I had my windshield replaced while having a bedside replaced on my truck. They did a great job. Newman's Auto Body has always used Supreme and has had no problems. I trust Newman's. The next week My wife's car windshield got broke from a rock , I called Supreme and had no issues with the staff ,very helpfull. I am taking my wife's car there and will give a review on that work.

Supreme Glass gave great customer service and they were fast! The work was completed within 24 hours. They replaced the windshield and rear window (shattered) on my 1987 truck. Did a great job. Their guy noticed I was missing some door hardware but had what I needed and installed at no extra charge. Went above and beyond. Shyann in the office was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. I ll be back.

Great! I had an awful windshield that was on a vehicle I bought at auction that needed replaced. I thought it would take several hours to replace. They were done in an hour or less. They did a great job!

I ve never left a Google review before, let alone a negative one.I had a truck window get broken into on a Thursday. When calling out options near home, this company advised me they could get the window and do a repair for me at my home. So, naturally, I decided to utilize their business.They showed up at 10am, early, which was great. Only to discover within 10 minutes that they had ordered and brought the wrong window. This was a Friday morning. The individuals on site advised me that they wouldn t be able to get a replacement until Monday.I called the company line after they left. I expressed my annoyance and was hung up on. When I called back the receptionist decided to play victim and claim I was being too rude for her to speak with and claimed we are doing you a favor, you should not be getting upset with me. I ve never heard of a business claim they re doing a customer a favor in such a manner. I was beside myself with this company so far to the point I wanted to bring it to public attention.Fortunately I was able to find a locally owned and operated business in town that was able to give great communication to me, far better than that of this company.When I called them back to let them know to go ahead and cancel the order, the lady at reception almost seemed pleased to hear the news.0/5 stars on this one.Service: Auto side window replacement

When I called, the man who answered was very nice and professional, told me everything I needed to know. Two of his workers came out and fixed my windshield in 30 minutes or less! I was very impressed with the job they did and knowledge they provided me with after. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Supreme Glass. I had a back window put in my vehicle. They were able to get the glass at a quarter of the price and in half the time. My son and I had to stay and wait while it was being installed. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. They provided coffee and Gatorade and made it seem like it was no issue at all my talkative 4 year old was there. Great family like feel. Will not go anywhere else.

I needed a windshield replacement on my '99 Expedition. I had a "Great" customer service experience by all; in the office and the repair technicians. The price was very good compared to other glass places. I did not have to wait very long at all. The waiting room is comfortable. The job was professionally completed. I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Glass.

I had to have my windshield replaced after a rock made a 3+inch growing crack in my windshield. They did a great job! Affordable-price was less than half of my deductible, and came to me-no extra charge. They were done in less than an hour and I can drive my car as soon as I want.

Great staff that take their time to explain the process and options with you do you can make the best informed decision possible. I contacted them several different times regarding my windshield and each time they were very patient with me which was very much appreciated.

Have used supreme twice to replace my windshield. They were quick, professional, and cost less than my car insurance deductible. Highly recommend this family owned business for any glass service.

I called for a friend in pleasant hill, they set up an appointment with her, the day the glass was to be installed they phoned, saying he was running behind, but would be there later that day. Then called back cancelled the day all together. If your needing a windshield right away, "id avoid supreme glass". Jus a total waist of time. They wait till the very last minute, and you have to call them, to learn they aren't even coming out. Such a waist, of our time.

Great customer service. They were able to get me a windshield for a 1985 Mr2 within a week and got it installed as soon as it showed up. Will go back for other glass when needed.

What a refreshing experience. Chris was so easy to work with and got us in right away to replace the factory windshield on our Jeep. He is a Jeep owner himself so really got it and understood our needs and was even able to save my wife s trail stickers on the front shield!! (scoring me some huge bonus pointssince I am the glass breaker :-)

This company, as well as many reviewers, claim this is a good, ethical and honest business. In my experience, it is quite the opposite. I had to get a piece of door glass installed this winter due to vandalism. Outside of the extremely rude individual that frequently answers the phone (don't brush off the other reviewers who claim the same), the experience was good as far as getting the window in, installed quickly, etc. Months later, after winter finally left the area, I discovered a residue-like film that glossed some portions of the glass. I tried cleaning it over and over as weather got nicer but I couldn't get it off so I took it to my automotive tinting company thinking it was something in between the tint and inside portion of the glass. The people at Midwest took me into the garage and showed me the defections were in the glass itself on the outside. I took it to Supreme Glass the same day and they said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't get the money back from the manufacturer. In other words, they wanted me to be out the money, not them. I then logged a dispute with Chase bank. Via a letter to Chase, Supreme Glass claimed that there was nothing wrong with the glass outside of "normal imperfections", accused the tinting company of tampering with the glass, and even alleged they were never given the glass back, even though I did to politely cooperate with the process. At best, Supreme Glass does not stand by their products after the 48-hour window they have to get a refund from the manufacturer. In reality, they do not stand by their products or work, are rude to their customers and are dishonest, especially when a profit is at risk. Unfortunately, I am out the $230 and can't do anything else to get it back. However, I can at least let people know about my experience and hope they consider going somewhere else. If this company were smart, they'd understand that all it takes is for one potential customer to read this review and look elsewhere to negate the $230 they gained back from me. I assume there will be more than one and this review will cost them much more money. I hope you're one of them.

That was quick! I called ahead and got an appointment within the hour to get a chip in my windshield fixed. I was at the shop a total of 45 mins and the chip got fixed and they helped me call my insurance and I found out that my insurance completely covered the repair so I didn't have to pay any money out of pocket.Super nice staff- I'll go here again if (God forbid) I have more problems with my auto glass.P.s. I just noticed they put a 1/4 tank of gas in my car! I was almost on "empty" when I came in!

The company is very fast and do a professional job. I call the at least once a week to have a windshield replaced in a semi. I was not sure if they did cars then I asked cuz the windshield in my car got a couple of cracks and without hesitation they said they could get it done.

Was pulling out of a blind parking spot in Casey's , the driver for this company decided I was taking to long a guess so this driver aggressively cut me off came withing inches of hitting me. Then waved ,lol. I guess patienced is not his strong point just because the aggressive nature of his driving I would not use this company.

This family business is awesome! I went there after I lost my son and was very distraught over my loss. I needed some work done. The owner is such an incredible man . He fixed my items and refused to take my money. Please support this wonder family business.

Walked in with an odd request to repair a classic car. They not only had what I needed but sent me out the door free of charge due to it being an item they use on repairs and don't typically sell. Perfect example of a locally owned business with customer service far beyond what you will find with a corporate chain store. Thank you Supreme!

This review is a long time coming. Last summer, I'd been wanting to put up glass shelves in my front room window and the window overlooking the kitchen sink so I could display my colored glass collection, but online prices were out of my price range ($75 for 3 shelves!).Supreme Glass not only provided the tempered glass that I needed to produce 10 shelves, but cut it to the exact measurements I requested; and w/o me asking them to, they sanded all the sharp edges down, separated them with protective wrapping, and taped the shelves tightly together for easier transport.They provided same day service for the incredible total price of $50! That's $5 per shelf - materials AND labor!! You can't beat that price with a stick! Supreme Glass in Belton is the only place I'd recommend for your glass needs.
