Not the quality I would expect from a Love s. Some card readers and buttons were not functional at the pumps. The small bathrooms were also a bummer. The cashier was very nice and they had a decent selection of energy drinks.

Bathrooms are usually pretty clean, smells clean. Has a Hardee's to eat at, which is usually spot on and tastes good also. No complaints.

Bathroom was clean. The prices marked on some of the hot items were wrong. The actual price was higher at the register. Pointed it out to the employee. She said that's the time not the price.Maybe don't use price tags to say the time. Hard to see in the photo, but that's a period indicating price NOT a colon which would indicate time. We would have bought something else if we knew the actual price before checkout. Very misleading.Turns out one of my items was expired too according to the time, but I didn't notice til we walked out.

It was big and pretty clean. Lots of selection. Take care when you try to enter the lot the first turn you come to is false and won't take you there. It's just a side road. Hardee's is connected. The restrooms needed a bit of attention and they were small. No complaints otherwise.

The worst loves to ever go to. Everyone here is dating each other and they don t clean the women s room there has been the same poop stains on the walls for months in the stalls. Tom is so rude to his workers also. Always cigarette smokers right by the entrance. Food case is empty never has the salad or sandwiches you want only has the other options. Always a shower or 2 that needs maintenance. No greeting when you walk in. The employees ignore you and treat you like a burden.

Look for the Love s Enter signs. The first right hand turn does not have gas station access.Clean restrooms. Good selection. Easy on-and-off I-70

We stopped at a Love's station for a travel break. There are so many things to look at and buy to eat! The restrooms were very nice and modern. They were very clean and there was a 3-colored button survey as we were leaving. There was also an employee wiping down the gas pumps outside. This place pledge cleanliness!Another item I'm impressed with are the windshield cleaner scrubbers/squeegees. They have perfect squeegees and they are on a long broom handle! Absolutely perfect for doing the whole windshield from one side!We will continue to look for Love's Stations as we travel!

Stopped in the store from out of town and woman behind the counter was very rude, did not offer assistance to sign up for rewards card since we did not have one being that we we are traveling. Asked if we had one, but didn't offer to assist in signing us up.taff not helpful. Not good customer service Loves, you lost a customer.

Pulled up to the maintenance shop to check in for a PM, kid came up to the truck giving me a lot of attitude about bringing my Bob tail to the building, first time I ever got that. So I said OK and took it back parked in front of the trailer, walked over to the building and checked in. There was no one else waiting, no other trucks in the building, and 3 tech's doing nothing, he told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait. Didn't see a point in waiting so long so I declined and left even though I did have the time I just don't have time for incompetent people or bad attitude. Honestly I got a strong feeling that they probably didn't really know how to do the job and they probably would have screwed it up costing me more time and money later down the road. If you are a owner operator and needing a PM your probably better off going a bit further and getting it done elsewhere

Meets the standard I normally have for Loves. Clean, polite staff, however this location has a nice fenced dog space, a dumpstation for black and gray water(rv/camper), and plenty of parking for our trip.

This location is to too bad. It s very busy though. During peak hours it can be tough to make a left turn. There s plenty of parking but it fills up at night. They have hot food and a Hardee s as well. The staff are nice as well. The cat scale is easy to access.

DON'T STOP HERE TO PLACE IS A PIGSTY NOW. 9 months ago I gave this place a glowing review because it consistently been excellent. That has changed dramatically over the last nine months. I stopped in there when I pass through going from Indiana to Colorado and back. The restrooms have gotten worse and always a mess. My rule of thumb is that the kitchen is no cleaner than the bathroom! The gas pump was out of receipt paper. So I had to go back and get my receipt with just an inconvenience of course. There is a man that was deathly sick and coughing all over the place and spewing stuff. So I was standing back of course. Another guy tried to cut in front of me but he saw me standing there waiting. I just stepped up there and asked the man for a receipt gave him the dollar amount and he pressed a few buttons and never did hand me the receipt. He never said anything. He never said well I don't know my job and I can't print out the paper. He never said screw you you never said anything. He did say to the other guy and emotion to bring his purchase up. The cashier had seen me standing there and I was next in line as well. So did the people behind me. I told the cashier to forget it and left because I wasn't going to stand there and breathe in the sickness that was still in the air. Otherwise I would ask him why he was just blowing me off. Now I did forget to mention that he pressed a few buttons on his instrument panel before he decided to ignore me. They were a nickel a gallon higher than the Casey's down the road. Which is also just off the interstate. The roads going to love is so rough you have to get your car fixed before long. No it's horrendously rough. The one going to Casey's is in good condition. If you want to travel 3 minutes up the road Walmart's gas even cheaper and this is consistently true. Also the same customer try to cut me off in line, who is driving very carelessly down the interstate when he caught up with me and passed me in several others weaving in and out. I know that's irrelevant to the review. Except it shows preferential treatment to someone who really doesn't care about other people's safety. This has been my go to stopping point passing through whenever I do stop in the area for for a long time. Not anymore!

Being that I travel for a living and I transport animals dog parksAre very vital for the animals transporting that they get out and have exercise and be safe as well.Rest stops don't provide fenced areas against the highway and some dogs have never experienced cars around them and that scares them.I truly appreciate your service loves and your dog parks

All restaurant in loves truck stops are to be open 24/7 but not this one they shut down. So if you are a truck driver expecting a meal after driveing all day dont stop here unless you just want hot dogs

It's a small truck stop / gas station it has good parking not uncomfortable at all no the store inside the only thing that can has to eat is a Hardee's not a bad place to come and do along stop but don't think where is a good place to have breakfast

Professional drivers. A very rude lady at three professional desk. I asked if the laundry was working and she said yes. But when my husband brought them laundry in to do he heard her talking about me. Then to find out one machine doesn't work and then the other they have to use to wash towels .

You shouldn't let super sleepers park in the back or at least put a sign that they have to back up all the way? So police officer wouldn't have to do that!!! And 4 accidents will not happen within few hours!!!!!!!

I just love these truck stops. They have great eats a variety of gifts and goodies and they are always the cleanest stops by far when traveling.

Cashiers and managers both need better training. I told the cashier that I did not want to use points to buy oil. I wanted to use the corporate card. She used the points anyway and when I saw that I told her I wanted to use the corporate card so she called the manager. The manager said he put the points back on my card but he did not and then he charged the corporate card too so I was actually charged twice for a gallon of oil.

Clean showers and hot water. Would give 5 stars if not for the fact that this place seems to be a storage lot for mobile homes...and that means 4 drivers that won't get parked and showered tonight

Small truck parking but it is real easy to park and drive off. It is clean and for the most part neat. Be careful not to get hit ad your going to the building they do not look around here.

Got breakfast at Hardee's and it was during their breakfast lunch and the shift leader who took my order still thought it was appropriate to continue taking orders when the rest couldn't keep up and continued to try and upsell people when breakfast rush isn't the most appropriate time to do that leaves me with a feeling that upper management has poor judgment skills and even poorer training abilities.

Dog park gates don't stay shut as it wasn't installed correctly and completed. Bathrooms not clean, store was dirty. Do yourself a favor and skip this stop.

Always have a good feeling at every stop we made at Love's Travel stop! Fuel, snacks, and restroom! This one has their restroom clean! A lot of snacks and a good gas price! Safe parking for some rest
