Ok, this is MY opinion and not a debate on legal or not. WOW, I am not sure why the store reeked of marijuana. The counter staff were very polite. I found what I needed and checked out.

Amazing crew super helpful lent me tools and a jack got me all the parts I needed and even lent me a personal oil pan to do a oil change highly recommend them as your go to auto part store

I had a bad day and got in my car and remembered my low beam light was out. I went to O'Reilly's Kane helped me then put them in for me. He was so nice and did it quickly. That was best part of my day! Thanks for awesome service!!

I called the store looking for some metal sawzall blades to cut down an axle tube to length. They had a combo package with two big long blades in it and I asked them to have it at the counter for my pickup in a short while. I went to the store, picked up my blades at the counter, paid and left. Easy as can be. Nice people. Highly recommend this store....

Old guy refused to help me find a deal on oil and filter. Said just go look at the flyer he doesn't know.Ps. Went across the street to advance auto. Very helpful people there.

I believe the employee's (not team member material) name is Nathaniel. I went in to purchase something and some guys came in and started talking with the employee swearing and talking inappropriately. Which the employee was also taking part of as well. I was finally ready and waiting for him to ring me up. I assumed he was helping the guys hanging out at the counter. I waited 5 minutes before one of the guys, not the employee, asked if I was ready. That the employee wasn't helping anyone. The employee was on his phone and ignored his responsibilities. I had to go up to him and get his attention. Will not ever step foot in there again until he is gone. Also not the first issue I've experienced with him. Trash customer service.

I bought a battery at Autozone across street and they wouldn t install for me. I went over to O Reilly and Josh installed for me. We had 2011 Equinox and there were multiple covers to remove to get into battery. I tipped him with gift card I was so appreciative. Great customer service....

Nathanial was a great person who helped me out with my headlight. I didn't know how to change it and he did it for me. Give the man a raise plus he has accepted customer service skills. Thanks Nathanial we will be back.

Good bunch of guys super helpful, store was fairly cleaning and mostly the way you'd want to go to the store. They're more than willing to do whatever you ask and fast getting your parts and they also honor the price match guarantee.

Staff was wearing masks and that rates points for me. The item I needed wasn't located even tho they said it was in stock. No biggie. You can feel reasonably safe shopping there.

Very kind employees. Best i ever got at any other o reillys and my son worked for them for over a year. The man that helped us. Was more helpful then most of my kids coworkers / friends. ( T and T are grate also ) ..... But thanks you guys for going beyond the call to Try and fig out the problem. . to the closers.

Quite possibly the best service I ve ever gotten at a parts store. The part I needed was not available (Dealer only). So Ben (asst mgr) and Josh worked with me to solve the problem and find an alternative solution so that I could get up and running again tonight.Amazing customer service and I will only buy parts from this location moving forward.

Have been there several times. Always have some child behind the counter with an attitude. No joke. Always.If you want to find the right part for you. Or have a great experience as a customer. Go somewhere else. O'Reilly does not care if you stand in line for 20+ minutes or just walk away and leave.Do yourself a favor. Don't go here.

My van was running terrible. I pulled in and had them check the codes. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful. Josh helped beyond his job description. It was cold out. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help me!

Called the store and asked if they recycled oil and they said bring it on up, once upon arrival they said I could only drop off one per day, even though they said I could drop off all 8 jugs.I was told I could bring back the rest tomorrow.I sure hope these folks don't make more than min. Wage jfc ridiculous

I was on a long drive to take care of a family emergency when my truck broke down on the freeway in Belton. None of the local mechanics could fit me in, so I limped it to the nearest auto parts store -- Josh figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and for less than $15 and 15 minutes had me back on the road. I am really grateful for the fast, professional help during an emergency.

I have a business account there. My only complaint would be this store has limited inventory sometimes I have to drive to the next town to get parts. Other than that great place.

Employees have rolled through here that absolutely hated VW's this was unfortunate for them as they list lots of my business. Luckily I met Amigo and he's very good at finding parts and getting them if possible as soon as he can. My vehicle isn't a normal one though, there aren't too many VW EuroVan's around so I can't expect them to have absolutely everything but Amigo tries all things for me. It's amazing how much one person can change your perspective of a company.

I needed a light bulb changed and the woman working at the time did it for me even though it was super cold outside. She was awesome!
