Outstanding service. Sales folks were excellent especially Frank. Thanks for no add on charges when purchasing a new vehicle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!You will bring your vehicle to be repaired or service and they will ransacked and steal your expensive items from it!!!! They will not take responsibility or do anything about it!!!See the pictures and judge for yourself!!! They stole headlights, magnetic flashlights, and a wireless charger, and other smaller items.I never thought a business like this was so careless and irresponsible!!!! This is terrible!!!!STAY AWAY FROM MOLLE CHEVROLET!!!!

Our kids went here to get a vehicle inspection and thought they were very good, but the location on Google Maps is incorrect. It is located at the dealership.

$1300 alternator should be perfect, but they only put 2 of the 3 bolts in. I found out today they took other liberties (loosened and or removed) with other bolts under the car. Thankfully my regular mechanic caught most of it. Very shady service ethics! Consider fairway auto repair in blue springs mo compared to this very poor experience.

The service department has lacked communication both times I have used them. I have felt like my warranty has been used to their benefit. Replacing more parts than initially necessary. Maybe because things went wrong during the original fix, leaving more to repair... Their loaner vehicle program is nearly nonexistent. Most of my negative experiences could have been mitigated with a proper loaner or better communication. My vehicle has been repaired properly, but their process is a mess. I won't return.

I went There for a Safety inspection and my vehicle didn't pass because I didn't have a bumper and my windshield wipers didn't work I'm not sure if Those things are part of the inspection.. it was good to know that they are really expensive to get my vehicle fixed there..

We worked with Drew to purchase a Chevy Traverse. He was easy to talk to and fun to work with. We had a great experience and love our new car! I would recommend you ask for Drew if you go to Molle to purchase a vehicle.

Made an appointment online , left the vehicle and at 3pm I called to see what they had found. I was told it would be tomorrow. So WHY make an appointment? I told them we would pick it and go elsewhere. Within 45 min they had pulled the truck in. I had searched the metro area for someone to check the vehicle THAT day. That is why we drove 45 minutes across from. Beware if you are using the service department. I left a message for the service manager and still haven't heard back

I received a call from this dealership, where I had previously had a safety recall repaired, stating that their records showed I was due for an oil change. I was actually just thinking about getting an oil change a couple of days earlier so it seemed like great timing. They told me that most of the week was open at that I could bring it in the next day and that they had most of the mornings appointments open. I scheduled to bring it in at 11:45 and the caller advised me to pull up to the appointment door at the service department and that I would be in and out in 30-45 minutes. I arrived at the services department drive through and was greeted by a tech, I told him I had an appointment at 1145 for an oil change. He told me they did not make appointments for oil changes and that it would be about an hour and a half as it was first come first serve only. I was pretty disappointed but since I was already there I might as well get it over with. Two and a half hours later my oil change was finally complete. During the 2 and a half hours i spent in the nearly empty waiting room the other 5 or so customers were all complaining about extremely long wait times, one of them had been there for more than 4 hours and was unsure what was even being done to their vehicle. I asked who made the service calls and they said it was some other department and that they weren t really sure how it was handled. I would not return to this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Took my vehicle in to get 2 new front door speakers installed. After I paid for the service, they brought the car out. It is a cool day, temperature around 65. All the windows were rolled up except for the front passenger window. Also, the window lock was conveniently pressed down on the driver's side. As I was going down the street, I took the lock off the window and proceeded to push the button to roll it up. It did not go up. I played with the button for a minute trying to get it to go up, but it still would not budge. I pulled over and reached over to the passenger side and pushed the window button over there to roll it up. I then went back to the dealership. All the other windows buttons worked as they had before, except for the passenger side front window. Even though the dealership had to take off the drivers side door panel, and unhook the window switch connector to be able to install the drivers side speakers, they flat out denied that ANYTHING was their fault. I stated that the window button worked before I dropped it off, and that it was very convenient how the only window that did not work was the only one that was rolled down, and how they just so happen to have the window lock activated. They still denied any of it being their issue or even saying that they possibly left something unhooked. I spoke to the Service Department manager and also the Building manager who both just locked ranks and stated there was NO WAY it was their problem at all. The service department manager even further stated how he could quote me a price for the cost of a new drivers side door window switch which he thought was around $450. They NEVER even offered to open it back up to see if they left something unhooked.I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!I WILL ALSO PROVE THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR MY WINDOW ISSUE!Service: Electrical

Great service from the parts counter!!After searching multiple auto parts stores for a new tail light harness due to a damaged terminal in the connector I came to Molle as a last ditch effort to find a harness expecting to pay $100 or more. Brent at the counter spent 30 minutes digging through assortments of different terminals and handed me a few different sizes and then would not take any money for them. Good people!!

Have taken my GMC there to be fixed and it break down within days or hours after getting it back. This has happened on several occasions. The dealership could care less that they left me stranded and pretended that my vehicle was fine even though it obviously was not. Got rid of the GMC and Molle Chevrolet.

Took my 2012 Volt in the dread Service High Voltage Charging System trouble message. Tried a couple of things, but the message would come back after a week or so. On the third visit in about a month, it was determined that I needed a new battery pack. I was out of warranty but my Service Writer, John Price, got Chevy to cover half, so I was "only" looking at a $4,500 charge. While steep, it's very competitive with independent shops. I authorized the repair and waited the designated week. 5 days later John called and had great news. Unbeknownst to me, John and his Service Manager Brian had continued to advocate for me with Chevy through the Voltec warranty. The end result is that even though I was 60+ days out of warranty, Chevy covered 100% of the parts and 50% of the labor. My final bill dropped from $4,500 to $768. Now thats service! I cant say enough about my positive experience. Not only will I continue to use this dealership, Ill ask for John specifically, and tell my friends to do the same!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Molle Cheverolet in Blue Springs, MO employees Lying Sevice writers. My 2022 Camaro had a leaking tire and the service department said " there's nothing we can do about it. It's a run flat tire." I took it to a tire shop and they fixed it. El Jeffe Tire Shop in Independence, MO literally had me on the road in 17 minutes. So please ask yourself. Do I want to trust my vehicle with a group of people that does not have the knowledge to fix a flat tire? Absolutely, the most deplorable representation of Chevrolet values I have ever seen. Molle Chevrolet in Independence, MO. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They will not be there when you need them on a brand New car with less than 1000 miles on it. " there's nothing we can do about it. It's a run flat tire." Maybe look at other manufacturers if this is the new GM standardService: Tires

Customer service is fantastic. I have NEVER had a dealership that was so great! I never feel like they are trying to sell me on something unneeded (if anything, they have talked me out of certain repairs that i asked about). They are always helpful and friendly to me and give me top notch service in a quick and speedy time frame. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone and everyone

The service has went down hill. I had to bring my vehicle back because they didn't get a nut tight enough and it caused an oil leak. Then the last time I called they couldn't provide a loaner for an appointment for expensive warranty repairs and I found out by taking it somewhere else that they allowed the air filters to get extremely dirty (They have never checked them) That's easy for a owner to forget when they are trusting a dealership to maintain their vehicle. I'm not going back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Beware "$49.99 Everyday Value Pricing Oil Change" isn't, for some reason no one in the Service Dept knows anything about it (google Molle Chev oil change). Ended up at $66 and some change, $10 higher. Told I needed a coupon if I saw that price. Also, Beware: There are signs posted everywhere in the service area telling customers if a service advisor doesn't do a walk around your vehicle at check in, you get a free oil change. Here's the rub, they will tell you the did it in the bay where the oil is being changed. (sign doesn't say in the bay, says at check in). I understand you get busy and may forget, I wasn't going to say anything but that rubbed me the wrong way. The service on the vehicle was good, however they are very skimpy on the mult-point check list, half the items weren't checked and when they were you couldn't tell which 'green/yellow/red' was marked hardly as the line went all threw them. Now Ford offers the same service, $49 and often has a $39 special with a $10 mail in rebate (you actually get the rebate) and the check list is complete and very easy to understand. They will even tell you exactly what the CCA is on your battery. Thought I'd give Molle a try as I acquired a GM product, I'll go back to BS Ford for scheduled service. First scam me on the price, then pull a fast one and tell me the walk around at check in meant in the bay, not necessarily where you actually check in. Want my business, make it right.

Quick and simple oil change that doesn't cost as much as the "quick & fast" lube shops around town. Techs that know my vehicle (since they work on Chevrolet everyday) I can rest easy knowing they did the work correct and didn't try overselling me on unneeded services.

After seeing all the negative reviews about oil change, and knowing that this dealership doesn't care enough to respond to the reviews, I will pass and go on to someone else.. pretty sad, because I've stayed with a Chevy dealer this whole time.. sad...

I was treated with the utmost respect and more than fair..took a 2008 Buick that we had less than 2 week in to be diagnosed.Jason was our person in service..come to find out the car is suspected to have been in water somewhere previous to our purchase..Jason and the General Mgr and Service mgr had a meeting with me, dropped cost of repairs down to their cost..they were very kind and compassionate..they have our business going forward for sure! And also btw, gave me a brand new loaner car, while waiting on repairs, and we didnt even buy the car there! And I didn't even ask for one but very much appreciated it..thanks Molle! We took that water car back and purchased another vehicle, and Molle has all our business! God Bless good hearted people like we saw there..

Just picked my new 2020 Tahoe from Molle Chevrolet. Marcus was my salesman and he did a fantastic job putting this deal together along with the sales manager Brent. Went through F&I with flying colors. No surprises whats so ever. Top notch experience. Great job to the staff.

Went for oil change had a coupon and ended up being another 20. Service was unorganized, this is the second time to try them. I have to take my new silverado to a ford dealership but blue springs ford service is great.

They NEVER have loaner vehicles. I purchased extended warranty for loaner vehicle when mine is getting repaired and they are always out. It's like they only have 3 or 4!

Went in at 9:30 am Wednesday 6-13-18, got out at 11:25, oil change and tire rotation, they emptied glove box and they left glasses on floor board and left maps and other things on center of seat, Alfred and sales manager act like I shouldn't be upset, all sales manager said I'm sorry, they take your money and act like they can do what they want and we are wrong when we get upset, bad experience, some staff
