Bought 2 front tires a couple of weeks ago. Today, I heard a noise while driving, got out of the car, and the lug nuts were so loose on the front tires, I could take them off with my fingers. I could have crashed and died or killed my vehicle because this tire shop doesn't know how to properly install a tire.

These jerks refuse to pass my vehicle inspection because I had tinted windows. They said everything else looks fine, but if we re for my windows I would ve passed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had an appointment for balance and tire rotation today but when I got in the car the check tire light came on. I went to see what tire was low, front left was 11 pounds so stopped and air it up. Ended up with a side wall puncture. They gave us a free replacement tire and rotation with balance and away we went. Fantastic service.

I had set an appointment for four wheel alignment, however my problem was beyond their capabilities. Nothing against them, my truck is just requiring more than a simple alignment. Robert was more than helpful in having me go to the shop to see what he believed needed to be done and headed me in the correct direction to someone who could fix my truck. I did get a tire repaired that had a slow leak though while I was there. The guy at the front counter (not sure of his name) was not very friendly, and it wasn't the owner, Dwight, I know him well.

It was ok the guy working the front counter was a bit rude and it took a hour plus to get a tire patch. Definitely like the little store in pleasant hope alot better.

Hard to match trailer tire and wheel matched perfectly. Bought new tires. No nickel and dime charges. People are helpful and qualified.

I definitely would recommend them. I just recently starting going here this summer, but every time they have been very friendly and helpful. Even as a walk-in I usually don t wait too long for services done.

The lady at the front desk who I ve been informed is the owners wife is beyond rude.She has no level of customer service at all.We have tried 3 times to give y all a chance,Each time more disappointing then the last.Others have said they have had issues with her as well.Bad customer service practice to have someone running off paying customers.

Fixed my sister's car after several other mechanics looked at it and couldn't find the problem. The car drives like a dream now.. Fair price and had the work done the same day. Will always use this garage.

They only do new tires, but they're good tires. And it's good service. They are quick and efficient and no one tries to talk up a sale. It's all very cut and clear.

Had to get new rims,prices are fair,rims in less than 2 weeks,and they dont do the "core charge" for your old rims,in case you dont know what that is, it is where other rims shops charge you for you old rims to have to send back to.them which they resell

I went to Parrish Tire for a car inspection and while I was there, I asked if they checked brakes in the inspection. They informed me they did, so I told them I'd been hearing noise in the back brakes and would appreciate if they looked at those in the inspection. They told me my brakes were fine so I trusted them. 2 months later the noise was worse so I went ahead and took my car to be looked at. My back brakes were so bad my rotars were even needing replaced. The brakes were metal on metal, and I was driving in an unsafe car. This could have been found 2 months before if they had actually inspected my car, but obviously it was a lie when they checked the first time. I don't recommend Parrish tire. Obviously untrustworthy and just wanted my car out of their hair instead of taking the time to check my concerns during the car inspection.

Quick inspections! The front desk staff come off as a little cold, but everyone has their bad and good days. Would go back for the quick inspection.
