Jack Clark, general manager, seemed like he was trying to help me out, but instead took $1800 and 5 days of my time. Absolutely horrible experience!!! After I left with a huge bill and still broken trailer, I drove east to Kansas City, to Croft Trailers, where they custom built me a new axle and had me all fixed up in 4 hours and less than $800.I cannot believe how much I was ripped off by Goodyear!!!!When I dropped off my trailer with a broken axle on Thursday afternoon, Jack said they'd need parts from Croft Trailer to fix it. I offered to immediately go to Kansas City to pick them up, but he said they needed to take off my parts first, to ensure they got the correct parts. Jack said he'd get the parts on Friday and would start first thing Monday morning. He promised it would be done on Monday, so I could get to California by Thursday.Monday morning I'm there at 8am, he tells me the parts will arrive by 10am. Ugh. At noon they tell me it will be done in an hour. 3pm they suddenly decide that I probably need a new axle, too, but they might be able to get one on Tuesday, then install it. They have my trailer FIVE days and THEN decide I need a different part???I called Croft Trailers, sent them photos of my axle, they said that Goodyear used the wrong u-bolts (but charged me $65 anyway). And that they could build me a new axle and install it correctly first thing in the morning. So I told Goodyear that I needed to take my trailer directly to Croft.Goodyear charged me $1900, but had quoted me $1800. TO FIX IT. I had to pay anyway. After a whole lot of back and forth, he wiggled it down to $1800.AFTER I had paid, and signed the receipt...get this...then manager Jack goes back and edits my receipt to say "NO WARRANTIES."What a crook.I drove Monday night to Croft Trailer Supply, they saved me and were absolutely amazing. They even showed me where Goodyear didnt even put on a nut (but oh they certainly charged me $14.22 for it!), and said my axle could have fallen off easily because of that. See photo. No wonder Jack didnt want to warranty their work, he knew that they used the wrong u-bolts (I told him), and were missing a nut.

Came for oil change, Cascadia 2023 with 90000 miles. They didn't properly installed fuel filter, and truck can't start. Try to tell me that truck have a problem with fuel filter module, and that I need towing to go to the dealership. My mechanic called them and explained that they need to install new fuel filter with prime, and take out air from system. After 6 hours agony truck finally start. Never come back.

Today May 29th,2023 we had a bad tire. It was after hours and we had a technician come back to the shop and he replaced our tire. We highly recommend them if you have any issues. We sat at another company for hours and were not able to get it done. In 45 minutes we were back on the road.

We had a blown tire on a semi trailer along I70. Called ahead to make sure they could change out our tire. Jack assisted us quickly and got us right back on the road. It was 100 degrees outside and he was extremely pleasant. We were extremely grateful for the great service. Thank you Jack!

Avoid this place if possible, switch and bait tactics, they will quote you a price over the phone and if you don't buy the other stuff they try to sell you, they will increase the quoted prices. I refused the bolt kit for the mudflap, so he added the cost of the bolt kit to the tire install charge. It went from $40 install to $48.55. He quoted me a new rim for $100.56, it ended up being $112. Know that even if your current tire cane be saved he will refuse to install it forcing you to buy a new tire. He is crooked this place is a scam. Do not come here. If you do, write down all initial quoted price on a piece of paper, don't go by what he has on the computer screen, prices will change if you don't do as he says accepting to buy everything he wants you to buy. Last but not least, when they see a person of darker skin walks in there their whole demeanor changes, it's a very white space and they don't like people of color, immigrants.

Guy (drives white gmc p/u) here has a real attitude problem. I drive for Schneider National and we use Goodyear commercial centers. There is no excuse for his attitude and I won't come back here because of it!
