All of the guys working at the Take 5 Oil Change were great, they told us everything that needed to be done, checked the tire pressure, and even clean the wind shield. Super friendly and fast. Thank you for being patient and efficient. I will be going back to get all my oil changes there.

Chris was awesome! Hooked me up with a great price and gave great advice for when I come back. He gave my son a juice and a water for myself and walked us through the whole process quickly and smoothly! Definitely going back!

They got me in and out quickly and have their prices posted at each station so you know you're not getting scammed. Staff is very friendly and I highly recommend it! Will be going here exclusively for oil changes in the future

Didn't catch anybody's names, but the guys who worked on my car were super nice and helpful, got done super quick and they gave me a kool aid jammer. Didn't feel pressured into buying anything other than what I needed, and price wasn't bad either. Give these guys a raise, I 100% would recommend to friends!

These guys are super nice and quick. Very thorough. I have a giant skid plate on both of my cars which is a pain but they never complain. I highly recommend them. Been using them in several different states and have never encountered a problem.

Chris was excellent. In fact as many times as I ve had my oil changed at other places, not once did anyone check the filter for the a/c. I didn t even know I had one. Chris did and I was shocked at the condition of the filter. He did an outstanding job in my opinion and your rates are more than reasonable. That doesn t mean raise your rates, lol

Oil change was great. Coolant change wasn't at all what I expected. When I asked whether they had the right fluid, they said yes. So I agreed. What I meant was, did they have the Toyota spec coolant. Turns out they used chartreuse instead of the manufacturer's recommended pink coolant. This was exactly why a previous Take 5 location (Blue Springs, MO I believe) said they couldn't perform the service when I agreed - there's a difference, and they knew they didn't have the right coolant. I expected a similar outcome here. Now I have to flush the system and repeat the service, either myself (which I really don't want to try when it's single digits out and supposed to get to -11 degrees tonight), or pay a dealer to do it over the right way.

I stopped in last week for an oil change. I was in a HURRY, so I decided to check this place out. I'm so glad I did. It was the fastest oil change I've ever had. Everyone was so very nice and friendly. They offered me a bottle of water when I pulled in. What I was most impressed with was that all the employees were engaged and focused on their jobs. No one standing back in a corner on their phone. Seems like a little thing, but THAT is good customer service. I'll be back!!

I appreciate that it only took about 10 minutes once i was in the garage. However, on my receipt it says that my tires were checked, my windshield was cleaned, washer fluid was filled, etc. I would think if the tires were checked the PSI for each tire would be listed.. And, maybe not, but, I think the PSI would be made to be the same. My tires were not checked, my windshield was not cleaned, and my fluid was not filled (and i know it is not even near full). I would rather these things weren't on my receipt at all if they're not going to actually do them. I can't say that I would recommend this business now, because the information is false. Is the business as shady as the dude that changed my oil? Did my oil filter really get changed? He did show me my dipstick with clean oil on it, so I'm pretty sure that was legit! Doubt i will ever go back!

The two evening guys were amazing! I belive one name was Chris! They got me in as the last vehicle of the evening! Needed to drive my truck that hadn't had an oil change in a long time due to main vehicle being in the shop! Greatly appreciated!

Usually have polite and quick service. However, a technician broke a part on my vehicle and they ordered a new one. The service manager at the time of the incident offered a free oil change for the hassle. The service manager that replaced part at a later date would only take 25% off the oil change. Stating also that they bought me the new replacement part things were going good till this last incident, so they deserve 3 stars. But I probably won t go back again.

We decided to give this place a chance and they truly know customer service. They asked questions about the car, gave us water bottles, and even gave us fruit snacks for our children even though the wait wasn t that long. Everyone here actually cares about their customers and their jobs. We were in and out within about 10min. Never going back to Valvoline where they want you to play musical chairs with your vehicles and just mumble sentences to you and only come out of the building to tell you to move once the line gets long and you ve already been waiting for about 30min.

Pretty pricey! Almost a hundred dollars for just an oil change. Yes , you get to stay in your car, but if you wanted to watch, you can t. So then you have to trust. Trust they actually changed it. And the filter too. There was a whole list of things that they said they checked, but they didn t!They didn t check anything!For a hundred dollars - do it yourself and KNOW it s changed and/or checked to your satisfaction!!!

Very customer service friendly. I really like the fact they have you start your engine and then shut it off and recheck oil level to make sure it's still full after the job is done.

Unknowable on how to take a filter off a car, paid for service, came back the second time to find out they still could not do it. I asked for a refund and was told I need to get ahold of the actual store manager, since he was only a shift manager, and could not do so.What is usually included in an oil change?Put simply an oil change is when you take out the motor oil from your engine and put back in new motor oil. During an oil change you also have to change the oil filter and put on a new one. The oil and oil filter do so much for your engine that getting regular oil changes is the best way to keep your vehicle healthy .How they expect a completed service without changing the filter, I do not know, but they did tell my wife that they did change the oil and topped it off ..

Fast and smooth service, was in and out very quickly! All the team that helped was super nice, however I ve never paid more than 60 bucks for an oil change, so when I saw one of the lowest was 85 dollars, little sticker shock. Probably will stick to Walmart and wait longer just to save money.

A little expensive, but you get to stay in your car, they are very quick, and it didn t feel like they were trying to sell me any unnecessary services. The services I did receive were definitely needed. You get what you pay for.

It was a quick oil change. The gentleman who worked there were polite and thorough. Since you stay in your car the whole time, you can see them working. I will return there next time.

This place is always so quick and friendly! The manager knows her stuff and I always feel like my car is taken care of! 15/10 would recommend!!
