Our car started to over heat near Bethany and Randy and the rest of the team came to rescue having us out in less than an hour. Great service and amazing staff. Shout out Randy!

These guys are rockstars. My radiator died when I was in an ice storm traveling to a convention in Iowa. They got my car in, diagnosed the problem,found me a rental to keep on my way. Then, they fixed my car in 24 hrs. Met me after hours on a Saturday so I could make it home Sunday, AND they took the rental car back. Excellent customer service. I am quite pleased.

I have been understanding of taking my car back multiple times because they didn't get the issue full found & repaired, I have been understanding of being without my car for almost a year while waiting for a part. But charging me more than 4 times the amount for a switch to be flipped this year as what they've charged me for the same action theyve performed for me for the last 6 year's I've owned this car... I'm done. I'll find a new repair place

Broke down on 35 traveling from Kansas City to Chicago. Randy was able to order parts and get us back on the road! Fair price, great work, great customer service! Knowledgeable and professional! Stop here with confidence!

They were really great to me this morning. I had to leave my only vehicle with them and planned on walking to work (it had snowed and was freezing) and one of the guys gave me a ride to work. So, I didn t freeze! That s awesome! Hopefully they can figure out what is wrong with my truck! :)

Randy and his crew are some of the inspiring hard working Americans youde expect to meet in the heartland. After a bad car break down on 35 driving to des moines from florlida it was heartbreaking to have every shop around charge ridiculous prices and just discouraging tones when u learn could take up to a week to even be seen, Randy and his crew managed to squeeze us in and get us back on the road without robing our pockets! What a great place with great service! Recomend to anyone looking for honest mechanics and fair prices! God bless them all and thaks for everything!

Broke down on the interstate and made it to Randy's. Guys we're super helpful and able to get me in right there on the spot. These guys are your down-to-earth mechanics if you don't want any gimmicks.
