They repaired a slow leaking tire without having to replace it. Service was fast and the price was fair. There are a couple of younger people working there they were courteous and respectful. It's great to see the youth of the today learning on the job under the guidance of experienced individuals.

Top notch service! It is nice to know there is somewhere we can trust for our automotive needs. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and hard working staff. It is so refreshing to know they will only replace what needs to be and not try to take advantage of their customers. And they will work with you on what is the most pressing concern within your budget and take the time to talk to you about safety concerns. It s also very heart warming to see a business that really cares and takes the time and builds long lasting relationships with their customers. My first impression here for some maintenance on my Jeep was very favourable, the team was very precise in inspecting the car and preparing quotes, a lot of photo documentation was provided through the process and the quotes for each repair were accurate. Definitely reccomended!

Took my car there for a transmission fluid change and they overfilled it which caused the oil pan and gasket to leak because it s over pressurized. I took it back to them and they charged me to fix the issue they created.

Fantastic customer service! I'm from out of town and broke down. Here's the convenient drop off, they've contacted me and got it taken care of. Don't plan on going back but if I'm in the area and need to I will definitely go to see Dave's crew

I've taken 5 or 6 different vehicles to Dave's over the last 10 or 15 years, never been disappointed. The last couple of times Shane has led the efforts and he's always great to work with. Highly recommend.

Dave and his team have been working on my family s cars since before I was born (1996). They re the only place I want to take my car to. They re the place I take a vehicle to before I buy it. They re trustworthy and honest. This was the first time using them and was very pleased with everything. They confirmed my O2 sensor was bad and only replaced the one that was needed. They were very helpful and will be returning to have my other vehicle worked on. We have used this shop countless times the last couple of years and have nothing but good things to say. They have always been honest, provided great work, and returned our vehicles quickly for a reasonable price. One of our cars recently died and Dave didn't even charge us for all the diagnostics he provided. I will always recommend this place to family and friends.

Love going to Dave s they listen to what is happening to your car and offer advice as well as the best care. They don t try to overcharge you because of you being a woman. Brought my car in for a thermostat replacement. They struggled with getting the o rings off. Despite a difficult replacement their customer service was impeccable! Offered to take me to a couple of different places so I could get my errands tan while they had my car in the shop. Also came and picked up my car from work ( I work very close to the shop). Overall I was very happy with the excellent service I received. I would recommend Dave s!

As always, I had a good experience at Dave's Auto. The technicians are friendly and know what they're doing. I can't say enough good things about them. If you have to have your car repaired you should try Dave's. They are fair and honest. I live in St. Louis and traveled to KC for business but had an engine warning light come on as I was getting to the City and the next day the engine warning lights were still on after my meetings so I stopped at Dave's to have them check the reason for the engine light and do repairs if necessary to get me home. Even though I had no appointment and just drove in, they checked out my car, told me the reason for the engine warning and advised me that I could wait until I got home to get repairs. Friendly, fast and professional and they did not charge me! Outstanding, makes me want to move to Blue Springs just for Dave's as my car maintenance place.

Service was nothing short of fantastic. From the friendliness of the front desk to the honest quotes and hard work from the owner and mechanics that work there. Waiting area had free wifi, complimentary water and coffee as well as clean restrooms and waiting area. They don't take advantage of anyone, which is few and far between nowadays. Anything they recommended being done to my car, they gave me an individual quote for with fair pricing. Clearly a family owned establishment that takes pride in their work and legacy. I went in to see what was wrong with my a c . they took their time to try to figure out what was going They looked at every angle until they figured it out. I'm glad they didn't rush I definitely would recommend This business they are very honest. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg with me. Being single mother with 2 kids they finally got my AC working.

I have been using Dave s auto repair since the third day they opened as a Phillips 66 filling station many, many years ago. I will always be a loyal customer as the service is exceptional and the people are great.
