Bought a license plate bracket for my Tuscan. They installed it for me. Total professional attention and very positive. Looking forward to bringing my car to them for all my repairs and maintenance.

Absolute worst experience with getting a car fixed in my life. The body shop I took my car to sent it here to get it calibrated and they ordered the wrong parts three different times. Put the parts in wrong multiple times and ended up taking two months longer than expected to fix it. Within a week of getting it back it had issues so they sent it back and now it needs to go to a different dealership. It can t go there yet because a car that s not in their system is in front of it. They called a tow truck to move the car but it won t be here for an hour and the dealership will be closed by then. Absolutely no customer service in addition to these problems. Everytime I call I get sent to voicemail, leave a voicemail, and never get called back.

Came here to get my update because of the thefts going on in the midwest. They add 2.Recall my car and had them done in less than an hour. Great customer service skills and very obviously experienced as far as my car is concerned.

UPDATE: Asked them to help my granddaughter get a vehicle. VERY disappointed in what she Actually got and lack of disclosure of 'codes' and lack of follow through ot getting her a working key fob. After buying 3 santa fe's will not go back and selling my Hyundai. Very sad and disappointed as they did not respond in a concrete or helpful way when asked for help with issues.in midst of rennovation, but all done quickly and professionally. Being gong there since 2017, my 3rd Santa Fe.Staff is a huge part of my decision.

Your employee Joyce is a pleasure to speak with. She is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to take care of her/your customers. She is a great asset. Please reward her with a raise,a paid vacation, praised and high fives! I called 3 times in a row, and every time, she didn't get annoyed or frustrated but understood my situation and came thru. It's because of great people like this that we will continue to do business with you. The staff at McCarthy Hyundai were cordial and professional as expected. They are currently working in VERY different (difficult, in my opinion) conditions due to renovations, and I commend them for keeping their composure in a vastly different environment throughout their work schedules.I recently took my vehicle to McCarthy Hyundai for routine service following an extensive road trip. Prior to our trip, my husband kindly and generously purchased new tires for my vehicle from McCarthy Hyundai. Both experiences were positive ones.

We had the front suspension replaced and took our car here for an alignment afterwards. Sat there for 2 hours waiting, just for them to tell me they couldn't do it and that the suspension was put on incorrectly and everything was loose. They quoted us $500 just to tighten what they said was loose. Nothing is loose on it. We had everything rechecked at another mechanic and everything was tightened to the correct ft lbs torque. Do not take your vehicle here. They try to get over on people and waste your time.Service: Wheel alignment

Only take your vehicle here if you want to be ripped off. Andrew is a liar and takes advantage of customers. Why would I need 3 oil changes? One at 19,000; one at 21,000; and one at 24,000? Unfortunately, my husband was very ill and I was trying to keep up with the warranty. I trusted him. Big mistake. He saw gray on top and completely took advantage.While we were trying desperately to get our car and get out, Andrew made us wait and wait and wait, while he did other things and took care of other customers. His actions were nothing short of antagonistic. I finally got so angry I found myself getting louder and louder asking for help. It eventually became clear that he was trying to make me look bad and make himself look like a victim. Well done. I will be contacting corporate about your business practices.Service: Auto maintenance

Paid over $5500 on new transmission and my car was missing the under cover. It was replaced but if i did not look under because of noise i would have never known. Irony is that the service manager asked me why i did not bring it in sooner.

Bought my wife's last two cars here. A Hyundai Tucson and then a Santa Fe. Sales staff was easy to work with and answered all our questions. I usually finance my cars through my credit union of 30+ years but their finance dept actually beat their rate by 3/4 of a percent.Service department does a great job. I have not had any major work done but for maintenance / oil changes and a cpl of recalls they get your in and out painlessly.

Actually, my rating is 2.5 but that's not an option here.This dealership would have 4 stars if not for Robbie, one of the guys at the stand up desks in the service department. I/we have always had good interactions with everyone except him, no matter what we need to have done. From oil changes to repairs, if he is the one handling the initial set up/sign in, there is ALWAYS an attitude as if he is being put out. If he is working, and they have my car, I can't get a call update on my needed service work. I always have to call first, then leave a message, and then he will call back in minutes.The last time this happened, I asked for specifics of needed repairs, how they came about the diagnosis, other options, etc because I was taking notes to give to my husband to review, and there was just this tone and attitude from Robbie.It's frustrating because I have been going to this place for years, but now I may be faced with looking elsewhere because I don't trust that we're being dealt with fairly by Robbie or anyone connected to him about my car.The other guys are great, friendly, and helpful. They answer questions and approach very professionally, even kid around some. If I could trust my baby to just them I would.These are my experiences.

Several folks were polite and treated us great. But mid negotiation the price jumped with the excuse of "a market adjustment" apparently this market adjustment took affect sometime between our arrival and during the negotiations. We were treated very badly.

Great service and friendliness from the team at Blue Springs Hyundai. The sales team was very good about answering my questions and prepping the vehicle. Andrew Barreto was excellent to work with and he went beyond the call-of-duty to deliver the vehicle all the way across the city to us! There was a major ice/snow storm coming in over the weekend and he went out of his way to provide EXCELLENT service by making certain we had the vehicle before the storm hit. WOW!He was very professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks to all for making this a very pleasant experience. We were impressed. Andrew is a real asset to McCarthy's. Keep up the great work.

Trying to set up an appointment was frustrating. Left multiple messages regarding appointments and never got a call back from a JD person.Service area is not well marked for a first-time visitor. Thus, check-in process is not easily understood. Didn't seem eager to assist upon arrival. Waiting room and showroom were clean. Didn't explain my bill or the repairs upon completion.A little disappointed, especially knowing my expectations of Hyundai after buying 2 vehicles out in Atlanta with phenomenal service and a detailed, thorough process.Service: Electrical

The best Auto dealership in town. I went in for a mirror replacement I had ordered and it took about 10 minutes. New mirror matches perfectly. They had to paint it. Very satisfied.

I m still mixed about this location and Hyundai as a whole. So may post more after next maintenance visit as that will be a 3rd visit and then I ll change if things aren t better. But unfortunately I can t change my new car just yet
