Called and texted to confirm I didn t need an appointment for tires and alignment. Showed up stood in their office for about 30 minutes was never greeted by anyone. Spoke to several guys until I found the one that actually works there. Waited another 1.5hrs until they let me pull in. Just to find out their Facebook marketplace ad was about $800 short on pricing for the tires I wanted and they do not offer alignments even though their website says otherwise. They do not have a lot in stock if you re looking for stock sizes they only offer 1 option for the size I needed (235/80r17) dually tires. If you re buying wheels and tires you re treated completely different and will get great service. I pulled my truck in the bay and another truck showed up with wheels and tires and they helped him while I waited even longer. Not to mention I drove an hour one way to get tires done. I m not normally one to leave 1 star reviews or complain but my time is worth a lot to me and they wasted about 5 hrs of my day including drive time. They need someone in the office to greet people and figure out what the customer needs before making them wait for other trucks to get finished just to find out they don t have what the customer needs.

Very friendly place and Brooke is really great at her job. She help with wheels an tires I was looking for. The really nice there no waiting on orders for weeks Rims and tires in stock.

Very competitive pricing compared to the other local shops. They carry a large inventory in stocks on tires and rims,among other items. The staff were very friendly and helpful in the office and in the shop. I would definitely recommend them and will keep them in mind for future work.The only draw back was the fee for using card. Other than that awesome.

I normally don't leave reviews but feel like my experience here may help others. I confirmed numerous times via phone/email they had the wheels I wanted in stock and would be traveling out of my way to get them. Once I arrive at the shop nobody has any idea of the deal that was made. I am told by Brooke that the owner is the one who handles the online dealings. There is clearly no communication between the owner and the actual workers in the shop. I'm not an unreasonable guy and was willing to consider other options but they simply would not budge in price even after screwing me over. Poor business model. Don't waste your time on these guys.

They have a good selection of wheels and tires. Braden did a wonderful job helping me with my set of wheels and tires. He sent me several pictures on the phone and I picked a set out. He went out of his way to even deliver them to me.

Initially this was a great experience with lots of options, availability and communication. Til a tire needs replaced and you contact them & they offer to replace it and poof.....you never see or hear from them again to offer to even match it with the others. So you go buy 4 new ones from someone else, that you know won't leave you stranded. Do not waste your money, time or risk just to get a wheel deal.

Had a leveling kit and wheels and tires put on it all went well until the way home. While drive the track bar was not torqued down and the truck almost went off the road and then it went into the other lane. If you do go thru them make sure that every thing is torqued down properly.

Swindlers. Make a deal and back out on it, that s the track record these idiots have had. Not only myself, but my friend and several people on google have now mentioned having the same issue. They will sell you a set of tires, only to then resell them to another customer before you arrive and claim they have no record of ever being in contact with you. You walk in the door and it s a bunch of teenagers who are fanning the clouds of vape smoke they just exhaled trying to concoct the best excuse they can fathom as to why what they sold you actually isn t there anymore. Total joke of an establishment. If you ve made a deal with them, back out and find something else before you endure the headache that will ensue

Brooke went above and beyond to help me! My wheels and tire were here within a few days of purchasing. She answered all my questions and made the entire experience worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Everyone was super helpful, Brooke was quick to respond and great on prices drove 3 and half hours for tires and wheels for my side by side and will do it again in a heartbeat awesome place with great quality!

This place is awesome to work with! Showed up last minute on a Saturday afternoon and Brooke helped me find the perfect wheels, while Braden through a leveling kit on. After swapping several different tires on the same wheel we found the perfect combo! Very happy customer here!

Took a almost 2 hour drive one way down to see Brook and she helped me find the right set of wheels for my 2015 GMC Denial can t say enough about what a great experience I had will definitely be going back if I am ever in the market for wheels again didn t even make an appointment they got me in and out in a timely fashion they are a busy shop but extremely helpful

Called two days in a row, no one answered. Got a text message response the second day. I messaged back with what I was looking for asking about a quote or a call back, received nothing. Messaged again the next day asking if they were able to find prices on the tires or any of the wheel options I was looking for .no response.
