Great to deal with! Karma & Dwight, awesome people! Joy and I love the new camper. Glad we bought a camper from a dealership that takes pride on their maintenance and service department. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with Tri-Lakes RV! We were having issues with our A/C in the summer months. We are skirted in and live in our 5th wheel so it couldn't be taken in for service. Dwight swooped in to save the day! He came up with solutions for our issues and charged us a very good price! We would have paid so much more if we had gone to anyone else! We're just really thankful you were here for us when we needed you!

This is the place to go if you are interested in purchasing a travel trailer. They are by no means pushy & enjoyable to deal with. Dwight and Melissa are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they probably got tired of me looking every other day, my wife and I purchased a new Shasta this week and are Very happy we purchased it from them.Dwight took us over Everything inside and out and the operation of everything to do with our trailer. I would be surprised if you could find anyone that would go that far out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and confident with your purchase before you leave. They will be our only go to as far as anything to do with our trailer service, etc.... thanks once again for the great buying experience we had with you all!

We purchased our travel trailer at the RV show. The sales people were not pushy and gave us honest, straight forward information so that we could make the best decision for our needs. When we picked the unit up at their lot, they made special arrangements to accommodate our busy schedule. The owner of the company couldn't have been any better to work with. He genuinely made us feel like we were old friends and spent lots of time making sure we knew everything that could go wrong and how to prevent it. If you are buying an RV or needing one serviced (be patient because they are popular and extremely busy), take your stuff to them.

I am confounded by the positive reviews of this place. I wanted to talk to them about an awning issue on my rig but the owner was horribly rude and indignant. I suppose they have a small customer base and do not want new customers. I read the reviews on FB and the only people that gave this place a good review were people that had been there before. They didn't seem to understand how good customer service operates. I am glad the guy was rude to me up front. I can only imagine what would happen if a customer is dissatisfied with their work. I have met stressed out and rude owners before, this could be a sign of problems with the business. Buyer beware of these guys

I would never recommend this business. I was told when I brought my camper in that the repairs would take 2-3 weeks. After 5-6 weeks and several calls to the receptionist (who was rude most of the time) they finally got my camper in to begin on the work. The VERY few minor things they did do were rushed. I picked up my camper to use and took it back at the end of a trip for the awning issue I had MAINLY needed fixed to begin with. After a total of 13 calls (which were never returned as promised) and 8 weeks later I picked up my camper, unfixed and was charged for the new parts (which I was fine with)....and a FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE in labor.

Can you give a zero? That best represents the service and treatment we received at Tri Lakes. We were put off, did not receive any calls back and were completely ignored for seven weeks after we took our camper in to correct a repair that failed. We provided a receipt proving we paid them to repair the black valve and a video of the black water valve failure with raw sewage spewing all over us when we attempted to empty the tanks at a campground the first time we took it out after they worked on it. We finally received a call back after walking in and insisting on an answer after seven weeks. We were told that after testing the camper (by this point our camper had been sitting there seven weeks) they found that the grey water valve had been replaced rather than the black water valve so WE must have told them to fix the wrong valve. We clearly remember what we asked to be done and the invoice indicates a black water repair. Fearing our unit would be damaged due to the ineptitude and attitude displayed by the owner and manager, we picked our camper up and will pay for another company to repair what Tri Lakes was paid to do previously. Read all of the negative reviews before you use this business. I wish we had done so!! I could have paid to have my camper repaired by a reputable company and avoided the runaround, excuses, headaches, rude treatment and delays we experienced at Tri Lakes. We have the added expense of replacing our door key they lost as a final insult to injury. As we drove off with the camper, we saw the owner flip us the dirty bird in the rear view mirror.

We bought a New 2021 Gulf Stream with this business and getting help with issues is ridiculous. Trouble with our sliding dinette has been trouble since the beginning. Now we find out that Tri-lakes doesn t even have someone there to come out to fix it. It is in the out position and we cannot even move it.So very disappointed with this family owned business.

I give them one star because there is nothing smaller! My Father took his trailer in 8 months ago for several issues. The only thing they actually did is winterize it! 8 months it sat in their lot and they never even started on it!Whenever we would stop and check on it they would always say "yeah, we are starting on it this week",So, it is now camping season and absolutely nothing is fixed on his camper. May not seem like a big deal to some people but my Dad is 81 years old. I feel like he was put off as not quite important enough. Our elderly deserve better treatment!

Worst service I have ever seen. I have no idea how this place even stays in business. I have been trying to buy a camper from them for over 3 weeks and they won't get it in to inspect it, won't answer the phone half the time, and when they do answer the phone, I get the run around and get told they will call me right back, and I have never received a call back. I have personally gone up there 3 times and they are full of excuses of why they haven't got the camper in yet to inspect it. I have been told they would call me right back twice just today, and yet I haven't heard from them. I really wish I had read all the negative reviews prior to dealing with them. Now I'm going to attempt to get my down payment back from them, which I already know is going to be a nightmare. I will be taking my money elsewhere!!

I called to schedule a time to get an estimate on damages to our travel trailer and was greeted by a lady who was already frustrated and on edge. As we continued our conversation, she grew more frustrated and the call ended with me having to hang up as I could not get my questions answered. Poor service and no resolution!

I called to get a price for having our hitch adjusted because they were the closest in location. Whoever answered the phone was short with me, and only told what they charge for labor by the hour.... So, I guess I was supposed to figure for myself how long they would do it? That's it. That was all the info, she went silent, clearly I was wasting her time and she couldn't be bothered to double check with their mechanic, or anything. So, we called reliable rv in Springfield (where we bought our travel trailer) they said they could just take care of it.. I'll stop here and say we were willing to pay a fee or whatever with tri-lakes because of the location convenience. I guess they don't mess with small things, or don't bother without the profit potential .. I don't know, but it was not a good experience.

They are awesome people, they are honest, owner explains everything we bring our unit in for. Owner contact s us if he finds more, and tells us what's needed. We have known them for over 5 years and would recommend them to everyone.

I have needed Tri-Lakes RV mobile service for years at Pomme de Terre lake and they have always come through for me. Dwight, the owner, is very knowledgeable about RV's and I enjoy talking with him and always learn something new.
