If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in to get my blower motor replaced and was quoted $2,100! When I expressed this price seemed incredibly high for parts that are priced online for an average of $109-250 the woman that worked the front desk immediately texted me back saying she had price checked through different manufacturers and was able to get it down to around $900 and explained I was mostly paying for labor stating because of my car make and model it would take 4-5 hours to complete the replacement at $103/hr plus $109 for parts. That still didn t math up so I called a few other shops. I was able to get my blower motor replaced for $490 parts and labor! My technician at Jefferson Auto in Blue Springs was amazing but as far as Randy s Personal Auto, I d shop around before taking your vehicle there.

If I could I would give them zero. Terrible communication and told me that they could fix my car, but ended up just fixing everything that didn t need fixing and gave me back my car barely running. Won t give me a refund either because everything they fixed was fine. Terrible service and overall total waste in money and time. They ended up upping the price they originally told me by 1500$ and it took them an extra month then what they had told me, and they weren t even working on it. He was just sick and charged me for it anyway. Save your time and money and do not trust their work. Went back and now they are just being very unprofessional and just giving me back my car where it doesn t run.

Randy s will always be my first choice for any vehicle I drive. Shannon has been astronomically helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything I ve ever had a question about and about what is going on with my vehicle. Exceptional service all around! Thank you!!

I m a DIY kind of guy and when I couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car, I took it to Randy s. After some diagnosing they found the problem, fixed it and I m back on the road. Great group of people to work with. Highly recommend this shop.

Convenience at its finest! I've found a gem! Service at Randy's feels like "auto service for grown adults". It's a great feeling to drive away confident your car received quality care.Cut the Dealership upsells and 'fake' car care feel and just come to Randy's! Unless...... if you re into gimmicky car reports and mediocre service by 'learning technicians'.... if you're into that, sure hit up your local car Dealership.

Randys Auto service did an amazing job on my van! They checked everything out! Found several small problems. Fixed everything. My van runs like new! I was going to trade my truck in but the dealership found the 4x4 not working and so I had to get it fixed. Randy s got me in the very next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, got the part needed, and repaired the truck by 11am. They also patiently worked with the warranty company that was paying for the repairs. I was able to to trade in the truck that afternoon. The staff at Randy s was awesome, pleasant to work with, and professional. I will continue to take my vehicles there for all future needs.

Fast service and friendly team! Was given a detailed report of everything that was done to my car and was informed of issues I didn't even know about with my rotors and break pads. Arrived just a minute or two before my 9 am appointment for an oil change and was told it would take apx 45 minutes. I sat in a clean comfortable waiting area stocked with a coffee pot & small fridge of water. Another customer worked nearby on a laptop as she waited but the area was very quiet. As I drove away I noticed the time was 9:33! What a great way to start my morning!!Service: Auto maintenance

We were told a much higher price and oversold on things we needed at another local place. We called Randy s and they were honest with us and saved us over $1,0000. Very honest business. Had a potential issue with my truck. They could've easily made something up but were honest with me that nothing needed done at this time. Didn't even charge me for the time spent investigating. Definitely will be going back for my regular maintenance.

The other place was going to charge me $1,000+ to work on my vehicle (they said they needed to replace things before they could do an alignment). I thought it was odd that every time I go there, I have to pay $1,000... I ve heard good things about Randy s from city workers, so I took it to Randy s for a second opinion. They were quick in letting me know that I did not in fact need what the other place told me. So, they went ahead and did the alignment that I needed. While they were working on my vehicle, I asked them if they can see why my engine light is on and that my front headlight keeps going out. Turns out, I needed an oil change and my headlight came unplugged from the vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations! I don t even want to think about how much the other place would have charged me, but Randy s only charged me about $150 total!!! Plus, they put my oil change sticker in the exact spot of my old one. Which I loved because I have a small windshield and usually have to move them back off to the side more. I would absolutely recommend Randy s to any friends and family in the area!
