I ordered parts for my Stihl Hedge Trimmer 2 weeks ago!!! I callled parts dept to see whats going on and was told (Well you didnt order that much) didnt get his name but talks really slow!!!! Called another Stihl dealer and I am picking parts up today. I will never use Lawn and Leisure Blue Springs ever again!! Very disappointing and bad customer service

I bought 2 brand new weedeaters. Couldn't even use 1 for 10 minutes carburetor went bad. Up to 4 weeks to get 1 in stock, I finally got a answer instead of it being 2 weeks was yelled/cussed at by an employee then hung up on me. I was never rude just wondering how much longer it's been in shop for 3 weeks.

We bought our First New Tractor from Lawn & Leisure and Matt R. made the process very easy. It's our First Tractor so we had many questions and he took the time to answer all them with great patience. We also had a few hiccups and he was there all the way to do everything he could to help us. Matt R. will be the reason why we will return to Lawn & Leisure to buy any farm equipment we need in the future. Better have your part number memorized and at the ready if you call the parts department. And if they don't have the part and need to order it but you don't want to do it that instant, be prepared for the call to swiftly end. I'll stick to the Lee's Summit location.

We have had nothing but BAD service from this place. They charge $100 an hour for repairs and do a terrible job. After paying them and it still didn't work we wound up fixing it ourselves. Dave you time, money and frustration. Take it elsewhere.

The staff at tha parts department was very helpful and noligable. The part that I needed for my weadeater was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them for all your mowing needs.

Lawn & Leisure of Blue Springs told me a mower I brought in to be worked on would be fixed in 2 weeks. It's now been 4 weeks and my mower is still in the shop. I called them twice yesterday and both times got an answering machine and asked them to call me back with an update, I still have not heard from them. I would not recommend them for service.Update The work they did was very good

Gotta love L&L BSMO, they never fail to disappoint. I still don't know why I go there for service. It just does not ever come out well. In past years I spent $6000 for a Scag mower and $22,000 for a JD 2520 tractor. You'd think I'd know better by this time.

Very rude employees, went there for some warranty work on my Honda lawn mower, per "the Honda Tech Line". The guy came out and looked at my mower and was looking for some sort of impact from mowing like hitting a tree stump. He found a teeny tiny nick on my blade and said I hit something. LMAO....he just didn't want to do the warranty work offered by Honda. Nonetheless, I took it to Coleman Equipment and they are going to get it done. I'll never do business with these jokesters and I'm reporting them to Honda, they don't deserve to sell Honda products.

Parts department was able to overnight a part for my tractor, and gave me a few suggestions to solve an intermittent problem. I appreciate good customer service.

Quite possibly the worst customer service in the industry. The service is painfully slow and the people behind the counter are as rude and unfriendly as they come. If you need work done on your machine, plan on leaving it there for weeks and weeks. Look elsewhere.

They sell riding lawn mowers and also do repairs on riding lawn mowers and a very good place to go for that type of stuff!
