I took my car here to replace the windshield a couple of weeks ago. The quoted me lower than anywhere else around, also kept to the original quote they gave me despite having to do more work. Darn rust. Also got me in the next day too. Will go here again if ever needed (hopefully not lol).

I called Austin Glass Connection Inc. for a quote on glass repair. Mike asked for my name and number to call me back with a quote. Mike was prompt to call back. He quoted us $50 more than we were quoted elsewhere. However it was a further drive and we were thinking and willing to pay the extra $50 however the moment we said we were quoted less. Mike said Okay, well I hope your glass doesn t fall out on you. And hung up on us.

I recommend using them. It is done right. Be sure to make arrangements to leave your car. There's a 3 - to 4-hour wait for windshield adhesive to set. That's a requirement, so you don't have slippage or leaks.

They have always done a great job. Have used them several times never a complaint. Would recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replacement or repair.

Very rude and short with me on the phone when I asked if they take walk-ins for windshield repair (as other places do). Told me there was nothing they could do to stop a 10 inch crack from growing further and that I need to get my whole windshield replaced and to go elsewhere if I want a repair like that. The employee was unfriendly right away and definitely doesn t make me want to try their service again in the future.

These people are awesome. They sent Woody to my house to replace my windshield on my car. He was very kind and fast. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone. I called Monday and my car was fixed in my own driveway the following morning! Very pleased customer. Thank you Woody!

I'm very happy with Austin Glass! I brought in templates for 8 extremely odd shaped pieces of glass and they had them cut and ready in less than 24 hours. Not only were they fast, they were by far the best price compared to 4 or 5 other glass places we got quotes from. Very friendly with excellent customer service! I will recommend them to anyone needing glass cut or replaced.

Beware! This place gave me a decent quote, very friendly on the phone. Something came up a couple hours later and I could no longer pay the $200+ for the service. I called the same day to cancel and the man got a huge attitude with me, threatened to charge me $50 for canceling, and said if he called me back we were "going to have a problem."

Had a windshield replaced and it poured water inside the car. They tried to blame everything except their work. They tested it by soaking it with a hose, which continued to flood the floorboard. They still said it wasn t their fault. After three tries they still refused to touch it again. They tried to blame the sunroof, the drains, etc. Took it elsewhere, had to pay again to have it done correctly. No leaks. Would not recommend at all, ever.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Quality and quick service! Had two OEM windshields replaced in the same week, a Ford F-150 and a Lincoln MTK. The Lincoln MKT had a small vibration for a few years but after the new windshield instillation, the vibration is gone!! So happy to support a local small business and receive quality and friendly service.

I used Austin Glass just to buy a piece of flat glass for a project. They were able to cut the glass bigger than anywhere else in town. Worked out fine for me.

What an excellent place! I got the glass cut I needed for a shelf and 3 cabinet doors. They even offered to seal the glass in the doors! These are excellent people! Awesome customer service and great prices! Thanks guys!

I've never made a review for any business until today, went to replace my driver side window because someone broke into my car on Easter... They replaced the glass fairly quick and had no issues... but when I pulled out of their garage, I noticed immediately that my head unit (radio) had some error and wouldn't play anything. Took the door they worked on apart and found a hole in my speaker. I thought of every possible way that I could of done that but it's literally impossible. I was playing music through it yesterday and I haven't touched the insides of the door in years. Go in to fix a window, come out with a broken speaker? Jeez... (picture of speaker should be attached... I don't know if it worked)

Called them looking for prices for curio cabinet shelving and unfortunately they dont do triangular shapes. Just Squared and rectangles. They was polite about tellimg me they didn't have what i needed.
