Called to ask if they could look at a car that another auto place said to go here,we take the car in and they said how much it would cost to fix it,at about 5pm ,closing time,so we tell them we have to get it the next day,go the next day and wouldn't give us the car in less we pay $50 for them to tell us what was wrong! Two other place tell us over the phone what was wring and how much,mind you for the same thing and half the price! Wouldn't tall debit card or check only cash or they wouldn't give us the keys!!! DONT Take your car or truck here they are dishonest as can be!! You try to shop locally but then you have crooks like these guys!!

Dropped my car off here and was respectful. Asked them to locate a freon leak. They had my car a week and I still hadn t got a call. I called them and the person on the phone couldn t tell me anything. I said that s fine, can you give me a call later today and let me know. I never got a call. I drove there the next day and asked. Also got my keys. I picked up my car a couple days later and the driver window had been left open in a rain storm or two. I ve worked in 3 shops so I know this is abnormal customer service. Not bashing them, this is just my experience here. This was my first experience here and my last unfortunately.

Very friendly and quick oil changes the only reason they get 3 star is because I felt nickel and dimmed I just filled my washer fluid before I went there and checked my tire pressure and was charged almost 10 just for them to check something I had just done.I went there based on the reviews I read on here. Not sure if I will go completely off of Google reviews again. I've live in boonville for several years now and had never heard of themMaybe that's why dont get me wrong the guy was extremely friendly and the service was fast. But they do nickel and dime you here. Or at least that is what I experienced.

Patrick and his team always do a great job and fix my car in a timely manner. They do need to work on getting back with customers when their parts come in though.

These guys will always have my business! They've always been very honest about what was needed and never "padded" the bill. Not to mention I've taken cars there and asked them to check them out before purchase which they did free of charge and saved me $$$$$.
