Worst customer experience I've ever had!Lied to multiple times, person pawned off as Service Manager, was just an advisor, very rude to both myself and my daughter. Even suggesting that we go somewhere else, and not there.We had both brought in vehicles for "The Works" at their "Quick Lane" service Center. Neither Quick or "Customer Service" were involved.Were there when the place opened, only 2 other cars in line. 5 hours later they hadn't even started to work on them.Conveniently, no "Manager" was available.Even though I had bought and sold Fords for years, won't be going back there again!Service: Oil change

Worst service ever! Scheduled service online two weeks in advance. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment at all. Dropped car off Monday and got told every day that it would be ready tomorrow, come Friday night and nothing has been done at all. When I call to talk to the service department, 9 times out of 10 the line would just hang up before talking to anyone. Service assigns a technician and I was told that they alone can provide status, no one else. So the time I called and my technician was at lunch, I was not able to get any information about my car. Today my technician went home for the day without any sort of communication that my car was not going to be done today as he promised. My frustration with waiting almost a week for repairs, that I was told would only take a day, was met with excuses and dismissal.I have had great experiences at other Ford repair facilities, with technicians and staff going above and beyond. The experience at Blue Springs was abysmal and I will not be back to that location for any reason.Service: General repairs

Amazing customer service! I just recently bought a Ford and needed a part installed. From the time I walked in everyone said hello and was so nice. Instead of having to come back/ wait for 2 hours/ schedule an appointment they were able to install the part right then and there and I was in and out in no time. I m so happy that I have joined the Ford family and will be returning for future maintenance.Service: Body & Trim

My first time here for service since I got the car. It was a little awkward at first when I pulled in the bay because not a single person out of about 8 employees acknowledged mmt presence but, they got my service done in about an hour, including a car wash. The staff in the waiting area was pretty pleasant & I also liked that they had an older gentleman there helping to direct people & he even helped me with the coffee machine... Good people!

We been servicing our 2006 Expedition @ BS Ford for 15yrs, don t trust anybody else. Professional service, accurate cost & when completed predictions. All personnel friendly & helpful. Offer me ride home if needed, had to once & was impressed with that service. Big relief to know where I m going when I need help keeping my wheels on the road!!!! 93,000mi & more to go thanks to these folks!!! Love my Expedition!!!! Every time I go to bring my truck in the service team does a great job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. Sam is my go to service advisor and always goes above and beyond to help with warranty claims and he's honest about what I actually need. As the son and grandson of mechanics, I was more than apprehensive to have work done on my vehicles by anyone but my father or me. After buying a Ford, I used Quick Lane for the "complementary services." I then decided to buy tires, then a battery,... I now take all of my vehicles in to Quick Lane and I have not owned a Ford for 4 years! They have never pressured me into all the flushing services like other places, and their quotes are upfront and honest with little pressure. The crew is knowledgeable and polite and they get the work done fast. I normally just wait in the waiting room visiting with Darrel, who is just a great, helpful gentleman. I only comment because I noticed one negative review from a person who went here one time and decided that was enough for a scathing review. I have been going here for years, visited with many of the staff, and have never had any issues.

Went in for an oil change. JW got me in and looked up my vehicle and also notified me of a recall my vehicle has. He said I'd normally need to make an appt, but if I could leave the vehicle they could get to it today. Great service from this team!

Would have given 1 star but they did do what was asked/needed. The problem is the service writers need at least half as much enthusiasm & professionalism as their sales team. Have bought 3 new expeditions and just recently a 2019 F250 SD. Service writers...one has the personality of a rock and another was completely dismissive and wouldn't acknowledge me standing 2 feet from him until I asked (sarcastically) "do you work here"? He just looked at me and said he would be with me soon. I said ok and informed him that I just had a quick question...he never did get back with me. I just went back to the waiting room never to hear from him again although he walked by me several times.

Quick Lane service department is a great place to have maintenance done on your vehicle. They are always polite, fast and never push you items to upsell, they just make you aware of them and let it be your decision. Overall you can't beat their prices of oil changes and tires. We have used them for years.

Being short staffed because of Covid. There were managers and people from other departments stepping into a different environment. I was able to get my oil changed with no problems. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

Service was top shelf UNTIL we were informed they no longer take appointments. Makes it difficult to plan when you're at the mercy of cistomer flow. This no appointment policy even applies to recall woek.Seemed anxious enough to take our money when we bought our car but now...

Just moved to the area and was needing to switched dealerships for all my general maintenance for all my vehicles. This was my first experience working with this in particular Blue Springs Quick Lane. I am not to satisfied with my overall experience. This time around I needed new brakes and rotors installed on my F 250 and they charge me $1400 Last time I replace brakes and rotors is was around $600. So I called 3 other Ford Dealerships and they were between $700-900. I called 3 other small businesses and they were between $500-800. This Blue Springs Location offered me a $20 rebate by mail and wouldn t work with me on price. Everyone just put their head down and completely avoided the situation. The price is the price they said. Coming from a business man where customer service is everything, from my first experience/impression, I will not continue to do business with this company moving forward for general maintenance or purchasing personal or business vehicles. I ll advise my friends, family, employees, subcontractors, and partners to look else where.

I don t know why this is called Quicklane. Do they not know what quick means? More like SLOWLANE.First in line, right at 7am and it took almost an hour and a half.Service: Oil change

Extremely rude staff. Drove in for an oil change and not one person would give me service. Waited 5 minutes as 3 other cars after me were given immediate help. Very insulting to say the least. Next time I'll buy a Chevy!

So I'm told the best place to get a Performance Control Module flash or reprogrammed is your local dealership of the maker of your vehicle which would be Ford and they have now lied to me about doing two services a transmission flush and a PCM flash I know by just common sense, facts, and time it takes to complete a job and test it that they did not do what was told they told me since nothing is different they won't charge me for the service lol so your telling me your willing to do over 250$ of work for free lol and come back in 5 min telling me they changed the fuild then sayin it took 30 min to flash the pcm that's the time it takes to reprogram it so your telling me you took out the computer and programmed it and reinstalled it in 30 mins lol no wonder they aren't charging me because they didnt do anything I've never seen worst service in my life let alone from what's supposed to be the highest tier auto service
