Sister in-law had minor fender bender with our vehicle. She wanted to take care of it for us and recommended we go to Auto Body Experts. Being that we were from out of town I was a little reluctant. She confidently assured us you and your staff would do an excellent job. Auto Body Experts met all my expectations. Body work nicely done, paint blending and finish were superb and the vehicle was returned clean. Very professional. Took my vehicle to them after it was rear-ended. Vehicle was done before the time quoted. Vehicle was returned to me the way it looked before the collision- with one exception... less glitter!! They vacuumed/ detailed the vehicle. Much appreciation for that. I want to give a huge shout out for the awesome customer service, timely service and phenomenal body work done for my son on his jeep.Having your first vehicle can be a huge deal, having an accident in it can be an even bigger deal. Well I want to assure you that if you deal with the right people in the business you will not feel near the headaches that can be caused from this type of situation.Valerie and Scott not only spoke with me personally, called to make sure I knew the status of the auto. But they also dealt with my insurance company State Farm directly! That really takes a huge burden from my workload! Thank you both for being so involved and so very caring!

Traveling through Missouri and got a nasty rock chip. Called this business and they were able to get my vehicle repaired in a short time. Very friendly staff. I will use them again if I am in the area. Price for what I had done is comparable to similar businesses near where I live

5 stars AND Friendly! We had a rock chip an hour into our 14 hour drive and they were the first exit avbl with glass repair. They were quick and friendly and wished us a Merry Christmas and we were on our way. Thanks Carstar!

These people are very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficiant. They even drove me home when I needed to leave my car, and picked me up when my car was finished later that afternoon.
