They are LOOKING for things to charge you and up sell for.I came just for recall work and an oil change and had a guy try to sell me about 5 different things my car did not need and I can't help but to think it's because I'm a woman and I came alone. Telling me I need to do a transmission flush for $299, fuel flush for $250, and some other thing I've never heard of equally as expensive. The first two things were done to my car when I first got it, and I haven't put enough miles to warrant this kind of work on it since they were done. I tell him I don't have the money for it right now he finally does the work and I think that's that. Wrong, because when he comes with the receipt for my oil change he's telling me to change my spark plugs and a valve for $850+. Didn't relax on it until I tell him I'm going to run it past my dad. I ran to the mechanic I usually go to for a second opinion and they find zero issue. Had to pay an extra $55 diagnostic fee there because of him trying to pull a fast one on me.This is why people don't want to get work done at dealers. He just wanted to find something else to charge me for either because he thinks I'm a gullible younger woman or he wanted extra money because the recall work isn't enough. I am lucky I take my car to my local mechanic frequently and they have actual morals.Do better. Keep an eye out you have to come here and you're a woman.

Dan was great! He was willing to work with us and find the right car for us. Good atmosphere, upfront and honest deals. Everyone was nice. Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had for sure. Would recommend everyone to buy here. Will definitely be back for the next car!

Richie was fantastic! He made sure I got the EXACT car I wanted and let me know when he had any updates. He made the buying process so easy and the fact the dealership doesn t try to push any extra add ons is so relieving. Overall everyone at the dealership I spoke to was so kind and incredibly helpful. I wish I remembered their names but the lady at the front desk and the sales manager were also very helpful. No pushiness, no trying to get me to change my mind, and I wasn t there for 3 hours trying to get through paperwork either! Great dealership.

I recently had a car accident and had my car brought to the body shop at Molle Chevrolet- Jonathan, Madison and Ruth in the body shop, have bent over backwards to help me through a very trying experience! Even though my insurance provider was completely less than accommodating or customer service oriented. I give the body shop five star and will take my vehicles there every time going forward.!!

For 10 days my car sat at the dealership. Scott lied to me about my warranty. He told me he thinks it s the injectors not bad fuel. He told the warranty company it s bad fuel not the injectors. All of this is documented in reports on both sides. Scott proceeds to tell me to spend $1600 to flush the fuel and change out the fuel pump. Then it will prove it s the injectors and the warranty company would pay. If they don t pay it will be another $2100 to change the injectors. I then called my warranty company to confirm everything I am supposed to do. They said do not pay them and that is not right. They asked to have it towed to another dealership for a second opinion. When we spoke to Scott about this he asked for us to pay for diagnostics before taking the car. We spoke to the GM and he said he would test the fuel and not charge us before we take the car. We agreed. They tested the fuel and stated it had too much water. So essentially it is bad fuel and the warranty company would not pay. We understood and asked for the detailed bid before starting the work. I received a jumbled email with a few numbers and words. Not real quote/bid but now it went to $4250 for the same thing that was quoted before. I called a few other dealerships for pricing and they all told me $2500-3100 for all the same thing! The warranty company then paid to tow our car to another Chevy dealership. They had it one day. Flushed the fuel, charged us $200 and it is running perfectly! Molle is just a crook!! Trying to charge for things not needed and for cash price instead of warranty work. The lies throughout the whole process. I have been to Molle and purchased my vehicle there several times and will never return. I will make sure that many people are aware of this situation and they are careful before going there.

Brought my truck in for a diagnosis. Explained that the fuel pump goes out every 2 months. I said I would pick it back up and replace the fuel pump where I have the warranty and bring it back for a proper diagnosis (since they didn t tell me anything I didn t already know.) They tried to charge me $175 even though they did not diagnose a single thing. I told them I would not pay for a service that was not performed. They told me to take the truck and never come back.Although this was a strange, unhelpful, and money grabbing encounter, all of the staff I encountered were kind to a fault. Talked in a respectful tone and we re trying to get their establishment more money. That was obvious.

Zak Marlow was my sales guy. He was very attentive to my needs for a new car. (Not to mention, he was very patient with me as well! ) There were a few hiccups along the way, but Zak is on the ball, getting the issues rectified immediately. :)I am definately recommending him and the dealership to family and friends when they decide to purchase a new vehicle in the future.

The dealership was helpful in getting my truck ordered from GM and giving me the best price possible. However, when I went to pickup the truck 9 months later my wife and I felt very rushed to finish the process and leave the dealership. I understand we got to the dealer only a couple hours before close on a Friday, but we were told that was plenty of time and it felt like we were an inconvenience. My wife had to ask for the doors to be unlocked to use the restroom before we left. And our salesman literally ran to his car after handing us the keys to our vehicle. So, happy with the vehicle and price, but the customer service was lacking when we were finally able to pickup the truck.

As soon as pulled into the parking lot of the truck center and peaked inside the truck service area I knew this was the place to get my 2018 Chevy 4500 Express class C RV chassis mechanically serviced. Confident you guys knew what you re doing. Price was more than fair and a fraction of what I paid at the RV dealer. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful, even pointing out something RV related I needed to address. The waiting area was great and the wait time reasonable. Well worth the 30 mile 30 minute drive from Overland Park. It just feels great to know your experienced techs looked my vehicle over and to know I have a place that is fair and competent to take my RV for anything mechanical going forward. It is really a relief.

Molle has been doing most of my vehicle service for years. Always felt it was a little high but the service was fair. Just had my oil and filter changed plus fuel filter and the cost was $354.00. Oh well not the end of the world. Here s the kicker .my 2021 truck needed a software update to correct a few things and the automatic high beams. Molle wanted over $500 for a software upgrade! This included NO hardware just a software upgrade. So you spend the enormous amount on a new pickup and to upgrade the software to fix the things you paid for is over $500.00! Personally I would not pay $20.00 for a software update on a 60K vehicle three years after purchase.

I love my new Chevy Traverse! The customer service at Molle was amazing! Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!! Frank was our salesman and he did a great job of getting us in and out quickly, helping us set everything up, and making sure we had everything we needed! After contacting all other Chevy dealers in the KC Metro Area, Molle was the only one who could get the car I wanted for a better price. Their No Add Ons policy is true. Zach, our salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy and he would actually return phone calls and even text. We are never going to a different Chevy dealer.

Dishonest and careless service department. The technician carlessly left a tool that's now wedged in my new vehicle after performing recall work, who knows what else was damaged by the tool being left behind. I was lied to about no software updates being available for my radio to fix stability issues...a simple google search will show that an update is available. I was told oily soot leaking from a gasket on the EGR pipe is a normal operating characteristic as well as the rubber chunks embedded in the power steering pully from the drive belt. The rearview mirror display that reboots numerous times a day couldn't be duplicated even though I provided a video of it happening. The non-rythmic ticking from the engine that gets louder every day is also a normal operating characteristic.

I had a great experience with Zach Marlow at Molle. I went to several different dealerships and had less-than-ideal experiences, but when I connected with Zach the process became very easy.He listened to what I wanted and worked to find something that worked for me. His communication and follow-up stood out to me. I felt like I was working with someone who was focused on making the transaction work for both parties instead of trying to pull me into something I did not need or want.The experience of buying a car is no fun, but I will go here again. Above and beyond service to get our truck done. Patrick in service department was VERY helpful in explaining what needed taken care of. I don't know the mechanic's name bet kudos for an excellent job. Also very happy with the young man, Hunter who was assigned to give me a ride home and then come pick me back up. Had a great experience, came to them after a really bad experience with another dealer. They were able to give me a great price for my trade in, gave me plenty of options for the vehicle I wanted and also got the final vehicle I choose from another state. They are not pushy but more helpful than anything. Dan (salesman) was super friendly and helpful, if he didn't have the answer to my questions he was quick to get them for me. Brent (New Car Manager) was knowledgable and worked magic to get the car I wanted. I will defintely be back, Thanks again. 2020 Traverse !!!

An experience I will never forget!! My husband found, by accident, the truck of his dreams while I was on a job interview. As we waited to hear if I got the position or not, we were greeted & shown around by Bill. While applying for the truck, I got a call that I had received the job and also received confirmation of approval for the truck! I kid you not, Bill was more like family at that point & was so happy for us & we chatted more about the job than the truck LOL! It was the best shopping experience we've ever had from start to finish! Very easy to purchase, no pushing, no haggling, we plan on having the truck serviced there as well!
