I ve used them twice now for replacement tires. All the employees are very great and nice pricing is fair. Good company to do business with.

These guys are AWSOME! You can trust them 100%! I have used them for many things...... but here is just ONE example of how honest and trustworthy they are....So I had a vehicle that appeared to be overheating. So I took it in. They said that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. They did that, then called me the next day and said they had made a mistake..... apparently it was still showing that it was getting hot, so they called the manufacturer...... to find out that it was a known issue with the temp gauge. So it really was NOT overheating. They apologized, and said "we will call this a learning moment." To my surprise, they did NOT charge me for anything.... not the water pump, not the thermostat, not the labor......... their only request was to bring them all my future vehicle problems. Obviously I happily agreed! I will be taking any vehicle there for anything ever needed from oil changes to engine replacement (god I hope I never need THAT)....... but yeah, they have my business forever. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Picked up a nail in our tire while road tripping on I-70. Called a couple shops in Boonville, and one of them recommended Bradley. Called them, they said absolutely we can patch that for you . Once we got there they immediately took the car, and 20 minutes later they had the tire fixed and we were back on the road. Friendly, fast, and cheaper than I expected. Couldn t have asked for a better experience in a stressful moment.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday and I recieved excellent care my tire could not be repaired and they didn't have one in the size I needed to gentleman that helped me took the time to call other places for me. and was extremely nice and helpful I appreciate all that your company represents I will highly recommend this place of business.

If you plan to buy a vehicle, pay close attention to the paperwork. I bought a vehicle that was advertised on Facebook. It seems to be a good vehicle but when I got home and looked closely at the paperwork, they charged me $499 over the advertised price. When I brought it to their attention, the only reconciliation they offered was an oil change that I would have to drive 60 miles to obtain. It's dealers like this that give the rest a bad name.

Stopped on a road trip due to issues with our truck. They were amazing and worked hard to find a solution. Great service and great people!

Took my husband's jeep into get checked out. They said wheel bearings needed replaced and they didn't... also left the lug nuts loose and we almost lost a tire on our way to the Loop off road park. Also.. we took our daughters brand new Buick in to get the oil changed instead of going to Rick Ball and they didn't put the oil pan nut all the way on so my daughter didn't know her car was leaking oil slowly until we took it to Rick Ball the next time for another oil change and they said it was almost out of oil! I'm giving 2 stars because the office staff are nice and they tried to apologize and said that the person responsible for all the terrible service was no longer working there. I haven't been back yet and I'm not sure we will.

Shout out to Matt for selling me my very first minivan! He was very patient as the loan process was a bit stressful, but 5 days later mama got new van!Only thing I was sad about was no full tank of gas, but honestly I was in a hurry so I never even asked.Y all came throughhhhhh! Thank you!

Arrived at dealership late in the day, close to closing. Had a hurried 3 mile test drive. Salesman assured us that the truck had absolutely no issues whatsoever. While inspecting the truck, found several issues that would indicate that the have horrible mechanics. Purchased the truck for $52,000 cash. Salesman and owner were being very secretive acting. Had forgotten to test the 4 wheel drive but the salesman had assured us that it worked just fine. Come to find out the transfer case was bad. Attempted multiple calls and texts, left several messages no response. Very dishonest, poor mechanics. AVOID AT ALL COST. DEN OF THIEVES!!!!!!!

Bradley Automotive is one of the best shops around! Quick and Friendly service, always willing to answer any questions! Prices are reasonable and have never been disappointed with them! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service or if you are in the market for a new truck or car!

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. A week after signing papers our truck stopped working and is not drivable. We called and called the dealership only for us to be repeatedly told that the manager was not there. For weeks. Not days. Weeks. To finally get ahold of him to be told sorry nothing we can do. They make sure the cars are drivable off the lot and then after that not their problem or their business. This is not professional. Do not do business with these people.

I just can't say enough good things about this place. I had some questions, and the young man who helped me, was so kind. He talked me through my options, and patiently answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend going here to any of my friends and family.

I took my truck in for oil change, tire balance and rotation. I asked the service lady if I could observe the technician service my truck but, due to their shop policy that was not allowed, which is understandable. My reason for the two stars is due to three issues. First, before bringing my truck in for service I was quoted $10 (twice over the phone) if I was to bring in my own supplies for the oil change. When it was time to pay, that service was now $20. Second, I took note of the wheels before being serviced. The tire rotation was done improperly as the front wheel was rotated directly back on the same side when the fronts should have been crossed to the rears being that my truck is RWD. Third, they should invest in covers for the seat and carpets to prevent oil and odor transferring when going inside the vehicle. My truck now smells like a mechanic shop.

Not to bad of a place to buy a vehicle but the mechanics are not the brightest. They have messed up the last couple times my wife took our vehicle in. Most recently the sensors in the valve stem had to be replaced and they didn't reprogram them right. They said that it could take a couple of days for the sensor to respond.

Highly recommend Bradley s to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced or anyone looking to purchase a new truck/car!I ve takin my vehicles here numerous times for oil changes and tire rotations. They re all very friendly and willing to help you out with whatever you need!

Horrible place to buy! These guys sell bad cars by either ignorance or plain neglect and ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU AFTERWARDS. Everyone knows its all about a dollar but CUSTOMER SERVICE should still count. Im dealing with a customer who bought an an 89 CAMARO from Michigan with a BLOWN GASKET!! Simple when you make mistakes just own up to it and be fair. Could have had a long time customer with great referalls.

My family and always get our oil changed there and the customer service is always great! They ask questions and assist us with whatever we need and always reassure us on things going on. The prices there are very affordable!!

Bradley Automotive has not disappointed me once since doing business with them. I purchased a car from them back in November of 2018 and have used their car services multiple times now. I highly suggest Bradley Automotive and doing business with them and their very friendly and helpful staff.

I take my 2019 Silverado 2500HD here every other week for an oil change, they always get me in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend getting your oil changed here if you're a busy person who doesn't have time to wait over an hour on an oil change like most shops.

You will never understand how much other places are shafting you until you visit. They were helpful and the entire place is state-of-the-art. I had to look at my receipt to figure out why the price was so low, rather than why it was so high. It's a place that you go to once and it becomes your go-to.When buying a product or service it seems we either buy it off the internet or we find someone who's either passionate about what we want or is an expert about what we want. These guys are both.

Do not buy from this place unless you want a $36,000 paper weight. If you do plan on buying from here take the vehicle to your mechanic and get it checked out

Stopped in there when I was passing through. Seen the trucks and cars in the lot passing through before. All the trucks and cars look like glass amazing rides to say the least. Corvette's Firebirds, Camaros, and some amazing trucks!!! Some of them are lifted and even some have built motors. If you like Cowboy Cadillac's or nice American sports cars. Check em out !Talk to John Thomas very nice guy. He gave me all the info I could ask for and was very informative on everything he had on the lot. I had a great conversation with him and could see myself in one of the rides. Thanks John Thomas I will be back through in my Rig and we might make a new Ride find it's way home with me. Was a pleasure I like your style a fly would get hurt if it tryed to land on your inventory. That's how I roll. Don't sell my real Red Corvette. Lol see ya soon. Vroom Vroom

They did an amazing job changing oil on my 2019 powerstroke, would highly recommend Bradley's, really nice people!
