Hands down, an amazing place to go. The service is phenomenal, and they want to give you great service, at an honest, competitive price. Furthermore, they go above and beyond to ensure that your vehicle is operating properly, and behaving safely as it should. On 2+ occasions, they discovered and properly diagnosed issues around my tires/wheels/brakes that saved me potential harm, and additional repair costs.This is a family business, and maintains a high level of execution with the work orders. HIGHLY recommend for your simple tire/alignment needs.

Pro Alignment did a great job aligning my lowered truck with a mix of aftermarket components. The truck drives straight and feels much more connected to the road. Can't recommend them enough!

Great alignment, explain what they needed to do and why. My truck wheels don't have the lip for the machine to hook onto them. Taken a little longer. FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL AND FARLEY QUICK. I'll go back anytime I have an alignment issue with my truck or wife's car.

I hit the world's worst pothole and messed up my front end alignment. Decently fast appointment scheduled, and gotterdun. Just what I needed. Steering great now!

I went there several years back and they immediately brought me out to the garage and showed me what they found, fixed it at a very fair price, never had a problem with that again. Anybody who ask me where to go for front end or alignment issues, I highly recommend these guys.

Initially I was happy with my service, but I have come to realize they never truely aligned my vehicle and charged more than the average. .. Over time it seems this is common with people opinions about this place and I regret not just going to Firestone... Summery alignment not in spec but "good enough" is what they said

Extremely reasonable prices and fast, speedy service. I had to reschedule my alignment, like, four times and the receptionist never showed a single sign of irritation with me. Cheap, super cheap! I will recommend them to anyone needing an alignment in the future. Incredible service!

They always get our vehicles taken care of no matter what the issue may be. Reasonable pricing and great service! We always get our oil changes done here. Appreciate them and all that they do!

It is impossible to urgently repair the wheel, you need to make an appointment in advance or wait 3 days

Fair, Honest, professional.. I slid on the ice and caused damage to my front right wheel. These situations can be very stressful but the front desk receptionist was very polite and informative. The technicians were very professional and did a thorough assessment. They gave me an honest estimate and I appreciate the work that they did to get me back on the road!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I have been to pro alignment for two of my vehicles. In both cases the receptionists was friendly and efficient. The mechanics were also very friendly and in one case they pointed out I needed new ball joints on one side. They said that once that was corrected they could align the vehicle, no pressure to have them do it. I returned and like the time before on my other vehicle, the job was done quickly. I highly recommend them. I trust them and feel that they are reasonably priced. I trust them so,much that I drive 45 minutes past several other alignment shops to use them. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Made an appointment somewhere else originally but that fell through. Called around to several places but couldn't find one close. Called these guys and a nice lady answered the phone, she was courteous but to the point. Made the appointment, had my car aligned without issue. Really nice people, family owned. They are also very reasonably priced. Seems like they're the ones that do the alignments for a lot of these body shops in the area. It's good to use who the pros use

A great place to get your alignment for your vehicle, and they will show you what's wrong, which is what they did for me. Great place, great people...!!! My daughter got four new tires and an alignment done and is so very happy with the tires and the service.

Very thankful for the help. My daughter and granddaughter came to visit and had issues with their tires. Pro alignment checked all her tires and made sure she had all the info she needed to get home safely. Very grateful for professionalism and time without trying to upscale. Definitely would come back.

I want to first explain the lack of 5 stars.....they are always busy giving their time and energy to their customers and so sometimes I'm not able to get my car needs taken care of the instant I'm in need of help. So they aren't a drive-through car care in our fix-it-quick world.I have been a single mother of 3 teenage drivers and I also use my car for business. It's an older car and has some special issues.I find the team at Pro-Alignment to be quick, efficient and so helpful. Rich takes the time to not only evaluate but to educate me about my cars, and if Rich isn't available Dee knows quite a bit as well. If she doesn't know...she asks. The others guys in the shop are equally knowledgeable and will also take the time to educate.I truly could not imagine the last decade without all of the help and patience I've found at Pro-Alignment.They're busy, and that's a good sign. They do good work.Thanks so much!

had my new set of tires put on my vehicle today. Dee is a nice lady who will help you with affordable prices and have helpful services as soon as possible. i recommend this mechanic shop to every one

After a year of noise issue that no one could diagnose, the lady at the front desk at Pro Alignment found my problem in about 60 seconds of examining my tires. Then got me in quickly to replace the faulty tire in 100 degree heat. Great professionals all the way around!Service: TiresService: Tires

Finding a shop to trust with something as important as our vehicles these days is not easy. I'm sure we all have encountered questionable prices, parts and services when handed invoices over the years.My family and I drive older vehicles and have trusted Rich and his excellent team of mechanics for nearly ten years now. Sure, things can still be more expensive that we'd like them to be at times, but I have never felt more comfortable knowing that these guys are doing the right thing and not taking advantage of our lack of knowledge when it comes to all things mechanical.We have mechanics within a few miles of home, but we go out of our way to get our vehicles to this little family-owned shop in Belton for all of our maintenance needs. Keep up the great work!

I took my '06 4runner here for an alignment. I told them that it was drifting slightly to the right when driving down road. The truck has 2-3 inchs of lift with stock UCA's. So getting it to factory spec is really not possible. But they were able to adjust the caster to the best of there ability. Truck drives straight as arrow now. These guys are great! I own a diesel repair facility and I send all of my jobs that need alignment and all my other customers to pro alignment.
