I came here today and was informed I had to have all 20 lug nuts replaced along with the tires. I thought I was going have to walk out they helped me and gave me a great discount. They are easily the best in town. Also they give a military/first responders discount. They are friendly, timely, and very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

What an awesome group of guy s !Stephan was a very knowledgeable mechanic, he kept me informed every inch of the way while working on my car. I would recommend the shop to anyone that needs any kind of mechanical work done. James was an awesome employee too. Everyone was really friendly thanks a lot guys.

I ve gone in twice two get my vehicles inspected. Each time the waiting area was neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and down to earth. Will definitely go back to them in the future.

The service was excellent, on time, and knowledgeable. I was in and out without any wait time. They gave me options for my oil change and offered a coupon , plus a a rebate. They added a furl additive to clean it and give me better gas mileage without asking me first and then charged me 12.00 for it. It wasn't outrageous and considering I will probably save more on gas than what yhis cost, I didn't complain. Will be going back to them for future needs.

I was treated right. They honored a coupon I was mislead about from another location. They did right by me. With changes to our economy funds are slim and they took care of me for my oil change. It is how society should be. Caring and they kept their word. The manager had just taken over that store and was so nice as well as the manager helping that day from Gladstone. Sweet hearts. Thank you for helping!

Really great company and location. This specific location has done a major 180 with management and service workers! I ENJOY EVERY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! This place has turned around tremendously! I definitely recommend others to bring your vehicles here!

Eric Wilson, the manager, and his team were quick to diagnose my car. I appreciated the detailed explanation from Eric and his calm demeanor on what was needed to prevent future engine failure. The financing options he provided was a huge help, especially with Christmas right around the corner. I also had the chance to meet Christopher, the technician. He was very informative and very confident in his work. His years of experience made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. Thank you Blue Springs Midas!

I thought I needed brakes and scheduled an appointment only to find out my brakes are fine lol The manager, Eric was very understanding and did not charge for the inspection. He has awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Stephen the store manager was awesome, he came out to talk to me and made me understand what was going on. My tech (sorry, didn t caught his name) was also very pleasant and also came to talk to me. Went there a few weeks ago for an oil change, the very next day my car s check engine oil light came on and when I checked myself I found the tank completely empty. When I informed Midas, they towed my car back to the garage to check it out and fill the oil again. I m glad that they offered to fix it right away, but I m disappointed that they didn t offer an explanation of why it happened in the first place, and I m concerned that their mistake caused serious lasting damage to my brand new car.

I had an oil change so ne here and was told I seriously needed a Tie Rod End replaced. They'd be happy to fix for $482.85. I decided to take it to my regular mechanic at AAMCO in Lee's Summit and was told there is nothing wrong. AVOID this place

I m 42 years old and Eric Wilson helped me out more today than any other shop has ever done over all the years. Super friendly and professional. Broke everything down as far as everything they do for the services. Such a great experience today I ll definitely be taking all my families car needs to this shop. I cannot thank them enough.

My appointment was booked and confirmed via phone at 9:00am Saturday. The appointment is set for 3:30pm same day. I get there, 10 minutes early to make sure I'm on time for the (((((((SCHEDULED))))))) appointment.. just for the guy at the front desk to tell me I have to reschedule for Monday because they were behind and suddenly got busy. From walk ins I assume.My main issue with that is there was no communication. When I asked why no one called my number on file to tell me, He said he didn't know they would be that busy "until about 20 minutes ago".But no one called to tell me that. I wasted my time showing up. The walk ins overpower appointments I guess.

I loved my experience here! I didn't have to wait at all to get my oil changed, and I showed up without an appointment. I talked with Eric and he was so helpful explaining things to me. I was asking a lot of questions about filters, oil changes, when should I replace things, etc. He was very informative and also printed out a list of when I would be recommended to change things on my car. I can't remember what he called them, but he gave me the print out and talked it over with me. I will definitely be returning!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Eric Wilson was a great help, every issue I had he was able to solve for me and I will definitely be back to use the services of Midas in the near future
