My first time going yesterday, and met some of the gang. Dalton, Tyler, and Brandon were great. You just pull up to the bays and wait until they guide you on in. My coupon wouldn t scan, so they helped me find one online that worked. We had great conversation while they worked on the car, and I got a new much needed cabin filter. Keep up the great hello and team work guys .

These guys are awesome. They offer to look at filter, windshield wipers, etc but if you just need an oil change it s a breeze. They are quick and efficient and I was taken care of by a gentleman who reminded me that they offered a 50% off oil change coupon on take 5. Saved me a good $30! My second time here.

This Valvoline Instant Oil Change is anything but instant. From waiting in line for 35 mins to the upsell inside.Location Raymore MO.The staff was friendly.It is about the same time it takes myDealer so pick wisely.

I always get my oil change at a Ford Certified dealership because it s small details like these that matter. I didn t have time to schedule a shop appointment and decided to go this local Valvoline store.When I arrived, there was a Volkswagen barley getting above the pit around 1:35 PM. They didn t get done with that vehicle until 2:25. Let s remember Valvoline promotes 15 minute oil changes. I patiently waited for that and then it s my turn.Once I m in, everything goes good. They go over my needs, they EVAC the oil from the dip stick tube which I found odd. I questioned that and their response was It s quicker that way because of the underbelly shield and there s only one person down there . Let s note that to change the oil filter, that underbelly shield still needs to get removed, so I don t understand why they can t just drain it from the oil drain plug. Vehicle I drive is a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport.I then decided to double check their work. The air filter box was not put back on correctly as shown in the pictures below. As someone who use to work for Valvoline a couple years back, you have trust in the company. How many vehicles are leaving the bays like this? If small things like these aren t being done correctly, what else is not being done correctly?Service: Oil change

I stopped by this morning to get an oil change. The staff did a great job and they were efficient. Sadly it took about 90 minutes from the time I got in line to completion. It seems that they are understaffed. Maybe corporate needs to increase pay a bit to attract more employees and to reduce turnover.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was told my price was $76. Then it went to $84. Finally was charged $92. For 6quarts of oil. No air filter. This place drives me crazy. I advise finding another place for oil changes. I know I will.

Worst oil change experience I have ever had. I was there for almost 3 hours. The employees were arguing and fighting amongst each other. After my car was done then left me sitting there for 25 minutes so they didn't have to open the door to let another car in. Never coming back here again.

The wait was a bit long but they were absolutely slammed with vehicles when I was there, so I get that. As for the service, it was good. Basic oil change. It took them about 10 minutes for my pickup to get completed. They were thorough and I could hear their call outs. I recommend them. Just not at rush hour.

I have always used Valvoline instant oil change but thinking about going elsewhere, considering the amount of quicky oil places in town. My most recent visit was nearly an hour and a half for an oil change, nothing instant about that.

Brandon was the greatest when he gave me a pre buying courtesy check w/photos free of charge on a local car I wanted to purchase.As a past, short term Belton resident I had previously been serviced at this location and always satisfied so I knew who to turn to again when in need. Brandon put me at ease about purchasing the car and the staff themselves operate like a finely tuned machine too. Thank you for being there.

Customer service is outstanding, and the line moves really fast if there s a lot of cars and I really love how they don t try to charge you like most places. Take advantage of car coupons,it will make a huge difference!

They RUINED the engine in my car and then refused to even acknowledge it. I had went there for YEARS prior without issues but it only takes ONE BAD OIL CHANGE. They never emptied my oil so there were 7liters in a Mazda, this caused the oil to get shards of metal in it from the engine and ruin the cam shaft. If you want to spend 6-10k on a new engine keep going here. Even the AAA guy who towed my car said his mom had to fight valvoline because they cross threaded her oil cap, it leaked out, locked up and ruined her engine. This is nothing new apparently!!!!! I wish I had known!!!!

Sat in line over 40 min waiting for my turn. One car ahead of me in the bay. It was lunch time so may have contributed to the wait. Once in the Bay, it seemed like team members were very organized. They had a routine down. The website has a $25 off coupon which is good since the oil change was $140 for the truck. May not ever go back due to the price unless there is a special that makes it less.

I had a great experience this week here. The workers were very helpful and friendly, especially Matthew, they took the time to let me know what needs to be done but didn t pressure me into anything; being a woman going into car places we are usually pressured and treated like we don t know anything but during my visit here I didn t feel that. They were all super friendly and quick and made me feel welcome.Service: Oil change

Fast and efficient service. Every time I arrive at this location, I am in and out within mere minutes. For someone like myself who is always on the go, this Valvoline is the only one for me. Try it out, you won't regret it!

Matthew and Elijah were very professional as well as friendly and fast got the oil change done as well as expected. On top of this I got some new windshield wipers all while Matthew and Elijah were training a new person! Didn t mind the wait (there were four cars ahead of mine) all got done in a timely fashion. This location was quite busy when I visited this afternoon, but the technicians working Bay 2 were worth the wait! They were friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy about upselling their services. I normally dread maintenance appointments due to previous encounters with aggressive mechanics, but there was absolutely none of that today-- easily the best service experience I can recall. Thank you to the mid-afternoon Bay 2 staff for making this so painless for me!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been going here for oil changes for the past 5 years. Once I went to another fast oil change place and got questionable unmarked substances put in my car that went south fast. This is the "go to" place even if you have to wait an hour which I did today. GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE ALREADY!!!

Went in today to get an oil change. Got the oil change. No issues. While I was there, they recommended I get a coolant flush. I told them no at first, but was then talked into it. During the flushing process, coolant starts spraying everywhere as it appears they ruptured one of my hoses. I ask if it is safe to drive after seeing this and they say they think it'll be fine. Immediately after leaving, my car starts smoking and profusely leaking coolant. Called there and now they want me to pay for a tow to a mechanic and tell them if THEY messed up. Will never go back to this establishment.Service: Oil change

I always have a great experience with the Technicians changing my oil and they are very helpful topping everything else off. Just wish the lines weren't so long when I get there. A 15 min oil change can take an hour and a half.

Great customer service. Very efficient and made sure all checks were marked and everything was at it's best condition. Unfortunately they weren't able to do my fuel cleaning that I requested but they offered me a discount to come back when someone a little more knowledgeable about the process was on duty. So I'm grateful for the honesty from the team on duty today. 8-1-21.
