When I found a screw in my tire on my way to work, I was worried no tire place would be open. Luckily, Sawyer Tire was still open. I believe his name is John who worked at the front. He was awesome! Taught me some new stuff about my car lol those boys were nothing but kind and genuine. I will definitely be coming back with my car, Darlene. Thank you guys again

I came in with a flat tire almost at closing time and they treated me with respect and courtesy. I got 2 front tires that night last week and I will go back for the back tires and any other work as well. First impressions mean everything to me and I left there happy and that s what counts

I m not really sure how to rate this because the repair was done by a mechanic and management that aren t there anymore.Here s what happened.In September 2023 I had the cv joint replaced on the passenger side. The next day I noticed shaking and pulling. I called CarX and took the car back. The car was driven by a mechanic. The car was pulled into the bay and the drivers wheel was removed. The car was driven again by the front end guy. I was told the car was fine.In February 2024 while driving on the highway the car started knocking. I dropped the car at a different repair shop. I was called right away. The mechanic said the cv joint was about to fall out. He said it looked new. He suggested I take the car back to whoever repaired it.I took my car back to CarX. I explained the situation to the new front end guy. I left the car there. It was a Monday. I called the next day. I was told about the damage to the shaft and the splines. I was told they could get me good pricing on parts. I explained again that CarX put the part in and that I had come back the next day saying something was wrong. Later that day I got a call from the manager. He had looked into the situation and confirmed what I had been saying. The part was repaired at no extra cost to me. I picked the car up on Wednesday.

Purchased a new car and brought it in to fix the thermostat and was quick with the paperwork and getting it back to me. Worked around my schedule and communicated very well.

The new manager is one hell of a guy. Very nice went in to get my car scanned and he ended up saying the diagnostic was on him, will definitely be going back if I have any other problems

If I could give zero stars I would! Spent almost $1000 on tires and road hazard warranty there in April. Had a blow out WHILE DRIVING and they're refusing to honor the warranty because it was driven on! How was I supposed to get off the road? Was I supposed to slam on my brakes and stop in the middle of the busy highway? Like how can anyone who has blow out WHILE DRIVING not drive on it? What's the point of the warranty then? Seems they sell you this warranty just to screw you out of money because it doesn't cover what it should cover! A blowout is a malfunction of the tire so it should be covered! Should have listened to everyone and not gone here but I wanted to save money and this is what I get. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!! Oh and they will also slam your car into a pole and not tell you. They did damage to my brother's car and never told him! Don't waste your time or money on this place!

Whent in for a tire pair they said it would be quick took over a hour Two other customers come in for repair after me and were done before me And they switched from patches to plug patches did not know till they were drilling hole in my tire

I've been a newer customer, but each time I was met with excellent service and respect. Allen is a very helpful and competent service manager. My family and I are not from Bolivar we were just passing through and these guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road after we blew out a tire on our travel trailer and had another one getting ready to go quickly. Hunter (manager) was great to deal with, was very fair with us given the circumstances, I feel like they were the same with us as if we were local. Cody that changed all the tires was quick, efficient, and very courteous. In short, I would recommend this shop with 5 stars thank you so much again guys.

We were traveling from Branson to Central Iowa and noticed a noise rear driver's side. We looked up a tire place in Bolivar and were following the navigation when Sawyer Tire "appeared". Little did we know how blessed we were. Allen Cox immediately got a technician to drive our SUV and discovered LOOSE Lug nuts. Not only did the tech Mr Vittetoe tighten and torque the rear driver side tire but checked and assured all other lug nuts were tight. He then drove it out of the shop and drove it back in and assured all lugs were tight. So thankful God led us to this wonderful tire shop and employees! They did not charge a dime for their work. We were back on the road in less than 40 min. Outstanding customer service!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!Service: Tires

We were on a long road trip and had a flat just a few miles from Sawyer Tire. I knew all four tires were close to needing replacing (shame on me for not taking care of it before our trip). The tires for our car are uncommon, and they didn t have them in stock. So, we rented a car and left our car to have all four replaced. They did so quickly and with such friendly service. The price was about average of any other place. But they held onto our car for the week and kept it inside the whole time. What a great place. If you ever have need of tires anywhere near Bolivar, Missouri, Sawyer Tire is the place to get them.Service: Tires

On my way from Monett, MO to Sedelia, MO as part of the business I own, which requires sometimes >5000 miles/month of travel. Had a flat in Springfield, was on my donut, with miles to go, in a HURRY! These guys went above a beyond and got me in and out with 2 new tires in under 20 minutes. Saved the day! I bought the crew lunch! I'd give em a 6 if I could.Service: Tires

This is Tim I m on my daughter s Google account posting about my dad s experience at the shop this morning . They straight up Highway robbery of my dad a disabled veteran on a brake job. They charged him outrageous prices on the parts and even charge him 20 some dollarsTo dispose of the old parts. Could ve got this job done almost $300 cheaper at a different shop in town. But he is elderly and disabled And just went with what they said. $650 and they gave him a measly $15 military discount. You should be ashamed of yourselves.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

When I call in the morning and you say I can bring it in at 4:30. To fix a screw in my tire. And then get there and the doors are closed and no one's there. That's just great.

I had my oil changed. The older man behind the counter was nice enough to take me in to the shop when my car was up on the lift and show me a situation with my tires. That was awesome! Most places would just tell you about it and not show you, or wouldn't tell you about it at all. They also said that due to the fact that I needed a new tire they didn't want to do the free tire rotation. They were kind enough to tell me that when I got a new tire to bring it back and they would still do it. For free! I will definitely go back there for my next oil change!

Kenny was so helpful and all the guys provided excellent service when we were having such a crazy day. We can t recommend them enough! Their service to all the customers we saw ahead of us was fast and friendly as well. They always listen to what I have to say about my vehicle and try to give it the extra attention when I need them to look at something that is not part of my routine service plan. My experience has always been good. They service my work van, my new truck and my wife's new car. Triple A rating in my book.

Huge negative stars!! DO NOT take your vehicle here... Took for a noise in front end of my dodge they said was front right wheel barring so they changed it and did and oil change... Pick the truck up still had noise parked it til we got back from out of town drove it and was super noisy popped the hood they left my air filter out of the box and box open! My engine was completely covered in dirt! Went back and asked them why the noise was still there if they fixed it and why was the filter left out of the box! They had nothing to say besides well we don't know why the noise is there! Asked if they even drove my truck prior and after they stated they had but there was NO way they couldn't hear there was no difference in the noise!! So $550 later we still have the noise and DID not need front right wheel barring replaced cause wow guess what it was the left front hub assembly...Save yourself some money and hassle GO Somewhere else!!! I REPEAT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!They did pay for my engine to get detailed over at Elite in Bolivar Mo Now elite I'll definitely be giving them my business for any and all detailing of my vehicles!

It was my first time dealing with Sawyer. I only went for a motorcycle safety inspection. They were very friendly and professional. Enough so that I will be needing tires soon and I will certainly check with them for pricing, warranty etc.

Had a nail in tire while in Bolivar and stopped in to have fixed and they did a great job. Very professional and got me in and out in a very reasonable time. Had a great experience and would recomend them to anyone in the area while traveling and having tire issues.Service: TiresService: Tires

It's been over a year since I stopped in for a vehicle inspection on a Saturday. They were so great to fit me in and complete the inspection and change out a few lights that needed to be replaced. The staff were very helpful and the waiting room was beautiful, comfortable and so welcoming. I live south of Springfield and was in town for the day and needed to get this done. If I lived closer, I would definitely choose Sawyers! Terrific experience! Thank you for giving such great service!
