Very friendly staff. Pulled in for a quick PM service for Termo King S600 unit. Got right in. Recommended. We need more folks and locations like this. Pleased with today's service.

Very thorough on there work excellent staff. Mechanic Jeff knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and even took time to explain and show me everything he was doing so I could learn and understand my apu system

Great service! I needed an alternator replaced in my APU. Got here at 7:30 waiting for them to open at 8am. Took me in and started working on it immediately. Was only here for an hour. Simple, fast and reliable. Great timing too because I had to get up north and it was in the 20�s so I was very thankful I didn t have to sleep in the cold for another night lol.

I showed up with an APU issue, they got me in at 8:05 and went straight to work on my problem. Got me in and out in under 3 hours.I would highly recommend them in the future.

In and out with a quick fix but I've gotta say even just based on that experience this could be one of the very best Thermo kings in the country! Super nice people who really know what they are doing and very fair with pricing. I've dealt with, and cussed at, many Thermo kings around the country and very few are ever referred to as great but this place gets it! Thank you for the awesome service!

They got me in pretty fast even though they had a couple in front of me. The guys were really friendly and helpful. The place is practically brand new, just rebuilt a year ago. Nice lounge, and great grass for the dogs. I don't know if they let them in the lounge. They were reasonable on their prices and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. It's a little gem out in the middle of Missouri. I highly recommend this place. I'll use it again if I need repairs instead of KC or St. Louis.

Called and they got me right in. Nice clean facility with a Drivers lounge. Easy to find. When I got there, they checked me right in and was working on my trailer within a few minutes. Definitely will be using them again.

I spent the night at the pilot @ exit #101 and showed up at 745am. The owner and employees arrived at 755am. I was in a repair stall by 805am. Very clean and new facility. Owner was extremely kind, honest and fair. My repair was covered under warranty and was back on the road at 915am. Quick in and out. Highest recommendation over the KC or St Louis TK dealers!!

Came in with an APU issue well more than one. They got my in right away was treated with respect! They got me fixed and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!!

Reefer stopped working at 2am and had to come here, guy came out really quick and figured out it was the alternator. Replaced it and I was on my way. They saved the load of meat and my time.

Stayed the night out there, they take me in at 8:00am with no appointment, checked for leaks and added Freon to my unit, was ready to go by 9 am. Definitely recommend this place. Fair price l.

I regret coming to this location instead of changing the alternator belt of my APU they screwed everything even my truck batteries when I called to tell what they did they didn t accept that they were wrong if it was 0 star I will give them even minus 0 don t come to this location

They took us in immediately and had us back on the road in under 45 minutes. They are polite, courteous and professional, I would definitely recommend them for all reefer repairs.

I called them about 11:30 on a Friday morning. They told me they were pretty busy and might not get to see me. I showed up at noon. Surprisingly when they got back from lunch at 1 p.m. they had me pull right in. My APu had a fuel leak. They immediately opened it up and diagnosed the issues. They replace the fuel line and some electrical lines that have been damaged. I was done by 3 p.m. . After leaving the shop I had to edit this. I went to the truck stop to finish out my break. Woke up that evening with a puddle of diesel fuel under my APU. Being they are closed for the weekend I drove to my next destination. After that 10-hour break there's a big puddle of diesel fuel under the APU. They did not fix the fuel leak. Not certain if it's worse.

These are a great group of people here. They had us in and out in about an hour and the apu runs like new. Nice little drivers lounge and pet friendly folks.

AWESOME SERVICE!! APU was running rough so I stopped here to get it checked out. They took me straight into the shop, identified the problem, replaced the part and I was back on the road in less than an hour!

I called and they were closed Saturday ,But they sent a mechanic to the shopping took care of me in an orderly fashion. Very happy with their service
