Quick, clean, and easy! They have a nice dog park for your dog and it s right off the highway for easy access and exit. In store they have all the roadtrip snacks and beverages anyone could want. They also have a gift area if you re looking to get anyone any gifts. Only gripe I have is that there aren t as many fuel pumps as I think there should be.

The shop here is amazing. Changed air bag quickly. Went above and beyond to even look up recalls on truck and had them fixed in a timely manner. Friendly staff that seem to care about drivers and their time.

Everyone was awesome except the kid in " Subway." Couldn't seem to listen on how I wanted my sandwich made even the I repeated everything multiple time, dumped so much salt and pepper on the sandwich I had to throw half of it away, about ripped the money out of my hand the when giving change almost practly chucked it at me. The Loves was clean and well kept and there staff was amazing.

Not a bad truck stop, but they have no washing machines or driers for customer use, so I couldn't do my laundry.

I always stop here, to get some food and rest! Today had an air leak on one of my trailer tires stopped here to put on a spare tire and the guys at the shop patched it instead not all places do that depending on where the hole is. Big respect to the guys in the shop!! While waiting for a tire repair they went from A-Z checked everything on the truck to make sure everything is top notch!! Thank You Team Loves!!

They would get a 5 star rating if they had a separate car entry to the gas pumps. You have to try and get to the pumps while dodging semis leaving the back parking AND they put semi parking directly in the path of the entrance. When semis are parking in those spots, you are forced to wait while they back into the spots which can take several attempts which block both lanes of traffic. It's not very safe.Update: they didn't add a car entrance, but they did add a tire shop next to the only entrance to make it even more chaotic.

Very clean showers and the water is hot and the water pressure is wonderful. Spacious bathrooms. The staff is very nice and professional. The Subway is very clean, they make sure to cover the food and there wasn't any flies or gnats in the store. Thanks Subway team for keeping it clean and making sure the food is the right temp. Thanks Loves team you guys rock. Plenty of parking and clean store.

Always Love a good Love's Travel stop. Magically if you need something they probably have it. Always lean and coffee is always hot. Only gave 4 stars because prices are too high.

If you don't mind being looked at standing at the counter for ten minutes to buy gas with out haveing to actually go find someone in the store to do so by all means customer survice is not even close to good

Just stopped for fuel and food went to the subway counter waited over 15 minutes for somebody to take my order nobody ever showed up so I left .after 5 minutes of waiting the subway employee told me he had to clock out because he was on overtime and they don't allow overtime so I would have to wait for the representative out of the love store to come over and make my sandwich

Great variety of everyday useful items and gifts for everybody at home. Food is quick and moderately priced. Bathrooms are clean and don't stink. What a luxury when traveling! Thank you.

As a former employee a beg you to stop giving this greedy trash company your money.Everything is overpriced, Employees underpaid at 12.50 an hour.Management refuses to give raises or overtime , because it "affects their bonus", that coming from someone that makes my monthly wages every week.lied to about the conditions i was being hired under, lied to about being promoted.At one point, we didn't have a manager at all for 2 months. literally no one in the place that could hire or fire anyone, people just came and went as they pleased.often stuck by myself one subway side and there wasn't any prep done for me to make food with.Horrible ,Greedy, Uncaring.... their name is counterintuitive

This is a sad state of affairs when yogurt cups with granola are only 1/4 full and charging $4.49 ea. NO THX!!Other Loves aren't so skimpy on theirs.

Outstanding!I came with a small issue to the repair shop and these guys eneded up saving my life.I feel terrible that I didn t memoraze all their names, but I remember one of the bosses was Justin. I spent the whole day there, but not because they are slow but becauseGuys found two leaks that I wouldn t be able to see until it s too late and I m down the hill skidding my a** off and losing breaks. Leaks were in places that you could see if you are specifically looking for that kind of issue or if you are laying completely flat under the trailer. Needless to say, they made all repairs look like a breeze. I love how thorough they were and how they didn t mind explaining everything in detail so I can understand and taught me what to pay attention to more. As a women in this business guys often enough talk down to me, but this was not the case here. Very respectful, polite and great people in entire shop, but special thanks to 3 guys who took such a great care of me!!! My whole company has you as a favorite location on their maps. Thank you again

Love this place most all staff were friendly and helpful. Except the worker on the truck supply side. He works days there. Not friendly or helpful. God forbid don't ask him any questions because like he says he just works there and knows nothing.

Loves shop outperformed a Eastern Missouri Volvo Dealer with ease today (Ball Volvo Kahoka MO).Here is why,,, if Volvo dealer (Ball) don't even have basic parts in stock,, and show no interest to help a customer (we are busy...) then go to Loves ..(Justin) got the necessary parts in Kansas,, and Zac replaced that coolant reservoir in no time. As they promised I was back on the road in the afternoon,, 6 hours after arrival. So a day that started bad for me,, they turned into a good day Thank you

BEWARE WHEN USING YOUR CREDIT CARDS AT THE PUMP. I pumped my gas, it was $80 but when I got my notification from my credit card company it was more than twice the amount at $175. When I called them, staff was not helpful, just stated that I should have paid inside.

I'd give more the five stars if I could for the large dog park my four legged co driver loved it. Everything about this truck stop was great the employees at both subway and the store were cool and the food was good.Wow I can't believe I gave a five star review six months ago this place is a zero star review now. Bring ur own food if ur gonna stay the night here thankfully I got food in my truck. U can hear employees in the back of the subway but their not where they can see the costumers waiting and their not paying any attention to the front. There's ur common food in the store salads but no ranch dressing old hot dogs and chips. Unfortunately no place to eat in walking distance. Its a great store but lack of employees doing anything or paying attention to the registers where costumers are waiting means it's nothing but a parking lot now and there not short staffed there's plenty of employees hanging around playing on their phones u can hear them joking around in the back of the subway so they got employee's. The dog parks still cool but this is just a place to park now. I don't have the patience to try and buy anything in the store

This is a very good location. The only problem is you need to get here fairly early to get a parking spot as there are not many truck stops along this particular stretch of road. The store is good, no issues with fueling. It appears to be a well maintained facility. I usually only stop for a few minutes and get what I need and go as I am usually on my way home when I pass through. I have never had an issue with getting in and getting what I need and getting back on the road.

Clean. Newer. Shop is nice. Please clean after yourself. Let s keep this truck stop nice as long as possible . Macon is a small town that actually somewhat respects trucks don t show them trash and disrespect.

Clean, friendly staff, well stocked. No issues detected . I also, bought a couple subs from the on-site Subway with no issues. As truck-stops go, it was great.Note that I am not a trucker, and I have not made use of the in-house amenities, such as the showers. So, my rating can't really speak for those.

About 9:30pm 08/07/22... Store was clean staff was friendly. However one of the Subway workers was in the restroom while I was in there. Came out of the stall NEVER washed her hands. Even without out COVID being a threat. That is just nasty! I complained to the girl at the register but she just shrugged it off.
