I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, their work is second to nobody. They have great customer service and are very professional! They also fixed my car when other collision companies were saying they couldn t find/fix the damaged pieces. They did a fantastic job on it, without a doubt will be going back to them if I need work done. Thank you guys!

Not only were the employees of Charlie s incredibly polite, helpful, and professional.. they went above and beyond! I had a relatively minor accident and it was my first time taking my car to the shop. After a quick inspection of my car, I was given an estimate and I was talked through the procedures of what needed done and the specific costs. Everything was made very clear to me and I felt confident leaving my car there to be fixed up! Despite their busy schedule, they agreed to take my car in the following week. They called days before the week ended to let me know that she was ready to be picked up! When I got there, the payment was quick and simple. They even rinsed off my car and wiped it down. If you re new to car-troubles or are iffy about where to go that s trustworthy, this is your place!Service: Body & Trim

My car is fixed and it looks great. Dave did the estimate and it cost exactly as he said. Charlie's has a night key drop so it's very convenient. They are really busy so it took a couple weeks for my appointment but it was worth the wait. Great place!!

These guys are always great. They get me and out quick. Always friendly.They have fixed a nice in my windshield and replaced the whole windshield as well.

After being turned away from 4 other autobody repair shops because they didn't want to do a repair I was paying for out of my own pocket, I feel so lucky to have found this place! The price was affordable and the work was done on-time, which is amazing in todays environment. They even went above and beyond to straighten my tailpipe when there wasn't a replacement to be found anywhere. Dale and the office staff were incredibly friendly and I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

They took the time to come look at my door and Dave came out to work on it himself with a few tools and had me fixed in record time. Many shops would take the opportunity to make more money but he did exactly what I needed. If I need any more body work or anything they can do, I'm bringing it here and trusting their expertise. Just had some rust and paint repairs performed on my truck here. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and explained several solutions to my problems and offered advice on which would be the best.The vehicle was completed in the quoted time (2 days) and the final price was more than fair. I actually anticipated paying twice as much as I actually did!!!I highly recommend this place!

I've never had any body shop treat me the way Charlie's did when I had my Subaru repaired there. They took the time to sit down and explain every detail about the parts that needed replaced and continued to provide amazing service through the process. If you are looking for a collision center in Blue Springs, this is the one I recommend.

The Osborne family has been taking care of our family's auto dings, etc for decades. They are honest, fair, and do absolutely excellent work. I won't go anywhere else. They are the best plus are quality people. (Mic drop, the end!)

Had an older model car that was beaten up pretty good in a wreck. The engine was good so I wanted to save the car. Charlie's sat with me, showed me where he was ordering the parts from, gave me an accurate price and after they were done the car looked showroom good. Excellent work. Highly reccomended.

They walked me through every step of the process. Answered any questions I had and kept me updated on any changes and even followed up and made sure everything was working fine afterwards. Definitely recommend. Great service and kind staff.

Reviews are deceptive. I had a loss in April through insurance and chose this place because the people were so nice. I wish I would ve never walked into this place. It has been 6 months of frustration trying to get my car repaired. I d taken my car back here THREE times to get corrective work done and my car is now at Molle Chevrolet because the work was so cheap and horrible. They gave a guaranteed date to have the work done of April 24th. My insurance carrier has informed them of the issues and they haven t so much as even called to say sorry, offer to pay for a rental while their work is fixed. Nothing. Unless you need something minor done to your car like windshields wipers changed or a light bulb replaced, I would think twice about going here.

I had a big dent on my Nissan Maxima's rear bumper.A place on US 40 gave me a quote of $780 ...Now, I was doubtful whether to spend so much for a dent and thats when the good people at at Frank J Thompson's Farmers Insurance office in Blue Springs suggested meCharlie's auto collision repair.They got it done for $ 55 and made it look like new.I would highly recommend this place

You won t find a better body shop than here. Dave and Greg have been doing it for a long time. They care for you like family here. The parking can be a little cramped, but don t let that keep you from letting them help you. They still get it done!

Extremely friendly and professional team. Everyone seems genuinely interested in finding the best resolution for you, the customer. Brings back a garage/ small shop feel from when i was a kid, which you don't find often anymore.
