Sorry to say I can't leave a positive review. I took in a Kia Soul for an oil change. It's holds just under 4 quarts of oil. The paper I had to fill out had the oil change options. The full synthetic low mileage was 79.99. this was high from the start but I went ahead with it. The when service was finished my total was over 100. I asked why and was told corporate had changed prices but they did not update the price listing for the customer. Then there was a specialty oil filter charge. The service technician did find a 10 dollar off coupon to apply taking the price down some but in the end it was still near 90 dollars for a oil change in a Kia Soul. 4 quarts of mobil 5 30 full synthetic is roughly 28 dollars, filter is 5 dollars. So say 35 in it, that means 55 dollars was for the labor of doing the oil change which took 15 minutes. I don't pay that much for an oil change in my truck let alone the Kia. In my opinion this was a total rip off. I do not like to speak bad on any business but this was unbelievable. I paid for it because at the time I had no other choice but I will never return it recommended this place. I had to drive the car out of the bay with no guidance coming over the pit, it just all seemed like a joke in some way. That's my review, sorry it wasn't better.

I highly recommend. I had only went there for oil changes in the past but today I needed new brakes. They were able to get me in and fixed up right away. I really didn't know until today all of the services they offer.

These guys were great! We limped our vehicle into their garage on our way to Table Rock Lake for vacation. They were doing inventory and getting ready to close, but they stayed to help us and got us back on the road quickly and efficiently. HUGE shout out to these guys for helping us when we were in a bind! Highly recommend!

I went in to ask about availability for an oil change they got me right in, didn't even take 20 minutes to be done, cleaned my windshield and vacuumed away a winter's worth of my floorboards. Nice helpful young men

I been coming to your company for awhile and you have always done a good job.. Today i was not happy I feel like I got overcharged. And I was really not happy when I asked if you could put air in my tires. Your employee lied he said he put 39 in all my tires . I came back because I got 39,38,32,and 32. My opion is if you want to keep your repeat customers take care of them.

Great job thank you I will be back. I came here because my normal place was to busy to help me. Grease monkey was quick to help and it didn t take them all day to do it. I had a wonderful experience they changed my oil, filters and cleaned my windows and rotated my tires they also vacuumed my car all included with a oil change. I have never been treated so well so thank you for such wonderful service. I will be back.

After an hr wait cause they didn't have the proper equipment and filters for my car they stripped my oil plug and caused an unexpected stop due to oil leaking from my vehicle. Then tried to play it off like it wasn't their issue. Now with a car full of spoiled groceries and another hour out of my life I will never return to this place nor do I recommend taking your vehicle there. There should have been a full refund offered and probably more. This place need a whole restaffing of competent mechanics.Update on this! They jammed some kind of bolt in my oil pan causing 1900$ in damage.I repeat do not go here!

Let me start by saying the staff at the local bolivar branch have been amazing! They are kind and communicative. Here comes the problem. On February 29th I went in for an oil change. Then on march 11th my car engine began knocking and the engine shut down. After being towed to my local Kia dealership, as this vehicle is still under warranty, the dealership found a cap from the oil filter lodged in the engine which stopped the flow of oil. I am nothing if not understanding, mistakes happen. BUT corporate Grease Monkey has been terrible! I am the one who has been wronged, my 2023 Kia has been broke down waiting for insurance to get sorted since March 11th, they are in no rush to accept fault and make it right. This has been such poor customer service and I am just so disappointed that this is my only way to voice these concerns as everything is falling on deaf ears at corporate.

Name fits, these monkeys try to repair cars but need to stick to bananas. Worked on my sons car charged $250 didn't fix it made service check said it would cost another$500 to fix. Got second opinion and it was a $5 fuse to repair the car. Your choice?

The guys were very polite and fast with the oil charge.My only complaint is the maintenance of the Lobby/ waiting area. Half of the overhead lights are burned out it looks like the place is closed when you walk in . Hard to see especially in the Winter months with time change. It is it s not very clean for customers to wait. The lights burned out makes it look dirtier.

Took 4 days for timing belt replacement. Car failed 20 miles from GMG. Towed back. Faulty repair caused 3 week delay. Made 2nd repair. Left parts off and had to have my mechanic fix at a high cost of $551.53 additional to put engine back together. No help and GMG had my car for 3 weeks. Have to do small claims court to settle additional repair costs. All thumbs down. OK for oil change but not reliable for any other type mechanic work. Beware.

They lied to my wife *and* used product she did not authorize them to use. It nearly doubled the cost, and they would not budge on the price despite their error. We will NEVER do business here again, and I would advise others not to either.

OUTRAGEOUS pricing!! More than $160 for a simple oil change.Ridiculous. Advertised at $89 with $$ extra for extra quarts of oil.Truck uses nearly 8 quarts, does NOT justify nearly doubling the price. NEVER AGAIN!!

Called in the morning explaining my problem and took my van in at 9:30. They called at 12:15 and said it was done! Very convenient because we were able to pick it up on our lunch break! These guys are the best and stand behind their work!

Says 25% discount for military. My subtotal was $127.72 before taxes. My 25% discount was $20. I'm not a rocket scientist but this was way off. Total after discount $107.72 should have been $95,79. I got tired of arguing with the kid.I live in the area and thought I'd give this place a try. There was absolutely nothing about this place that I could recommend to a friend.

I highly recommend this business! Not only are they extremely professional but they are very caring and thorough. I had an issue with a very bad oil leak and they found it instantly and fixed it. Not only did they fix it, they cleaned off all the oil that sprayed all over my truck. They even checked my suspension to make sure it was safe to drive.
