Tuesday we went to WK Ford to look at a white Ram Rebel. I had to convince the sales woman the truck wasn t an employee vehicle. Then couldn t show it because had a seat out of it she said. After convincing her it had all its seats she backed up for us to see it. We drove it and said we liked it. My girlfriend was talking about trade in of her Jeep. While I went to the restroom my gf asked if she could put a deposit on it till we got back with the Jeep. I come out of the restroom unaware they had talked about a deposit so I asked about putting one down again. She assured me it wouldn t go anywhere by her putting keys in her desk. We set up a time to pick it up on Thursday and they would have it detailed. Wednesday I had a wisdom tooth removed and she text me to say it was sold out from under us. Wasted time and gas and money eating out for nothing. Offered us trucks $10000 higher. Not a good experience. I called WK office and was told the manager would call but he never did either

Always receive excellent customer service at WK. Jimmy and his team are top notch. I m not a car mechanic as is readily apparent when describing the issues to be addressed. I trust WK to resolve the problems as cost effectively as possible. I appreciate that!

They set me an appointment and started the oil change right away. Did an inspection of the car and tires. Advised me of their findings. Reasonable price. Everyone very kind.

What a welcome change, and an exciting experience ordering and buying my new Maverick. Lonnie was so patient, and James explained finances in terms I understood. Heather up front was friendly and thorough. Found my forever dealership!! Thank you W-K Ford.

Came here in hopes of getting a better oil change/vehicle service experience than Machens ford in Columbia provided. Was not disappointed as waiting for 4 hours or more for a quick lane oil change was a typical occurrence at Machens but I was in and out in less than an hour for my service at WK. The front desk lady was very nice and kept me updated about any significant issues they found with my vehicle as well as updates regarding time of completion. Overall was very satisfied with this dealership and will be coming here from now on for all of my ford service needs. Only thing I would recommend is offering more convenience options for the people waiting on their vehicles. Other dealerships offer coffee or water but the only thing they offered was a soda vending machine.

Selling my vehicle was very easy, and they give you a straight answer, no back and forth like buying. Which is awesome if you have a decent vehicle to sell them. I had sold them a Red Ford f150 single cab 4x4

I was very pleased with the service. I was stuck in Boonville while on my way to Columbia, because my husband was in hospital. We went in and it didn t take anytime at all to buy and have battery put in my truck. I was very pleased. I would recommend you all to everyone I know

WK was able to get me in very timely manner. I had several issues to be addressed, they did and found and provided services for 2 other issues. Completed the work quickly. Would recommend

I was really hoping for a different experience but first decided to have my truck towed here. Unfortunately my truck has been sitting for 3 days and it hasn't even been looked at yet. I had to personally drive back up there just to get the VIN number off my vehicle because the service manager said it wasn't popping up in their system and that without it popping up in their system they couldn't begin working on my vehicle. They called me today and said they would be getting around to my vehicle and then an hour later called me back and said they wouldn't be working on my vehicle and that they're closed during the weekend. Monday and Tuesday they have other vehicles to work on so they weren't sure if they would be able to get to my vehicle then either. So come Wednesday my truck will have been sitting there a week. I'm not sure if it's just cuz my vehicle is older or what the deal is but there really just acting like I don't want to work on my truck. I'm really thinking about just sucking it up and having it towed somewhere else

First time using W-K Ford Boonville, MO. They correctly diagnosed my cruise control / collision fault and fixed the problem in a timely and cost effective manner on my Gen 5 Explorer Sport. So happy with there service, I scheduled an appointment to have my wife s vehicle diagnosed and fixed.

Car went in with serious issue. Dallas looked ar it immediately. Explained next step. Unfortunately it wasn't what I anticipated. Not driveable. NO rental available. Joey salesman helped with looking for my specific requirements for new vehicle. Still trying to figure out what to do. Everyone at WK was great!

We were in a tight schedule when the check engine light came on in our Lincoln MKX. It was New Year s Eve day and our earliest appointment with W-K Ford in Boonville was January 2, at 1:00. Problem was diagnosed and everyone worked so hard to get us on the road in a timely manner. Dallas (the mechanic) worked late to have everything ready for the parts the next day. Lizzie ( the scheduler) ordered the parts promptly and I think juggled our car into as early an opening as possible. Jimmy (the Service Manager) gave us a ride to and from, and was most accommodating. We couldn t have asked for more. Most appreciative!

My family was traveling out to Kansas City when they had mechanical problems. The team at WK Ford was great. I was able to call and coordinate the delivery of apart from O'Reilly's down the road. The tow truck brought the vehicle in my family to the dealership and they had them back on the road in about an hour.Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The WK Ford Service department is great. They were friendly from the initial appointment call all the way through the appointment the day of service. They communicate with you any issues or possible issues. Highly recommend!

These people are awesome. My wife and I drove all the way from Dallas too. Buy a truck there because they had the best price, gave me the most for my trade-in, and ultimately made it impossible to not drive nearly 600 mi to buy a truck. I worked in the automotive industry for 12 years. So good service like this is near and dear to my heart. Is hard to find people that do business like this. Ask for Jake if you shop here. He was extremely knowledgeable and the entire process took less than an hour (minus the drive.)

Thank you so much for the excellent service. I was traveling through Boonville from St. Louis and broke down on the side of a highway. Nash toeing was there in less then 10 minutes of my call and had me at the W-K Ford shop quickly. When I walked in the staff was friendly and professional. Luke was able to get me in quickly, even though they were booked 2 weeks out. They figured out what it was and had me fixed up within the hour. Thank you so much for everything!

The service department was quick and very friendly. Lizzie was very helpful, and I m so grateful this dealership is close enough where I can start servicing my vehicle there, (I live in Columbia, and have had terrible experiences with the Columbia dealer).They had the parts and finished my under warranty repairs quicker than expected. And, they were even kind enough to pick up my vehicle and then deliver to my home afterwards!Thank you W -K Ford!

Don't go to the W-K'S service department!They don't know what they're doing!My wife and I purchased an F150 there in 2021.Went back because the gas door clip that held the door closed came off. They didn't even really look at it and said we would have to buy a new one. I took it home, looked it over, and found all I had to do was twist the part back in. Fast forward two years. I need a new key for my F350.I went down there, and the key was $175 ok I thought, because they would make it work with my truck! I can get a key online for $30!!!!They took my truck for a half hour. Came back gave me paperwork to pay! However, they said the new key wouldn't work with my truck because my truck has an after-market toon on it? Then they charged me the $175 for a key that wouldn't work ?I took it home and watched a 2 min U-tube video, and I had the key working in less than five minutes!!!! . So now that's two times I've fixed the problems myself?????The only reason for two stars is when I purchased our 2021 there two years ago, the salespeople were ok. However, yesterday, when I was waiting, I was looking at a new work truck! I was thinking about buying!! I didn't see one salesperson the entire time I was walking around the parking lot?

I I really liked WK first I ve had a couple issues I helped my daughter get a car and on the note it was stated that if she needed oil changed if we paid extra, she would have free oil changes for the life of her application, but come to find out she only had four oil changes she would not have purchased additional to make her payment more if she would ve known the truth so I was pretty disappointing with that. I liked the girl that worked with me. She was very nice.

When our F350 diesel went into Limp Mode while pulling a 5th wheel on the interstate my wife and I were in trouble. The sun was just coming up when we pulled off the first exit expecting to crawl to Columbia for repair. What a miracle when within a mile the Ford sign appeared at W-K Ford. Jimmy and Luke were INCREDIBLE! The problem was expertly diagnosed (difficult) and repaired over the next couple of days and we were back on the road. We arrived at the house after 12 hours of hard driving and the truck performed flawlessly. We can t thank the guys enough and highly recommend their service.

All was well but when we got it home the driver side front light was out. WK ford in Boonville has been excellent to work with! They always get us in quickly and promptly return my vehicle. I m sure this was overlooked because we had a lot of other repairs.

We were traveling cross-country, made a reservation the day before from the road, for a time convenient for us, and were able to get our routine service work done quickly and efficiently. The staff treated us like regular customers. We felt right at home.
