I took my truck to get a free diagnostic test to see what was wrong with the AC. It came back saying the compressor was bad and there were a couple leaks. I took it in the next day to get fixed. When I got the truck back, the AC worked for about 30 minutes then went down hill. Within an hour I had no AC again. This was Friday so I had to wait until Monday to get fixed. I called Monday and told the owner what happened. He told me to come in and he would fix it. Took it back and got another new compressor. The day after I got it back, I had no AC again and smelled Freon terribly. Took it back. He said there was a leak behind the dash and the new compressor worked so well, it made the leak way worse. I told him he was going to fix it because it should of been fixed right the first time. He said he would need the truck for two days because he needed to take the dash completely off to find the leak. I took it to him the next Monday. I called Tuesday and he said it wouldn t be until Wednesday. Called Wednesday, the owner said it would be Thursday. I ended up having to go get something from the truck. When I walked into the shop, my front two tires were completely flattened and the truck was sitting on the wheels. The owner said he did that so he could get to where he needed under the hood. I called again on Thursday. The owner tried to tell me it wouldn t be ready until Friday morning. I told the owner I was coming to get my truck because it had been double the time he told me. When I went to pick up the truck Thursday, everything was okay for about 3 miles. My traction control light, service four wheel drive light, trailer light disconnection light and another light all came on. I called the owner the next day. He tried to tell me it was a circuit failure. I had enough. I took it to another mechanic because I hav had enough Within 6 hours, they had taken the dash completely apart and hooked up multiple wires 1 Stop failed to hook back up. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else to save yourself the trouble.Service: A/C installation & repair

Son put car in ditch , had car towed over weekend. Never met these people never seen anyone. All damages were fixed at a very reasonable price. Had car picked up just couple days after dropped off. Very satisfied.

My daughter took her van to this shop and they kept for 2 months to replace the brain? She brought it home and it ran maybe a week, but has been parked until today when her dad looked at it and it's missing the top across the engine and THEY SWITCHED HER BATTERY UNKNOWN TO HER with one that they had, she purchased a new battery August 2022 have the receipt, yet somehow their battery is in her van and hers is gone! Boo dude...taking advantage of women is bad but u best remember some women have dad's that ain't dumb! Don't do business with this company... Buyer beware! Can not believe they had the audacity to straight up cheat my girl, shes such a sweet girl, shame on anyone who takes advantage of others supposedly gonna fix the problem but??? Still ain't doing business with folks like this sadly

We took both of our trucks in for repair, tune-up and inspection. Al, the owner, was nothing but the best. Fair prices, great mechanics, very friendly people . My son goes to college at SBU and he called me that his car was not running right. I knew he could not drive 3 hours home to my mechanic. I was worried a shop might try and take advantage of him since he was a college kid but 1 stop auto did not. I highly recommend them they are honest and fixed the problem quickly for him even gave him a ride back to college. I talked to my local mechanic about what 1 stop auto charged and he said it was a good price for what they did. I m glad my son found a place he can take his car now fo get repaired if he needs to.Service: Engine repair

This place wrote up an inspection ticket and made me pay for it, but did not pass me because my windows were a little tinted! These guys are crooks don t ever go here!!

It's hard to get a fair deal in Bolivar Missouri but this place got me up and running at an agreeable price and kept me updated on their progress as they went. I'll definitely be going back.
