Don't take your vehicle here they leave clamps on your steering parts loose, don't do alignments well and when your tires are ruined over it. They won't offer anything to help. They just think you are trying to take advantage of them. When they actually do poor work. Pictures are from the second opinion I got before I went back to let them look at it. So I had proof, before they tired to cover it up.

My tire got slashed while behind a Uhal trailer that's tire blew out. Coming from Utah to North Carolina. They were able to order the tire, I needed, and replace it the same day, very fast. I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend. The other tire place in Boonville takes 2 days to order tires. I am greatful for their service. They are reasonably priced.

Me and my husband are from out of state and got a flat tire. Every shop we called wouldn t help us but conquest made some phone calls and was able to help us out. Super friendly, great customer service, clean shop. Had us back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend them!!! (:

Excellent work and service from Dustin and the guys at Conquest Off-road! My Jeep blew out a rear pinion bearing while I was driving cross country. They had my Jeep on the lift an hour after I gave them a call, and I was back on the road in no time! I d recommend Conquest off-road to anyone in the area, or traveling through. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help!!

Called to get an oil change on my Class C motorhome. They were able to get me in the same day. Camping World said 4 momth and the Ford dealer said 3 weeks. They did great work and price was less than expected. I will definitely make plans to get service here the next time I pass through. They can't take care of anything that requires a lift but for oil or engine service, this is the place to go. Thanks guys for everything!!!!

I would give this Business Negative Stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN SAFTEY. They leave steering components loose, unmarked with paint as a double Check of their own work, and an indication that parts have not come loose or moved by other causes. Poor workmanship and care for the customer. Leaving the parts loose let my alignment wander or adjust itsself thankfully it went in and not out, if it came out the steering could have fell apart, and caused serious injuries or death to the people involved. It would have failed a State Safety inspection.

Been an amazing shop to deal with as a first time customer. Have had a jeep in there for a while getting TONs of upgrades. Dustin, who works the front with another group of great guys have made sure to keep in touch and tell me what is going on. This will be my go to shop from here on out for sure. Had a great experience with Conquest. They got me in and out quickly. I was expecting to pay more so I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out and the labor charge was next to nothing. Dustin & the guys went out of their way to get the parts I needed for my 2008 Nissan Altima - that s not always easy when you re dealing with a 14 year old car. They understood that I needed to keep repair costs reasonable. They were able to immediately address 3 of the 4 issues with locally sourced parts - not an easy chore with the supply chain issues facing automotive repair shops. I ll return in a couple days for a quick fix when the last part arrives from out of state.Don t let the Off Road fool you. While they can certainly get you fix you up for adventures, they are also ready to service your every day needs as well!Highly recommend!!!

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they even work on lowered vehicles. The prices are very fair and I've never had any issues with them. I had a lowered car when I first moved to Columbia and needed it raised up an inch due to the rough road conditions around this area. Most shops in town won't work on lowered vehicles. This shop delivered on all my request. I'm still lowered and the stance is great. Their alignments are on point and very reasonably priced. I will continue to do business with them!

I bring all my vehicles here. They do a great job! I appreciate their honesty in what they recommend. Always friendly. Really nice clean shop. I get my inspections there too. I'll be working with them for a new truck.

Outstanding. Long story short:Price competitive and very reasonable - saved me about 40% over what dealer quoted me. Service was great. Took one trip back to tweak something, and now truck is running the best it has in years.I am happy with the job and can recommend this shop. I will be a return customer.

Was looking for a quality place I could have some offroad equipment mounted on my pickup. I spoke with an employee about parts and performance and was glad that he and his coworkers were well versed in their profession. They helped me find the best products within my budget and were even able to save me some cash. The guys at Conquest are great people to work with and extremely easy to get along with. Not only did they work to find the best price for me, but actually took the time to talk with me and find the best options for my truck. They listened and valued my opinion and taste (unlike where I've gone before) and gave me a quote on tires, lift, and wheels. Very pleased.

Ordered a level kit and set an appointment, but I had some second thoughts about proceeding so called to cancel a few days later. At first I was concerned they already ordered it and I was going to offer to compensate for it, but I got a great response from them and they had no issues with it at all. Must say the staff is great, they have a nice up-to-date selection and even order the parts you need if they don't have them. To boot the environment is great; when I was there a customer chipped in right away with some advice, and feedback when I had some questions/concerns. Overall great place for the truck and off-roading enthusiast. Will definitely be coming back!

Needed to have my car inspected to get a new Missouri registration. I didn't have an appointment, but they made time for me. In and out quickly. Friendly, accommodating staff.

They installed a lift on my vehicle. The next morning I detected a gas smell. They had neglected to re-install the filler hose, leaving my tank open to the elements and putting my safety at risk. What if I had ignored the smell, and went to fill up? No apologies, just a "hmmm" from the manager.Months later, I pulled my axle, cut off the retainer, seal, axle, and flange, and called for an estimate on pressing on a new bearing on a clean shaft--a simple 5-minute job. $80, no lie! I tell everyone. Crazy.

Was excited to find a local off-road shop that could do it all as I needed a simple rebuild performed on a couple off-road coilover shocks. Disappointed to find out this no job is too big or too small off-road shop cannot perform a simple shock rebuild. I m sure they are great, but I d be weary of an off-road performance shop that can t service performance shocks...

Thought they were a good company to do business with till the pandemic hit and showed their true colors.Operating in the city, with no masks on employees or customers. When asked about it, they said they feel very strongly against them.Too bad your opinion doesn t mean anything to the fact that there is a mask ordinance.You clearly care more about masks than you do your customers.Why be open at all if you can t follow a simple direction?How childish do you have to be die on a hill of not wearing a mask during a pandemic?Hope the health department doesn t find out...

They work on all types of vehicles, not just off-road. Fixed my vehicle and negotiated a price that I could afford. I recommend this business to anyone who wants reliable and affordable service at a fraction of the cost.
