Very polite and great communication.. get got right to the problem I was having with my truck.. and gave me fast solutions to fix it.. even showed me a video of how to fix it.. made me feel right at home here at this location.. gave me alot of advice and knowledge.. thanks Andres

Stopped in to get screws to put on new plates for my daughters (new-to-her) first car. Tim was fantastic. He helped pick out the screws and installed the back plates with a happy to help conversation.Would definitely come again based on the excellent customer service shown today.

Andres and his team have been consistent with us for the last year and have helped us through 4 cars between us and other family. They are ALWAYS friendly, informed, and helpful and we feel comfortable bringing in our friends and family when they need a little work done. They've been keeping an eye out for a paint color for my girlfriend so she's always excited to go in. Thank you guys!

I recently had an extraordinary experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Blue Springs, all thanks to an employee named Andres. After a less than satisfactory visit to another location in Grain Valley, where I purchased a battery but was informed at the last moment that installation assistance wasn't available due to him being the only staff member on the clock. Disappointed, I reached out to the Blue Springs store and explained my situation to Andres.What stood out immediately was Andres's willingness to help. Despite being the sole staff member on duty and managing a busy store, he assured me that he would do his best to install the battery, with the understanding that he might have to attend to other customers intermittently. True to his word, Andres was ready and waiting when I arrived.The weather was brutally cold, yet Andres maintained a professional and upbeat demeanor, expertly juggling phone calls, customer queries, and the installation of my battery. His multitasking skills were impressive. Even when we hit a minor snag the battery from the previous store was incorrect Andres seamlessly handled the exchange for the right one, ensuring no delay in the installation process.Andres's commitment to customer service, his professional attitude, and his ability to provide solutions under challenging circumstances truly set him apart. My car battery died and I went to the closest auto shop to buy a battery, but they said it required professional installation. I bought the battery figuring I d have to take it to a mechanic to install but decided to try Advanced. I was prepared to buy a battery from them if they could install it and return the other one, but the guys at Advanced were really helpful and put the battery in that I had already bought. The service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable employees, it s the only auto parts store I ll go to from now on. I wish I had gotten the employees names who helped me, I can t say enough good things about them Thank you!

I ordered a hand bilge for our sailboat on the Advanced Auto Parts website, and my order was ready in 30 minutes as promised. I was also in need of marine epoxy and the staff members were very helpful by directly taking me to it.I used ther 15% off coupon code for online orders and was very satisfied with the overall price.

Apparently, O'Reilly's is not in the business of installing batteries anymore. They'll sell it to you, but require you to seek a mechanic for professional installation. This is rather silly as they installed each of my last two batteries. So I called Advance Auto Parts and spoke with Andres, who I knew immediately would take exceptional care of me. Upon arrival, he had the battery ready, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

We are from Jefferson City traveling to Kansas and made it to Blue springs when we broke down I managed to limp it in to this Advance where I met Andres the parts clerk that I had the great Fortune of dealing with that day.He went above and beyond being helpful to a small family of people he didn't know and weren't from his neck of the woods he even had a lull in business enough so that he assisted me for the better part of 15 to 20 minutes while me and my niece change the alternator on my truck I've dealt with hundreds of parts stores in big towns and little and never have I had anybody as helpful as this man. What could have been an all day disaster turned into a 2-hour hiccup and we were back on the road.I don't know what you pay this man but you don't pay him enough we would love to thank everybody at this location especially Andres.

I love Advanced! Every location I go to is outstanding!!! Noland Road and the 23rd street locations plus 7 Hwy are my go to stores! Yesterday I stopped at the 23rd street store and Rob changed out my battery fast and friendly and I was on my way!!! Thank you Rob for your expertise and getting back on the road so I could make my doctor appointment!

Do not go to this location, I waited 54 mins for the store to open at 9:00am in no one was there. 2nd the guy who works on Sundays from opening 9:00am time has a horrible attitude In horrible customer service. 3rd they put my windshield wrapper on wrong which on a rainy day it was hard for me to drive. The blade left a big stretch on my window now I have to replace a window because they didn t put it on right. Don t go here horrible service

I have been shopping at the Blue Springs store for about 6 months and Tito has gone above and beyond Numerous times ! He helps me more than I can tell you.Just like everybody you guys are under staffed and he Never gets flustered or breaks his stride he is doing an excellent job and you guys should definitely take care of him thanks..Craig

"Boy, do we love to see customers roll up 15 minutes before closing time with a shopping list of car issues," said no auto parts sales staff ever. Never. That was the unfortunate scenario when I visited Advance Auto Parts on 7 Hwy a couple of weeks ago. The two sales associates were respectful, knew their inventory and helped guide me in the best direction matching my meager budget. They even made me laugh a couple of times and put me at ease. These men were just a couple of years out of school, working hard all day and I'm sure had friends texting or Snap Chatting them about the Saturday night events they were missing. They impressed me beyond imagination with their patience and compassion and attention in listening to my issues and had not only solutions but options. Guys, you restored my faith in mankind and the generation you represent. You will go far in this world, one satisfied customer at a time, one day at a time. Thank you for being there, and I will see you earlier in the workday next time out of sheer respect for your busy lives and those lucky enough to be your families and friends who wait for you at the end of the day. Didn't jot down your names but I wish I had. Advanced Auto, these young men were great hires and represent your company beautifully in a tough, competitive industry. Winning!

Went in for a part, which I wasn't positive if that was what was needed for my vehicle. Before purchasing an expensive kit, a gentleman offered his assistance and recommended a cheaper solution to my vehicle's current problem. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. Great experience overall.

Read other reviews... problems are usually relative to which employees are working - just like most businesses.I generally find them helpful and courteous with one exception (I just avoid him). It can be difficult for a female who turns wrenches to get respect and a non- condescending attitude. I have developed a bit of a relationship with certain employees here and at other similar stores. At a competitor nearby, I nearly came to blows after being talked "down to" about battery terminals, so I usually go to Advance first.The old axiom "Good help is hard to find" seems especially applicable to auto parts stores. As with ALL specialty stores, I try to keep in mind a lot of people have areas in which they have more expertise, but I won't be disrespected.

One of the employees named Matt helped me figure out what battery to grab, was very helpful and gave me honest advice on which battery on what budget. Helped me install and also located an issue with a bearing on the engine. Awesome down to earth dude!

Wish I could give 0!! Came in on this lovely 96� day to get some Freon. Noticed an employee outside appearing to help a friend or possibly customer install a stereo system (totally did not know advance offers this free service!! LOL) Went inside to discover no employees but could hear one on the phone somewhere in back. Waited for about 6 min just standing there observing the store. Somewhere about halfway into that another customer came in and stood at the counter as well. When the employee finally emerged from the back he went directly to the guy at the counter and started helping him, acting as if we did not exist. Did not ask who was here first and the customer in front of him had no tact as well and did not mention that we had been there waiting when he came in. I interrupted their conversation and asked if there were any other employees since we had been waiting since before the customer he was helping came in. Not even a simple damn sorry!!!! Just nope the other guy is outside. So I let him know that he should have asked who was waiting there first and left to AUTOZONE down the street. Out entire trip on autozone from beginning to end took less time than we waited inside of advanced for terrible service! LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!!!!
