I cannot say enough about how positive my interactions with the entire team at Never Say No Auto has been. Most enjoyable car buying experience of my life by far! Jackson took great care of us and set us up for success! From the initial online application to inking the paperwork yesterday- this team went above expectations every step of the way. They were very easy to work with and had our best interest in mind! They were not your typical car salesmen, as they were not pushy and really listened to our situation and our budget. We will most definitely be using them for future vehicles. Kent was so very helpful and we appreciate that! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Just bought a car. The my credit was poor but the process was painless. Brian (my salesman) was very friendly and so was Craig.All my questions were answered (and I had a lot).If your credit is challenged and you want to try to get back on track, I would recommend here. I felt no pressure.Thanks Brian and Craig!

One of the all time best dealership services around! Our salesmen, Kent and Craig were the friendliest people. They made buying a car a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a car. I will definitely buy from them again!

Ask for Jackson when you walk in the door. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. Craig gets the paperwork done and males it painless. They treat you like family. Quick in and out process once you decide what you want. Will definitely be returning.Thanks for the wonderful experience

Kent and Craig were so easy to work with.We have bad credit but still got approved fast for the truck of our dreams. I love that they report to all three credit agencies. And with their great 2 year warranty. I don't have to worry about a very unlikely break down.

Was denied at another dealership because of some inaccurate issues on my credit report that I was told could take up to a year to fix. Unfortunately I could not wait that long to get a good dependable car. Brien and the guys at Never Say No Auto in Bolivar were great. They listened to what I needed in a vehicle, what I could afford as a down payment and monthly payments, and got me the best deal they could. I never felt pressured and they didn't try to sell me a ton of extra stuff. Drove home in a new car the same day. Highly recommend.

I took a chance and drove to Bolivar to look at some of the trucks that they had for sale. I didn't think I had the best credit, but they offered guaranteed financing. Craig showed me the guaranteed approval option with payment, but then he got me a local bank approval with a low interest rate. I bought a ford f-150 for a great price and payment. Overall great experience and I love my truck.

Bought a vehicle from the other location two and a half years ago best vehicle I ever bought it was a minivan and it has been great for the family very well taken care of thank you to the dealership and all those that helped make our experience great

My husband and I, along with our 11 year old daughter Emma, went to Bolivar, expecting to be turned down once again due to credit issues but instead we found a gem in the form of Brien Sanders. He was very helpful, was very attentive and courteous in understanding our credit issue with my husband being a victim of identity theft. Boy, were we surprised when he told us that we were APPROVED for a new car! We are very grateful to Brien and Craig Webb. They even let us bring our little 3 year old Chihuahua, Tribbles, into the building with us and out of the cold and rain! Great job, gentlemen! Thank you so much! The Sonata is great!

Best experience buying a used car! My husband, my 8 year old son and I went to look and test drive rigs and had an amazing experience. Everyone was very nice and treated us like family. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, zero pressure. They were great with my son. It was a long morning, and they kept him entertained (or maybe he kept them entertained). We baught a Mazda CX-5 and couldn't be happier. We had a chain reaction of crazy events after purchasing and they went above and beyond to help us out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shawn and the Manger Creg are very nice salesman. They answered all of our questions and they have very good hospitality and great customer service! Go check them out, and tell them Rusty sent you . They are also very honest and will try to lower payments and help you in any way possible! They Rock!

Save yourself and DO NOT shop for a vehicle here! Got next to nothing for my trade in, was never told that the vehicle I purchased was T-boned in an accident (door on rear passenger side never closed properly and seat vibrated while driving it), ended up with a loan owing TWICE than what the vehicle is currently worth (it was just repossessed tonight), the team there could CARE LESS about the customer, they care more about the sale and the commission on the car that they ll screw the customer over to get!!!! Choose Never Say No Auto if you FOREVER want to be screwed over financially!!!!

Cars all looked good, employee was not very helpful. We had a cash price set but they refused to give us prices for anything unless we let them run our credit. Maybe there was a misunderstanding there or something but we decided to buy elsewhere since we couldnt be told pricing with cash in hand. Very disappointed in our experience on that end but otherwise I guess it was okay.

Purchase a car with them in july of 2022 with a warranty on it. Its sitting at Kia dealership with a total of 7600 needed for repairs that our warranty doesnt cover which makes zero sense

Their prices are ridiculous. They may never say no. However, you're going to make a giant down payment and your monthly payment is still going to be unbearable.

They will get you in a vehicle for a phenomenal down payment and incredibly high monthly payments. Staff seemed very standoffish and not a happy group of folks

Definitely misleading... Low down payments it says they wanted 2000 to 3000 down depending on which vehicle... ..they wouldnt help us at all..just another crooked used car lot
