Used to be a great store. Has severely gone down hill. Incompetent employees that have attitudes with customers and seem annoyed to do there job (finding parts)

The big guy that runs the store has no idea what is going on and the big gal dusty just orders employees around. Horrible place

Dropped off load here, it wasn t bad at all but their dock it kinda tricky to back up to if you new driver everyone in there was polite.

On a road trip and the AC was not working. Stopped in at the Boonville NAPA at closing time but they had a relay for us!!!

Unbelievable service and help! Our daughter was driving from Columbia to KC and her battery light when on. We bought a new battery and ended up replacing the alternator in the parking lot! Steve stayed after hours, let us borrow tools and was very helpful!! It was bitter cold.

I didn't get the gentleman's name, but I showed up there to ask about a part for my car and the gentleman even though it was his lunch time he still even came out to my car got down on his hands and knees to take a look under my car to assure I was getting the correct part. Turns out I wasn't thanks to him I did!

Very professional staff we'll answer questions and give you good advice. And they know local shops and local mechanics. Always a good experience to do my business there
