Great service. I had to get a new battery and then not a hour later a new alternator. They honored my warranty and even put it in for me. I just wish I could remember the name of the guys that helped me. Thank you again

Another location I visited were online showing a particular part in stock but when visiting (a 20 plus mile drive) was not found to be in stock, they did offer to order it in and have it after four that afternoon so I did but couldn't make in back till the next day only to find out it was the incorrect part for my vehicle and application.

This location is a good source for parts on new and a lot of older vehicles. They also do price compare and most parts not in stock can be received by that afternoon or next day. They also do check engine service

It was almost closing time when I showed up with car problems. Evan was cleaning and immediately stopped to assist me. He checked my battery to determine it was bad and offered me a new one, without any pressure, which I declined.. I changed my mind and went back in just minutes before closing and bought a new battery which he put in for me. Never once complained about it almost being closing time. Didnt get upset when I changed my mind and he had to get a different battery. Very polite, professional and friendly. Great experience!

I always like to highlight good customer service, especially from a local business. They apparently sold me the wrong hitch, but they took it back without complaint, even though it had been installed and was pretty dirty, and supplied the correct one the same day. How a business handles problems like this is the real test of their customer service, and I am pleased.

Got my dad to turn in after his engine light came on. The guy checked it out and reassuring him it wasn't anything to worry about and turned the light off. Dad couldn't believe they didn't want money.

Check the prices for parts online first! They have a high mark up. We needed a starter and they wanted $115. The same part was $50 online everywhere and we were able to purchase it for$38 with free shipping. Thanks, but no thanks.

I like the staff here for the most part but please start hiring people who actually know what they are doing. I brought in a dead battery. They said they fully charged it and it was good. Being skeptical, I took it to a friend of mine who is a mechanic. He told me instantly that my battery was bad. Bought a new battery (not from O'Reilly's. I'll never trust them again) and voila! My car works again.

Always a good shopping experience. Helpful staff and always have what I need. I find they have cheaper prices then other big name parts stores around.

Lots of employees in the store but none seemed to be able to help anybody. I counted six employees three of them were gathered around one computer trying to help one customer one of them was helping a customer and two were just standing around twiddling their thumbs. When I got to the counter with the one guy who was actually helping customers I had five or six items and he didn't even offer to put them in a bag just put some back towards me on the counter and walked away.

Went in to get a part today and the guy we encountered for parts look up was very rude. We were trying to explain what we were there for and he kept interupting to tell us he knew what we were talking about but yet kept showing us the wrong part on the screen. Most of the guys are really helpful and friendly. If I have to deal with that guy very many times I will go to AutoZone

The customer service here is always good. They are able to find the right part and get it if they don't have it in stock. They will also bring parts to your mechanic if needed. Prices are always fair and the products are good quality.

I have never been to an O'Reilly's that was as helpful as this one! They were friendly and help me out as soon as I walked through the door. I would go there again for any of my car needs!

Every time, I have gone to O'Reilly for help the gentlemen could not be more helpful . They are courteous, polite and always know what l need help with and take care of my problems. Since l am a widow and know nothing about a car, l am glad O'Reilly's is there to help me. Thank you Fellows.

The manager Justin actually took time to help me look up numbers on some bearings I had. It was an oddball situation but he didnt just give up when he couldn't find it on the computer. We need more Justin's in this business.

Well at first I gave a 5 star rating until my dad drove 20 min to get to the store to be sold the wrong part drive another 20 minutes home now he's gotta drive another 20 min to go back and exchange it and drive home another 20 min that's a total of 80 min of driving a v8 pickup truck for a $5 part in this day and age gas isn't cheap . My father says this happens all the time with him not cool when my dad has cancer and his immune system is low and can't fight infections to put him at risk of getting sick traveling to your store is not cool

On Monday the 28th I needed a tool to do some work on my car. For those of you that don't know parts store with let u use tools if you pay a fee and you will get your money back when u return the tool which is a nice thing so you don't have to buy specialty tools. However today I got to meet a very dry and very unfriendly person is name was Josh when I picket up the tool I tried to be friendly and joke with him and he had a frown the whole time when I returned the tool lucky me got the same person still he acted as someone pissed in his cereal. All I can say if you work in a environment where you deal with the public you need to have the ability to atleast act like you like your job. Or customers won't come back. Hope he has a better day in the future or finds a different job

Went here to have our car battery tested. The gentleman who came out to test it you could tell he was in a very bad mood. He said battery tested fine. Later the car still wouldn't start. Jumped it and took it to a mechanic and the battery was bad.

The staff were completely unhelpful. Especially to females. I have better service at AutoZone then I do it O'Reilly's and at least they treat women with respect their. This is why I do not choose O'Reilly's.

The ladies in this store were the most knowledgeable, professional, and competent people I've ever experienced at an auto parts store. The manager even came out and helped me replace my battery in the parking lot. Thank you!
