Just picked up our car that had front end damage and could not be happier with the repairs or price. The folks here really are top notch on taking care of the vehicle but also the customers. Thank you Advance auto body. Great job!

Avoid this business at all costs. Brought my vehicle here in February - March of 2022. The car needed some repairs to driver side and the incompetent work that they performed was horrendous. When I got the vehicle back there was a long list of damages and things they just didn t even repair (but were paid to repair) and that list is below- Damaged the front and rear driver side door panels. Clips were busted and not properly reinstalled. The rear doors panel was completely busted off and front panel was ripped off and screws were busted out- Driver door handle was not even plugged back in and was supposed to be replaced but wasn t.- Rear Trunk Lid & spoiler had dried paint spots all over it from something with wet paint being sat on it- The rear door needed completely replaced, instead they replaced the skin even though the door was bent and LEAKED- There is places on numerous panels where they performed spotty masking jobs and you can see bare metal- The interior of the vehicle was covered in dust and dirt from sanding and prep work.- The quality of their painting work could ve been done better outside with a rattle can- There was multiple other little things that could ve been prevented with a little more competence and skillI called them to try and make things right but I received the cold shoulder and a promise of a call back every time. The lady I spoke to gave me the number to technician who worked on my vehicle, his name was Tristian. I messaged and tried calling him multiple times with no response. Overall this experience was awful and I d recommend that anybody in the Bolivar area take their vehicle elsewhere to be repaired. If I could give a lower rating on here, I absolutely would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This business went above and beyond...!!!!!Our daughter was 2 hours from home, slid on black ice, done major damage to the front end of our car. This business went to her, and towed the car to there shop.They kept us informed of all repairs, done it in a timely manner, even in the middle of bad weather. Got us back on the road in no time.Everyone was so friendly...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Advance Auto Body is AMAZING! I had just purchased a new truck, and within 2 weeks, someone ran into me.. I was able to get right in for a quote, which my insurance company requires 3 quotes, so we went to 2 other places as well.. Advanced Auto Body was much lower than the other 2 quotes.. They were super friendly and very professional. They were able to fix the damage perfect! The paint color of my truck is Tuxedo Black which has some glitter in it, and they matched it just right! A few weeks later, another accident. :( They were wonderful to us! They will always have our business!

Randy and Tanya have a great team!! Mike, the office manager, was so easy to work with and informed me of every details. They went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to me with 2 days. The car looks like it new again. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend them anyone.Thank you!!!!!

My car was hit by a deer. I was able to get my car into their shop same day. They also had a rental for me so I didn't have to go to Springfield. They took care of everything & by the end of the week they had my car all taken care of & I was back in it. They did an awesome job, service was great, and friendly atmosphere. If my auto ever needs body work done again, I'm bringing it to Advanced auto body.

I'm sure this business is great and all but your driver in the pick up truck nearly rear ended us tonight and stayed tailgating us with his brights on all the way dow Aldrich onto s springfeild. Please tell your drivers (especially in the rain at night) that they need to pull back a bit and not be in such a rush. I'm a driver as well and usually customers understand when theres bad weather

Advanced Auto Body took great care of us! They have friendly employees, quick service, and excellent workmanship. They took our car on Monday and had it back in perfect condition by Wednesday. Highly recommended!!

I went in today with a crack in my windshield from a rock. They stopped what they were doing and went out to look at it and said I could get it repaired while I waited in their lobby. I waited about 30 minutes and the price they quoted was very reasonable. I have done business with them before and I will always tell anyone who needs the services they provide to go see them. I have never been disappointed.

One and only time I've ever used this business. Horrible experience almost 25k$ body damage bill. Classic case telling you one thing to get your business and another thing when the bill comes. Stay away stay far far away.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I hit a deer and bought my car here to have the repairs done and over all they made sure the car was done right and when I did have I problem with the way something was done I said something to them and they was there on top of it to fix the problem
