutch and the fork for a total cost of $750, without the need to replace the TCM.This raises the question of how someone like me, a non-mechanic with no prior experience, was able to diagnose the problem correctly without the unnecessary removal and replacement of a new TCM, for which I was charged $400. My car is now running smoothly with the TCM they claimed was broken.

Took my car there the 21st of August to get the steering fixed and when I got it back on the 22nd of September the front license plate and bracket was bent and 1/4 of the front bumper was scratched up and gouged. Called to discuss it with customer service and they told me they weren t liable for accidents that happen on their property. Steering got fixed though but kinda sucks I have a scratched up bumper now. Be careful leaving your car there for repairs. Something hit my car while it was at their shop. Not taking my car back there

I purchased a used 2019 Ford Explorer from Poage Ford in Bowling Green Mo. This vehicle cost me over $36,000 to purchase, I had to return 3 times within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle due to lack of planning by the dealership. This meant rearranging my schedule in order to drive almost an hour each way. Reasons for return; 1. was issue with plastic around the doors needing to be glued back down, 2. was due to a check not being sent to me within 30 days to help pay for taxes, 3. the form to prove out of state mileage was also not completed so I had to return for that which then caused my taxes to be late. Not only did I have to rearrange my work schedule by a few hours each time in order to get these visits completed but also had to pay for the gas however my biggest issue was the nonchalant attitude (no big deal) the people at the dealership seemed to have. Now after 6 months of owning the car a tear has developed in a crease of the leather seat and I have been pretty much told too bad so sad you are past the 36,000 miles. I purchased the vehicle at around 28,000 miles, I am a social worker and drive a lot for work visiting families so my last visit I was around 37,000. After messaging the dealership on messenger and completing request through Ford Customer Care they have decided to offer me 15% off the cost so instead of $329.98 it will only cost me $275.25 plus taxes. I was also reminded that because I am over my mileage they are not required to assist me at all. I would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for customer care.

Nathan (sales) and Kyle (financing) were both great. The entire process was easy and comfortable. As a single woman, I did not feel pressured or ripped off. I did my research before heading in and knew I was being given a fair deal. After experiences with some other dealerships, I genuinely appreciated the non confrontational and down to earth approach these two took with me. Thank you and I will be recommending to family and friends as well as planning future purchases for myself at Poage!

I got an oil & filter change this afternoon. My vehicle was taken in right on schedule. I waited in the clean and attractive show room where good coffee was ready and a tv was available to watch. When my car was ready it was delivered conveniently to the door by the service manager. He discussed the service invoice with me and notified me of a recall and made an appointment for me. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, respectful and made me feel like my business was truly appreciated.

Took a month and a half to get my car fixed. My only real complaint was i had to call them to find out what was going on instead of them just letting me know with a quick call.

Great service! Accommodated us in emergency situation. Gave us a complimentary loaner car. Fixed our problem in 2 days, causing no delay in our trip. 5 Starts. Chris in service fugured out our odd problem & is Superb. Svc mgr Brian very helpful. Mgr Mark kind, understanding & accommodating.

The staff here are super friendly and the service department was extremely patient with me after I lost my cool about some problems with a Focus I had bought (not from them). The repairs were decently priced, and as far as I can tell, alleviated my issues entirely. Thanks Poage Ford Service Department!

Great service! We are travelling and our Dodge Caravan began making a terrible noise. Poage was the nearest place we could get to for help. So this Ford dealership took care of our Dodge by replacing the water pump. They were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They cared about getting us back on the road. The only regret I have is that I don't live near enough to buy from them.

I stopped by today and it appears they are open to take your money for repairs but if you want to buy something, new customer or return customer, you have to make an appointment. I can understand they might not want to be in a room with anyone and everyone but but they are not letting parts people in the building in the building either. You can't be out in the open air to talk to a potential buyer? This has cost you a customer for sure. I just wanted to shop and research today but given the lack of willingness to help out, I won't be darkening your door in the future.

QUICK! Easy, painless, awesome to deal with, and the salesman didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. I knew what I wanted and we stuck to that. Financing only took 15 to sign everything. Literately the quickest car transaction I've ever done and that's the way it's supposed to be! Great people! Highly recommend Poage Ford!!!

Had an issue with my driver side door sticking closed to where I could not enter or leave the vehicle about two months ago. Took the vehicle in and and was told they fixed the problem after ~10-15 min of the vehicle in the shop.The issue came back the other day so I called in to have them look into it since I ve already paid them to fix it which, apparently they didn t do. They informed me I would have to wait a minimum of a week before they would be able see me. Mind you, the last time this happened it took maybe 15 minutes for them to fix, but they didn t want to try and fit me in anytime sooner. I wasn t about to try and climb through my passenger side door for a week to drive a vehicle that I already paid to have fixed. I had to take it to a different auto shop and had to pay, once again, to have the issue looked at and repaired.

Most of the time I'd prefer to do my own dental work than buy a vehicle but Poage Ford has been my dealership for a long time for a reason. Knowledgeable and friendly hometown staff.

If it would let me give zero stars, I would do so! Worst customer service ever experienced. To the extent that while the vehicle was in their possession for service work, it was hit and damaged by another vehicle in the parking lot. They did not call to notify, but tried to act as if there was no damage and could sweep it under the rug. Photos were taken as proof. They said it would be repaired and when the vehicle was picked up, the damage was not completely repaired. Further, they refused to give an itemized invoice of the service work performed and charged $900 MORE than the estimate given. Total scam of a place. Do not waste your time with them unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Best service department in the business! We take ALL of our vehicles there for service, whether it's a Ford or not. It's rare to have mechanics that you can fully trust. The service desk bends over backwards to help in any way they're able.
