Matt took care of my truck very well. I needed a expensive job done, where they had to pull the transmission, and as an ex mechanic, I was pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail.I would recommend them to anyone. These guys saved my on my recent cross country trip. This is where you want to go if you break down near Boonville. They fixed my 40 year old truck fast and I made it back to New Mexico with no further problems, and the price was right. I travel frequently and put their phone number in my phone for next time 5 stars! The customer service here is above and beyond. From a recent experience. I cannot say enough about this place, if it was not for their empathy, I would have not made it to Waco, Texas in time to see my sister before she passed away. I had an appointment for later in the afternoon, I called and explained the situation, and they told me to bring the vehicle in now and they would inspect my issue. Luckily there was no issue and my safety was assured, so I drove straight through the night and I arrived at the hospital at 6:30 am, my sister passed away at 8:30 am.I am eternally grateful for their help in allowing me to be with my sister during her last two hours on the planet. God bless you.

Midwest did a good job on my vehicle. I was stranded in town with no hope of getting out. Midwest fixed my vehicle and even gave me a military discount. That is something that usually don t happen. My wife and I are forever grateful for your help. Much love t you guys.

Service and communication were impeccable. They were able to replace my alternator within the day I brought it in after my car broke down after 11 hours of driving home from watching the solar eclipse!

I had them installed a new engine in my 2016 mini cooper. My experience with this shop was top notch Kyle and Matt are awesome guys to work with. I live by Sedalia and I will drive the 45 min to have them work on my stuff. Awesome customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I was traveling from KC to STL the day after Christmas when my Audi started acting up. I searched auto shops nearby and this came up. I dropped it off at the shop and a few days later heard back with what was causing the problem. I would receive regular texts with pictures updating me on the status of the repair and it is that type of care and attention you can expect from this shop. Heck I don t get that kind of white glove service from the Audi Dealership they should be taking notes from you guys. I would absolutely make this my primary auto shop if I lived closer.

Broke down right before Christmas holiday going from KC to St.Louis. Needed a new alternator. They put out of town stranded folks as priority. They were also only auto garage in town that could get us in before Christmas, otherwise we would had to wait almost a week. I would highly recommend, very professional.

Great place! Very friendly and knowledgeable. My tires felt weird and lumpy so they took a look and figured out the issue in just a few short hours! Silly me forgot to switch out the air in my tires . I still had summer air in them and I needed winter air!

We had an oil plug blow out at the Boonville exit on a Sunday. We called MWA and they not only answered but arranged for towing and repair first thing Monday morning. Communication was great, they were very helpful and friendly, and price was very reasonable. They got us back in the road home very quickly.

We ve been using Midwest Autoworx since we moved back to Missouri in 2021. They do great work and the owners, Richard aka Woody and Danielle Woodson are fantastic. Midwest Autoworx took my car right away. They started with the least expensive of the issues to see if it would fix it. Unfortunately it was the more expensive issue causing my car not to run. They kept me informed along the way and even though they had to wait for parts to come in, they fixed it as fast as they could. Woody and his team have always delivered on every promise! They work fast, clean and fix the problems correctly the very first time. I have had plenty of work done on both cars and will continue to bring our family vehicles here every time. In fact, I drive from Columbia to have my vehicles serviced here, that s how much I like and trust this team of mechanics. Having a mechanic that you trust is incredibly important and this cannot be overstated. I have almost 250k miles on my truck and just had the confidence to drive it across the country and back, that s because I have always had it serviced at Midwest Auto Worx.

Midwest Autoworx is a the place you can trust for your auto needs in Booneville, Mo. I am from Tennessee but had my change oil soon light come on while traveling through Booneville. I got in the very next morning and the did a oil change and tire rotation for me. It was VERY affordable. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. They also took my tire sensor that had came undone and damaged off for no extra charge. The have a nice waiting room. It was clean and had complimentary coffee and a nice big TV. It also has a little play area for children. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. My mom also needed her rotors and brakes for her Lexus SUV replaced that same day I was having my car worked on. They got her in as well and had her Lexus done the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend Midwest Autoworx to anyone.

The team is very efficient and courteous. KYLE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is they tend to be a little pricy sometimes. However, it's worth it for the betterment of your vehicle.Good deals on oil changes though.

I was driving on I-70 when my car broke down near Boonville. The tow truck company highly recommended taking my car to Midwest Autoworx. I was not disappointed. The guys had my car up and running within a few hours.They were friendly, accommodating, efficient, and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend to those who need car repairs in that general area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were traveling KC - St Louis last week when our ac gave out, outside temp above 90 degrees, yikes! I frantically started calling ahead hoping to find someone who could look at it for us and finally connected with Matt at Midwest Autoworx in Boonville. He was very courteous and helpful and they were able to get us in, fixed up and back on the road in very good time.
