David Lee is my name and I don't typically leave many reviews. However, I have to recommend Jefferson Service Center because they did a fantastic job on my Mustang. I find it difficult to find a dependable and honest mechanic and these guys are the real deal. I don't live close but received a recommendation from a friend at work and I won't go to another repair shop again. First impressions mean a lot to me and Paul is a great individual, easy to talk too and gives me the same impressions of that of having a great neighbor. I finally found a place that gives me peace of mind and I can trust. I like the model trucks around the walls and he runs a very clean shop. I can't thank you enough!

I've taken my 4runner there for multiple repairs (cv axles, bearings, water pump, etc). They keep me informed throughout the process and do honest, quality work. I won't go anywhere else.

I've been going to see Paul for years. I used to go to Able over in Kansas until we were charged $65 for checking the air in the tires. Anyway, Paul is straight up. Tells you if he doesn't find any problems and doesn't charge you for looking at the problem if he doesn't fix anything. I think this is the most honest automotive repair center that had ever existed. After getting to know me and because this is where my Dad went for 25 years I've been aloud to make payments before and I've even been told to take my car home and see how it does before I pay the bill. No other place does that for anyone. I am a faithful customer of Jefferson Auto Service and I have recommended all my friends to go there. You won't meet a nicer more honest mechanic than Paul. He's Awesome!

Most trustworthy shop in all of KC. Paul the owner never pushes for unnecessary repairs. I've sent them on some wild goose chases and he has never charged me a diagnostic fee. He will let you know exactly what's needed. Paul is the owner and he has an excellent staff of skilled mechanics. I've been using them for 8 years and they have worked on several cars of mine. They don't have an alignment machine, so you might need to take your car somewhere else if you get suspension work done.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

A friend recommended Jefferson's and I was super impressed with this service center! My husbands brakes were in super bad shape and had to be fixed quickly. Paul is super kind and trustworthy. Even though the price of fixing cars is never fun, I was impressed with the prices here. I think if we had gone somewhere else we would have had to pay thousands for no reason. Paul was super quick about getting our car fixed as well. I will be going back for future services!Service: Brakes

I never feel like they're trying to sell me on repairs. They always are honest, do a good job, try to save you money where they can, and they don't talk to you as if your dumb. Love Jefferson! Won't take my car anywhere else.

A buddy found this place and suggested it to me. I have since gone no where else. Paul is as honest and trustworthy as you will ever find. I have taken my work vehicle and personal cars to Jefferson for several different issue or even when you have no idea what the issue is and they have never let me down. Prices are very reasonable and they will tell you if something needs to be fixed or is something that you can let go without worrying about it.I took my daughters car to them because my daughter keep hearing popping noise when turning and I had looked it over without finding the cause. I just knew it was going to be something big and cost a ton but that was not the case. After giving it a look and taking it for a test drive they were able to determine that the lug nuts where just slightly loose. Paul even apologized for having to charge me $35 for something so simple but I was happy to pay for their time but it did take them about 30 min to looking and testing to find this. It was just one of those things that are not obvious until you find them. A dishonest shop would have taken me for much more.Best shop I have ever found and hope they are around for years to come.

Paul has worked on our cars for years now. I recently had an issue with my sons car and took it up to have Paul look at it. Paul decided it was actually the battery and put one in from his shop. He told me to drive it for a week and call him to let him know if the issue goes away. I asked him what I owed him for the battery and labor. He told me not to worry about it until we knew it was fixed.After driving it for a week with no issues, we realized it was in fact the battery. I called Paul and settled up with him regarding the costs.Who else would let you take their battery, drive the car for a week, tell you not to worry about the costs until we know it's fixed?? No one! This is a perfect example of why we use Paul and his services.He is very knowledgeable in his trade, very professional and is the most honest repair shop/person we have every dealt with.I would highly recommend bringing any of your car issues to have Paul over at Jefferson Service Center.

I will be taking my car to Jefferson Service Center for any and all car repairs because of the service that this place provides. Its the best in Blue Springs by far. They are honest and do not try to pull anything over on you. I will be sending my kids here for their auto repairs as well.

Jefferson Auto is the best. Very good prices, they never fix and charge you for unnecessary things like dealerships do and the owner is great. They have earned my complete trust over several years. They usually have a backlog but if you can fit in their schedule it is worth it.

My son's car overheated on 70 between St. Louis and KC and we had him towed to Jefferson Service Center, based on AAA rating and Google reviews. Paul was great-added some oil and took care of getting fluid in the radiator and sent him on his way. Charged him $15. Was very impressed with how honest he was and that he took the time to call me and fill me in on what was going on. Thanks, Paul.

Paul and his shop are awesome! He maintains a clean well organized shop. Work is completed beyond expectation in most cases and is always right the first time. They take care to address only what is needed and explain any work completed or thins to watch out for.He takes solid care of the customer!

Was in town visiting family and my starter went out Sunday evening. Called them Monday morning to see if they could fix it. Asked for wrecker recommendations and got one. Had me back on the road in 2 hours. Their quality of service is fantastic and others should take notice and follow their example. If anything happens again will be back. Paul and his team are great! I recommend him to all my friends and clients.I was out of town in Springfield one time and my car acted up. I called Paul and he asked me to describe the problem over the phone! From there he analyzed the problem and then recommended a shop in Springfield. He was right! I had major brake issues this morning, and as luck would have it, I managed to get my diesel truck stopped, safely, in the parking lot for JSC. Paul went WAY above and beyond from not only the work that was done to make my truck safe to drive (even though they were fully booked with other work), but he also restored my faith in the "good guys". This was my first experience, won't be my last, and I am recommending JSC to everyone I know in Eastern Jackson County. Thank you for everything, Paul!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Jefferson service center for years and I will never leave. The staff there take car of their clientele, and are very professional. Paul the owner will do everything possible to help get you back on the road for the lowest price, and best service in town. They have always taken care of my family and I. I only trust Jefferson service center with my vehicles.

The only service center I will go to. Very clean, friendly and honest.I'm updating my review, maybe a year or two after the first review and I would defend these guys to my last breath.They do outstanding working and stand by it.
