Car shopping has been a nightmare after a total loss on my previous car (that I loved dearly). MAG was the fourth dealership we visited and ended up leaving with a vehicle we love. The prices are the most reasonable in the area, so we secured a vehicle with all the safety features we were looking for without the high dollar price tag we saw at other dealerships. We also have a crazy work schedule, and Danny was super accommodating by letting us walk in hours before our appointment. When walking in, we were helped by Chad, who made us instantly trust the establishment. Chad was super welcoming, friendly, transparent, and had such a down to earth personality. He was exceptional at walking us through every stage of the process and explaining the why and how behind the systems and processes when we asked questions. I hope I won t need to purchase another vehicle soon, but if needed, I will 100% go here again. Thank you MAG team!

I was lured into buying car without full disclosure about the costs. I was extremely rushed through the process and not given payment details or was allowed to see the contract until the very end after I was asked to setup and pay my insurance. Even after I asked to see it. I thought they were just being efficient but I see not I was being rushed so I didn t ask questions.

Called MAG five minutes before they closed. I was interested in a Rubicon that they literally had just gotten minutes ago. Danny Tucker picked up that phone and was forthcoming to relay any information that he had about the vehicle since they had just gotten it in. He made an appointment with me to come look at it first thing the following morning. During the car buying process, it tends to be a little stressful not here at MAG nor with Danny. Danny worked with me in every way possible and made the transaction smooth and quickly, I was financed, papers signed, temp tag slapped on the back, and out the door in my new Rubicon before lunch!Danny is very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable in his craft! I definitely recommend this above and beyond dealership, great crew all the way around! and ask for Sgt. If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced and that s only the beginning. I wouldn t buy a car for my worst enemy at this place and would highly recommend that anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle to stay far away from these crooks. They knowingly sell vehicles that are mechanically in awful condition and when asked about it they do nothing but fall back on the as-is paperwork that they have you sign in order to protect themselves from any accountability all while not disclosing problems with the vehicles that they would have known were wrong with it had their service department properly vetted the vehicle. They also passed our vehicle for inspection all while it would have not passed a proper, through inspection when given the several problems we have had with it. The vehicle caught fire literally 2 hours after driving off the lot, the water pump went out thus causing a significant coolant leak, there is a check engine light on, the battery light is on as well along with an illuminated picture of a wrench. After having all of those codes ran at a trusted mechanics shop it was discovered that and the throttle body sensor is failing, and that the battery and alternator are both in faulty condition. All of these issues were discovered within the first 4 days of owning this vehicle and the only thing that this pathetic dealership was willing to fix was 50% of the cost of the water pump. Which was far from satisfactory. Especially after the vehicle coming close to catching fire on the way home with our children inside and requiring us to call the fire department. The owner blamed it on the nearby homeless community and took zero accountability while other salesmen mocked my 8 1/2 month pregnant wife on the phone stating yeah but it didn t actually catch fire though did it technically there were no actual flames however the cab of the vehicle and the surrounding area was filled with smoke. They showed zero interest or willingness to help with all of the other problems and always deferred back to the paperwork we signed. They will sell you vehicles without backing any of the product they have on their lot. They have zero integrity and could not care less about your well being or your investment since it s their money now and the car is yours and not their problem anymore like we heard the GM (Ernie) say to another customer on the phone when we were there about the water pump. The owner (Michael), the GM (Ernie), the service manager (RJ) and our salesman (Chad) are all the definition of sleezy and will all take advantage of you and blow smoke up your rear in any possible way that they can. If my review didn t have a character limit I would gladly go into full detail as I hope this review protects others from making the same terrible decision that we did. We had others tell us to stay far away from them but we chose not to listen cus we didn t think it could be that bad. I can promise you that it truly is that bad, to the extent that we ve had to have a consultation with lawyers to explore our options in attempt to protect our investment. This vehicle was purchased to replace our only other family vehicle. We explained this to them in hopes that they would have the slightest bit of integrity to not put a soon to be family of 6 in a knowingly terrible vehicle and the exact opposite occurred. The only thing they cared about was our money while also knowingly jeopardizing my families safety. Don t be fooled by the care they may have at first, once they have your money in hand then all else is out the window. The definition of sleazy resembles every thing this pathetic dealership is about.

I was not looking to get a vehicle, but I had to due to my last vehicle being a total loss.Danny was so easy to work with. He explained everything and he was super friendly. He made the process very easy. Ernie in finance was also a big help. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here.

I am happy with the car that I ended up with, but felt that many of the salespeople are difficult to work with. Initially, I felt scammed when I spoke with them and was given a price that was way above what I was expecting. I was clear that I would not be buying the vehicle until I spoke with my parents and I felt manipulated and taken advantage of for being a young person trying to buy a car on my own. I didn t receive good service until my mom called them out for what they were doing to me. After that, they were more agreeable but I would be wary to buy another vehicle here.

Was in the market for a vehicle. Originally had my eye on a truck. I live about 175 miles away. The salesman Clint told me that they could deliver the vehicle if purchased from their dealer. Never thought a dealer would go that distance to help a customer. Also I was in a bad spot with my credit but the guys from MAG made it happen . When I showed up I decided on a different vehicle due my budget. The guys from MAG treated me and my son like family and were patient to figure out the right vehicle for my family. Prices were definitely fair and I was able to drive off with a really nice reliable Lexus.

When you buy a car at Munsterman Auto- because there s no doubt that you shouldn t- ask for Clint Jennings and say Emily Scarlett sent you there. I was a first time buyer, having no credit, a little cash for a down payment, no co-signer and walked out with a car that will last me until I decide to get married. Clint was the most helpful and charismatic, pulling every string to get us into something good. I had a great experience here and I would highly recommend to anyone trying to find a good car to come here. Super above and beyond service and will be returning.

Absolutely infuriating experience!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars because I was promised a 2020 with 88k miles, but they handed me a 2019 with 99k miles. Blamed it on paperwork, refused to let me return THEIR mistake, and only after a fight, they agreed to take it back but pocketed my $1,000 down payment. Total SCAMMERS! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy steer clear!*edited to show my response below to their comment*I was never interested in the 2019, I only ever wanted to look at the 2020. Every conversation we had was about the 2020. My bill of sale was for the 2020. I put a down payment on the 2020. I was put in the wrong car and sold the wrong car. I was never told the 2020 was not available. You put me in the 2019 and told me it was the 2020. All I wanted was to return the wrong car, I wasn t trying to get a better car, I wanted the car I was sold. When that wasn t an option, I wanted MY down payment back for the 2020 which I did not receive and to start fresh at another dealership. Extremely disappointed in you keeping my money for your mistake.
