Truly an incredible experience, 10 out of 10 would recommend! They worked with my insurance due to an accident I had after hitting a deer. The customer service was wonderful; over the phone and in person. They would call and text me updates about my car so I was in the loop, which was great! Everyone in the facility was friendly and knowledgeable. I seriously don t have anything bad to say and I will definitely be recommending Griffin to all my families and friends. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GRIFFIN!

If you want every excuse for unprofessional, unskilled work and also want your vehicle worse off than when you brought it in for the repair itself then I recommend GRIFFIN AUTOMOTIVE. Gabe who works the front is great at making every excuse for the incompetency of the staff there who worked on my 17 month old Ford F-150 truck which was hit by a drunk driver parked in a parking lot. From debris in the paint, trim not being put back correctly, a new black stain on my grey headliner a now scuffed up plastic dash gauge cluster from apparently smearing something abrasive on it and my bed on my truck still not level or equal distance from the cab to the bed. This is what you would expect from a chain like Caliber Collision not from a small hometown shop. Very dissapointed to say the least.

The work on my BMW was executed excellently. Car was returned in perfect condition, washed and vacuumed inside and out. Great customer service kept me fully informed through out the repair.

Had rust fixed and painted on passenger side .looked good but n little over a year rust on passenger side started to bubble and they wouldn't cover there work...

Saw an add at Cracker Barrel from what it looked like in the 30's. I checked online, and this site came up. Way to go to stay in business that long. Hope you all stay open a long time. The location I saw it was in a restaurant in McAllen Texas. Keep up your work.

When my wife's brand new car (2018 ford escape) was rear ended we drove it straight to Griffin Automotive Design! We first used them on our 2012 fusion when it was in a accident they helped us deal with the insurance company to get us back on the road fast, so when this happened we had no doubt where to take the new car. When we picked up our escape it looked better then the day we picked it up from the dealer repaired and detailed inside and out. We tell everyone we know/and meet about our experience and the high quality of work we have had at there shop! Thank you for all you have done!!Chris

Nothing but a GREAT experience. Above and beyond is an understatement of the service I received from Griffins. The bodywork on my Jeep looks great. Repair was done timely. The detailing they did as a bonus is beyond appreciated as a mom with a toddler!! I also had them change my brakes/rotors while they completed my bodywork, best price compared to big chain garages! Would recommend to anyone!

Griffin Automotive Design is the best performance shop around. I recommend this place to so many people to have their vehicles restored here. I had my whole truck repainted by them and the work was amazing. The staff was so nice. I couldn t ask for a better experience!

Oh my gosh, they really go above and beyond. Everyone truly cared about doing an excellent job, it was very clear. From shuttling me to the rental car place, to keeping me informed of the progress, and cleaning my piggied-up interior and making it look as fabulous as the exterior they fixed yep, they ll do you right.

Let me start out, this was not a full restoration, but extensive repair and custom fabrication to a 1997 pickup. The pros, The facility is top notch and the staff was pleasant, the body work and paint is what you would expect from any collision center. The cons, custom fabrication to the flatbed was sloppy, weld splatter not ground off throughout the added rub rails, heavy grind marks not feathered or sanded, fabricated rear gate, ended up two piece, requested one piece, doesn't match side rail elevation and is not easily removable due to fitment, alignment from (custom) fabrication prior to powder coating. The existing fabricated front bumper was refinished (powder coated). Some existing fasteners were lost, and new smaller diameter and thickness washers were used. There's an area on the bumper that has a flaw in the finish. I was told that there was defects in the metal that caused the flaw, but wasn't visible on the existing powder coat and I didn't have good prior images for proof. They did re-adjust the alignment on a return appointment. The 2 year old driver side headlamp housing during removal was broken, after pointing this out they repaired the housing and I was told that the headlamp could only be adjusted up/down now and no longer left/right. Both interior doors and one cab corner panel were loose, they did correct on return appointment, after brought to there attention. The windshield molding was re-used and was not attached, driver side A pillar, and pulling away driver side top. They did apply adhesive but pulling away again at top. The estimate/final invoice shows I was charged for remove/replace, not remove/reinstall. The headliner shows fabric separation above both doors were weather moldings were removed and masking tape was applied to the inner side of pinch weld. They denied any wrong doing and didn't correct. The headliner wasn't like this prior and I'm not wanting something for nothing, and would have had it included in the scope of repair along with everything else that was done. After the written estimate I requested new weather moldings, driver door lock actuator that was forgotten. Summery: I would refer Griffin Automotive Design but with some advise. Definitely document with many photographs/video of any area that the work is to be preformed as proof for your protection. Spend as much time as you may need prior to final payment and taking possession to examine complete scope of work and make sure that you are thorough and address any concerns prior to leaving. Anything you may add after the original estimate make sure it is written down so its not forgotten.

We just want to say thank you to the owner Scott for stepping up and correcting the problems that we had when our truck was repaired the first time. Very prompt on getting it back in and taking care if every issue we had and completed it all within a excellent time frame and even went a step further and personally delivered it back to us. Griffins Automotive has been nothing but great! I have had 3 different vehicles in for repair from a windshield replacement, front bumper replacement and entire front end repainted with all excellent repair work. OH DEER! yes hit a deer and my Father took the car to Griffins. They stayed in constant contact with us and when a problem occurred they fixed it and let us know everything that was going on. When I got my car back it looked AMAZING! THANK YOU Mr. Don Griffin for the personal service you gave us!! If a another deer ever crosses my path you will be the 1st to know!!

I took my foxbody here for collision repair, after checking the car out they agreed on $12,101.27, which I agreed to pay, then pulled my motor and told me it would be $30,000 or more. So I just paid the engine pull and went on my way, til I found out THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY CAR WITH THE DRIVE SHAFT! General manager Scott told me he can't do anything about it either. Wouldn't recommend this shop for anything.. can't even hold up to THEIR quote.

I purchased my 2014 F150 only a few months ago with about 60,000 miles on it. Less than a month after having the truck, the engine was shot. After taking it to the stealership, I was told it would be $13,000 to fix it; I then spoke with Scott at Griffin Automotive Design feeling completely helpless. He was very understanding about my situation. After shooting me a super reasonable price, despite things being crazy with the holidays, I was able to bring it in and they got the job done surprisingly quick. Throughout the whole project, Scott kept me updated every step of the way and maintained a very clear line of communication (which is something that a lot of companies seem to be lacking nowadays). Huge shoutout to Scott, Jason and the rest of the crew!! Excellent customer service and a wonderful overall experience. Thanks to you guys my truck is now running better than ever. I highly recommend Griffin Automotive Design for any of your automotive needs!

I have got wheels and tires and had my fog light put on they done a great job. They are definitely a top of the line shop. You can get anything done to your car they have great customer service I would recommend them to everyone give them a try.

Having the engine rebuilt on my 1978 mercury grand marquis. Excellent work done here. Very knowledgeable in old/antique vehicles. Reasonable rates.

This place is mind blowing. Scott is extremely professional and does amazing work. I expect to see a TV show out of this place soon, imagine the value of or restorations then. This place makes the shops on the TV shows look like a joke. You have to see it to believe it but even the upholstery in the chairs looks like it came out of a brand new 56 Bel Air, and all the chrome and big screen TV's make you feel like a rock star walking in the doors of this place. See it for yourself.

I called to get a quote and asked for the ladies first name and she didn't want to give it to me and hung up. When i called back and told her to send me to someone that wouldn't hang up on me, she sent me to an ext that has no voicemail and doesn't pick up. I have never had a problem with someone giving me their name before. Wouldn't you want to know the name of the person giving you a quote?

They do repairs but also do amazing Custom Work from Antiques to Brand New vehicles! Go to their website to see the pictures of the work they do & the state of art Facility have in Boone Terre, Mo..
